The staff is super helpful and very friendly. When we booked it they advertised it had a restaurant and they don't. They said it's under a remodel. It's an old piece of property however the pool and jacuzzi were nice. They keep it very clean but the RV sites are on gravel roads and no shade. I gave it 2 stars one for the staff and one for the pool. There's no beach access unless you want to walk through mud. We left a day early and they didn't refund us for that day. We are part of Thousands Trails and they hype this property up so they can charge you more so needless to say we will not renew our Thousand Trails membership read more

DO NOT STAY IN FIESTA KEY RV RESORT NOTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS NICE. It's a gravel parking lot with weeds that happens to have water & electric. No restaurant as advertised, sites are literally on top of each other, no Wi-Fi, no cable, no shade, splintered picnic tables... it's just an ugly property. It's basically a place to stay for a night & move on. We're stuck here for 15 days at the cost of $3500 due to their NO refund policy. I'm here to help save others from making the same mistake! read more

The rental we are in was formerly my grandparents home when they managed the marina back when this was a KOA. It's now been totally renovated as Suite 2. Very nice, though the tile leaves some dark dust on feet. We tried cleaning the floor, but still there. Not sure the cause. The place is very nice though. Could use more windows for natural light but very nice comfortable and clean. Guy that checked us in was great. Haven't met many other workers. The park when I was a kid was packed, so many kids to play with, there was gas and pretty bushes and trees all over, and the pub was rocking with good food and atmosphere. I had my 1st kiss at this park when I was a teenager. So many memories here that nostalgia maybe gets in the way of what it is today. It's maybe 25% full currently, restaurant closed, more signs saying "no" to doing this or that than there are palm trees. It feels "sterile" now is my best description. No rental boats, no band in the pub, no pub, very few kids running around to play with my kids. It's really a shame. I hope it improves. As is, it isn't what I promised my family it once was. read more

This is one our favorite places in Florida to visit. There are spacious sites, marina, restaurant and bar, pool, dog park, children's playground. The only down size is the WiFi system in areas of the park does not work consistently because of damaged equipment and poor positioning of back-haul antennas. Fiesta Key RV Resort is a beautiful place to stay, however the WiFi is horrible in some parts of the because of lack of maintenance. People who live there gave up on using the WiFi service and the poor service is a tree branch in the slight line of the distribution access points (AP). The cabin was advertised as a 2 bedroom 2 bath. It was actually 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath with a loft. The resturant was never open. The pool was overcrowded. At night kids were allowed to roam the property and drive golf carts unsupervised all night long. Management kept trying to fine all of us that weren't Cuban. They are very racist.​ read more

We booked this park last minute on our way home from Key West. We booked an elite site backup waterfront. We absolutely LOVED it. The campground is on its own little key. You can see sunrise and sunsets that are absolutely beautiful. Live bands on the weekend. There is a marina to store your boat. Restaurant and bar overlooking the water. Man made beach for swimming. A pool and two hot tubs. Security team was top notch. Everyone was so nice. We have a 30ft motorhome and our site was big enough but I could see how some sites in the middle of the campground could be small. We never had a problem. Lots of great fishing. We saw manatees, sharks, tarpons, red snapper, and barracuda. We will definitely be back. read more

If you like camping in a gigantic parking lot with a bathroom that is missing most of its faucets, wet toilet paper on the bathroom stall floor, no paper towels, dogs barking at all hours, and RV's absolutely packed in, then this place is for you. Having made a reservation months ago, we received a phone call days before our arrival date that our reservation was cancelled because we had booked a tent site. In fact, we had booked a standard site (there are no tent sites there) and had to call and renegotiate the reservation. Then, we were quoted a fee of $1000 for three nights, when the original reservation was for $500 - super overpriced at that rate for what you get. Buyer beware. If you like some trees, some privacy, a little greenery around and some peace and quiet, go elsewhere. read more

We come here every year about this time and this year was a huge disappointment! Prices skyrocketed for the marina ,and you can no longer park your boat in your site, which they don't tell you until you arrive . There is no mention of No boats (even if they fit in your site)included in the 3 pages of rules they have, the only thing the rules have on boats is no washing boats in camp sites. You can rent a spot in the marina up the road ( nice super accommodating people there) for about half the price, well worth the 1/2 mile trip. Kids are all over in golf carts and electric scooters not paying attention to where they are going and people partying like rock stars until all hours. Apparently rules are for some but not all, and they are very selective about rules they enforce. Water has been shut down for parts of the last 2 days now, which is fine, stuff happens but there is little to no communication about how long it will be off, or where the water is going to be turned on again . Water was supposed to be turned off on one side but whole park was shut down and no one has a clue if or when it will be turned back on which is frustrating. Restaurant is also shut down, would have been good to know in advance so groceries could be planned for, but again no communication. The one plus is the staff, they are friendly and do there best to help, unfortunately they don't seem to receive much communication from management so most the time they don't have a clue as to what's going on here eiHighly disappointed this trip, definitely rethinking our thousand trails membership and whether we will come back next year for sure. read more

This is one amazing place to come and have some time away. Peaceful but also happy. I love the community that has been gathering here for many many years. Friendly people, funny, helpful. We came in July 2023 and now even when this place is 7.5 hrs away for us we love coming back, and we will continue. Lots of activities. Nice restaurant, we love love the beach side. Fishing, diving around seeing lobsters and fish. The office staff is very attentive and friendly. The restaurant staff is also very friendly. The Fish Ceviche is delicious, their Bloody Mary also is very good. The Conch fritters is our favorite . Take time to enjoy a beautiful sunset over the beach. read more

We've stayed here numerous times due to its convenient location. Sites are small and in full sun. Regardless of their rules, children still drive golf carts. Lots of weekend parties but those typically quiet by midnight. The pool is packed with people - I don't trust the water and would not use. The restaurant smells of old grease and ratings were not great so we did not try the restaurant. The previous restaurant was great but that was prior to the pandemic. The majority of campers are speaking another language but are friendly. read more

Our overall experience with our accommodations here was very terrible. We booked our trip over 5 months in advance to be put into the absolute worse cabins available. We were told we would be given a group discount, but at check in, they told us that was not true and they do not offer group discounts. We paid $567/night for a sub par experience. We were told we'd have very spacious cabins that were large enough to sleep 5, a mom, dad, and 3 young children. The cabins had no closets, dressers, or anywhere to unpack luggage, a tiny bed that's hard as a rock, no cable tv, no wife, and to top it off we had very limited hot water. We literally had our luggage sprawled out on our couch and on the tiny table they had in the kitchen. The floors were very very dirty. My kid's feet were black by time they got out of the shower to the time they got dressed. There are very very few pots, pans, cooking utensils, and dish towels. There is a coffee pot but they do not supply you with coffee pods you do have to bring your own. They do not supply you with pool towels. They were able to get us out of those cabins after a few nights and into something a little more updated. These were still very small and not meant to accommodate more than 2 adults. These do not have cable tv or internet either. The newer cabins have 2 queen beds in the loft where the ceiling is about 40 inches tall. You either have to crawl around up there or be hunched over walking around. The bar plays loud music until 10-11pm. The pool closes every night 30 minutes before sunset. The rates after New Year's dropped by over $150/night while we were there. Our rates on our bill remained the same. They would not credit us. The view here is nice and they have a laundry mat on site. There was some staff that we encountered that were very friendly and some who acted like you were a bother. We are not campers but from what I saw the campsites are absolutely on top of each other. There were campers there that were 1-2 ft apart from each other. Overall if you are coming to the keys get yourself a vacation rental house. This place was $28,000 for 3 cabins with a boat slip for 2 weeks way too much for what you get. Do not expect too much from this place and you may be satisfied. Let's not forget, if there are problems with anything then good luck because everything here is outsourced to a third party. read more

It's a nice resort. Bring a toad if you want to eat out or you'll be subject to eating out at their very expensive restaurant that is not worth the price for what you get. Loved this RV resort!! Extremely friendly staff and very clean. Their pool was super clean and the bar/restaurant was fantastic. We reserved a site right on the water and it was beautiful. Sunsets were amazing right from our RV site. Beach area was nice and well maintained with plenty of chairs and umbrellas if you want them. The little store has anything you might need and there is a marina on site too. Very nice laundry facility and dog park too. The whole place was clean and well maintained...they even collect your trash from the curb if you leave it out. One of the key features to us though was the security. The resort sits back off highway so the noise is non-existent (huge plus) but there is a security shack with a gate and someone from the RV resort patrolling constantly. Definitely provides peace of mind and an enjoyable experience! This is a great place to stay when visiting the FL Keys! read more

Great little island key! Full hookups, kid and pet friendly, well maintained, and friendly staff! We docked our boat at the marina, rode our bikes, and used the pool and hot tubs and play sets, and all were in good working order. Showers were clean and hot water was plentiful. The restaurant on site is totally overpriced, but it's run independently so not a knock on encore. They really do need to re-fence the playground so that it's sealed up, but hey, that was our only complaint. Great place. read more

Really dissatisfied with this park. $150/night to be crammed packed into a gravel driveway with a cracked uneven concrete slab. Website shows grass in between each site and some space. No grass anywhere and we have 2 tony dogs. Website says free WiFi and cable. Neither are true. WiFi is free if you go to the office. Cable has been down 18 months, since hurricane Irma! No water pressure. Dog walk is rocks. Kayak launch is not accessible by our truck. You have to carry the kayaks 50 yards down the dog walk. Laundry room is great. Staff is friendly. Dog policy is arbitrary, depending on the person at check in. Our slides hit the neighbors slides, can't open our awning. read more

Not the worst place ever, but certainly not the best. Way overpriced for what it is. The "beach" is not a beach. It's some rusty stairs leading down into murky water and muddy bottom. The sites are extremely close together! Closer than I have seen in any RV park. It's like your camping with your neighbors. Due to Covid, the kids' playground was closed. It looked nice though. They have propane. The little shop is stocked with most of what you need. Closes pretty early (6:30 pm). We did not have any issues with security or rude staff. The place is kept pretty clean. We stayed there for a week and were part of a group with or 4 RVs. The actual location in Long Key is absolutely stunning! We saw beautiful sunrises and beautiful sunsets and is very dog friendly. The water is a beautiful clear blue green very shallow, 50 yards from shore. We saw fish, lobster and a nurse shark. As far as the facilities go, the bath houses were very clean and the landscape and roads are very clean as well. The pool is salt water, which we like. The on-site restaurant serves good drinks and good food. We ordered the Boom Boom shrimp every day. The down side: If you do not have access to an "elite" site where you booked a year ago you will be stuck on the other side of the park. You will be subject to all gravel, right next to/on top of your neighbors and not a blade of grass whatsoever. We will probably stay there again, but will book ahead to be a better view. read more

This is a great overall property with a marina and surrounded by water on all sides. They have a nice pool, hot tubs and waterfront area but no beach. The sites are in big gravel lots with no landscaping and reasonable spacing. Our site had power and water on the wrong side of the motorhome. It floods easily and frequently from rain and high tides. Water pressure was very poor. Overall not a great value. Check in was no contact. read more

Other than their Wifi, this place is awesome. We managed using our phones as hot spots, and got our emails done. But if you plan on watching TV, forgetaboutit. But we didn't come here to watch TV, so we are doing great here. They have a Restauraut on site that is great, but occasionally gives you the fresh scent of ganja being smoked, sure wish that could be eliminated. Next time we'll bring the boat as well, as they have an awesome marina to booth. The staff is as good as they come and will do everything in their power to accommodate. read more

We stayed in one of the new cottages which is really nice, waterfront view and walkable distance away from the beach, pool and restaurant but we had huge issue with the security guard! It is 6 of us per room but 3 of us arrived at 4PM and 2 of us came at 8pm. When my two other guests arrived the security did not want to let them in because he said the "office" has the paperwork! I would suggest they add another bath house not very clean and the cleaners were in bathroom a lot talking"smack" about boyfriends and nothing much. Unprofessional but everyone seemed fairly nice other than these few employees. Bar is great beach and pool needs more beach chairs not enough to accommodate the resort, very scarce. BEWARE!!!! We stayed in site 185 and paid $229 for weekend and "waterfront". Waterfront is a lie and the sites are on top of each other. WHAT A RIP OFF! No cable TV, no free wifi and no restaurant. Supposedly the restaurant needs a signed off permit but I was told in town the resort would not renew the owners lease. The restaurant is locked up with no work being done. Everything about this "resort" is sketchy. Our neighbors had 7 adults and 4 children and they were loud. We had to leave everyday to go somewhere else to get some quiet time. We called after leaving and told them about our experience and they couldn't care less, they've obviously heard it all before. read more

This spacious 28-acre resort located on an island surrounded by gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico, has an on-site marina. In recent years, I've stayed here with my best friend's family in their private RV when they've booked for summer months. I've also stayed in the resort's now called "villas" and have never encountered a problem up until this time. The hospitality of a business is vital, it's a deciding factor if I will be a returning guest or not. Made my reservations online (rvonthego.com) and requested a corner unit, which surprisingly was granted. Originally, we were given villa M13: sleeps up to 4 people, 2 full beds, a dorm size fridge (4.5 cu. ft.), microwave, towels and linens. The unit was perfect for the two of us. It was nice and clean, and yet, not clean enough by my standards. I do not and will not touch the TV's remote control for example or all door knobs or any kind of handles without first disinfecting them. Yup, I know my OCD goes on overdrive even on vacation mode. Long after we had already settled, we noticed the AC unit leaking through the wall and onto the floor. Not good! We walked over to the office and the ladies who first checked us in lucky for me were still working past closing time. One of them offered a quick solution, "a new RV, it's an upgrade!" she says. My partner and I really did not want to relocate. We were both tired and starting to get cranky. The maintenance guy was gone for the day; there were no more villas available so that was out of the question. We certainly did not want to spend the remaining Friday evening relocating but at this point we had no choice. Reluctantly but happily, we accepted the upgrade to a travel trailer (RV #547) on the opposite side. Our new location was over by the sunset point. Here you can meet other guests, sip on your favorite Jesus Juice and simply enjoy the stunning sunsets. Sadly, we missed the sunset that evening since we were too busy relocating :( The RV looked great and smelled brand spanking new! Fully furnished! Sleeps up to 4, 1 queen bed, bunk beds, cable TV, extra linens, towels, pillows & sheets, bathroom accessories plus a FULLY equipped kitchen. Outside you have a small porch with chairs. Bring your citronella candles and bug sprays. These mosquitoes and no-see-ums are relentless! The next day after a long day of fun in the sun, we came back just in time to watch the sun disappear below the horizon. We headed back to our unit only to find it riddled with microscopic ants all over the kitchen counter, breakfast table and our non-refrigerated food items. We had to throw all of it out (cereals, dried fruits, bananas, pears, cookies, crackers, sugar, etc.). There were even regular black ants in the bathroom. The office was closed but I remembered seeing a can of Raid in the kitchen cabinet. Not a good sign when there's a can of Raid in your unit. So the spraying began every two hours or so! SMH! A few dollars down the drain but we were there to have a good time and build on memories. My partner was eager and determined to get up at 5am to go fishing but for some strange reason, she could not bear to leave my side so early in the morning :P We went snorkeling and noticed that the water is infested with upside-down jellyfish, members of the Cassiopea family. They look like harmless plants but swimmers beware! They vary in sizes and colors. We also went canoeing with a very nice young man, who was kind enough to take us on a tour where he showed us a shipwreck from one of the last severe storms. On our last day, we went to ask for a late check-out. They were very busy. A woman comes out from an office to help with the line, so I ask her for a late check-out. She checks the system making sure no one is coming into that unit and she says "Ok, 4-ish, 5-ish and that'll be $25.00 extra". I started to explain to this woman who I assumed was the manager because of her take-charge attitude (which is great) that I had no intention of paying extra for a late check-out since I was inconvenienced. So the lady who first checked me in quickly butts-in and says "but we upgraded you", as if she did me a huge favor. I'm sorry, but I did not cause the leak in the villa and I did not ask for an upgrade to a more stylish unit infested with ants. No, I did not say that but I should have! So the lady helping me realized what was happening and said it was fine to stay at no extra cost. It was obvious that she wanted me out of the office by the way she was rushing and talking over me. She wasn't interested in listening to my reasoning for not wanting to pay the extra charge. I felt a tad bit degraded in front of the other guests. Managed to book a two week stay here in the high season. Yeah! Arrived and went to check in. We were told that at that moment there were no more full hook up sites. Boo! But then Lydda (sp) asked if we would be interested in a spot in the old Employee loop. She had another employee come and show us the spot. We took it. Turned out to be a great spot. It was shaded and spacious and on roads less traveled. Being from the Northwest, I was having a tough time in full sun with the humidity. We got ourselves set up and were trying to get satellite service, which turned out to be the only issue with this site. Our satellite is mounted to the top of our RV. A employee drove by and asked if we were having problems, we said yes. He told us that cable comes with the spot. Our issue, we have never been able to get our cable to work. He introduced himself as Radar and offered to assist us in trying to get it to work. Lo and behold he managed to push the right buttons, wiggle the right cords, and viola! We had cable. During the entire two week stay anytime we saw him, he would come over, call us by name and ask how we were doing. Now, that's customer service. A nice park at MM 70, plan on a full day to do a trip to Key West. But we found the location perfect. They have a nice raised pool, that overlooks the gulf. A marina, and a small store. As well as a cafe and bar that is open for lunch and dinner. We had dinner there twice, both times food was very good and reasonably priced. On Sundays they offered a breakfast buffet for $8.95. My son and I took advantage of that. Almost forgot (head slap) to mention the great happy hour. Drink prices are amazing and drinks are very generous, if you know what I mean. No food happy hour specials though. We had fun fishing in the canals and off the bulkheads and caught a few little guys. We didn't keep any, but it was fun catching all these weird looking fish. We would definitely come back if we are ever back down here in Florida. The other campers and most of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. read more

I love the scenery and vibe of this place! It is located RIGHT ON THE WATER, and the cottages are what vacations in the keys should look like. They have a tiki bar, pool, a marina, kid's playground, RV campground, and dogs are allowed (there's a fee of $150)! The place is pretty strict when it comes to music being played after a certain time but I guess it's fitting. They're also pretty strict with the allowed guests per house (there's a maximum of 6 per cottage, but honestly at least 8 can sleep comfortably). Music is allowed until 10:00pm, and by 9:55pm the security guard was already passing by telling us to turn it off. Since we were such a big group, we were split between the cottages, the villas, and the RVs, all kept in great/clean conditions. The pool is right next to the water so it is very pleasant, and there's also two tiki bars with live performances until nighttime. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away for the weekend, and enjoy what the Florida Keys have to offer. This place is always in high demand it seems, so be sure to make reservations with time! read more

There is a good balance of peace and quiet and still being able to have a good time. We have stayed in a couple of campgrounds down at the keys and this is one of the best ones. DO NOT STAY HERE. We reserved the room with a small kitchen. The room was dirty like the housekeeper use the same cloth for floors and on everything else. Everything you touch was in need of cleaning. It is like stay in a very cheap motel, but the price was not cheap. They do not make or change beds if you need service you need to call and all you get is clean towels, bar of soap some garbage bags all coming inside a garbage bag. They were deceiving on their site pictures too. Our room looks like to be by the water and it was not , front view was the trailer park and the back was a construction site. THEY DO NOT HAVE A BEACH, all they have is a sand box with a wall that you can jump in a swimming hole. The week days were fine to hang out there, but when the weekend came was a loud music war. It is not a place to relax at all. The pool was fine and the restaurant was not bad or great, but it was pricey though . There are no attractions, boat or jetski to rent, you must drive all around to get a boat , jetski and etc . I guess is an ok place to stay if you have an RV , your own boat and jetski ( although I would suggest try to stay at Bahia Honda Key if you have RV and such because they did had a real beach and it was a better spot). Now our particular reason not to stay here. It was our summer week vacation. We drove 8 hours to Fiesta Keys with the best hopes in our minds. When we got to fiesta keys was like a hell construction site. The machines were starting going at 7:13am waking us up. I felt in the middle of the city definitely not a island vacation we were looking for. I stop by the front desk showed a recording of the noise and next morning I was waked with more noise. I wish we were told about the construction, so we could choose to keep our reservation or change/canceled and gone someplace else. I will not stay here again. Just happy that my family and I did the best of it and stay away as much as we could from Fiesta Keys. read more

First time staying at this camp rv site The place was nice but I wish they had more stuff to do around the camp we couldn't swim in the beach area was too cold windy and the conditions where not good but we can't control that The boat ramp it's great and if you have a kayak they won't charge you nothing to use it The bait shop it's ok not the biggest selection on bait but shrimp always work right in front of the baits shop is a little bridge you can fish from it most of it is just little mangrove snappers and grunts But I caught a little nurse shark too so is fun little spot The best bathrooms are the one next to the bait shop really nice modern and clean I was actually impressed the bathrooms by the entrance is ok just old looking but most of the time clean Overall I like the place and I might come back again read more

Biggest shit hole I've been too in the Florida keys, Highly overpriced for the services rendered. - trailers were extremely dirty :human hair packed in all the cracks :Lint and dust on all the cabinets :No cups or utensils : No cleaning of the trailers daily : No toilet paper : No paper towels : garbage did not get picked up daily :dirt and gravel around trailer makes a mess inside : lack of towels :air condition in trailer was hot in day :couch was worn out : pool definitely has some nasty bacteria in it : marina closes when it wants (closed at 5 when it should be open till 6:30) : all the locks on the trailer were broke Overall cost for 3 nights with my marina fees was 1500.00 I could have stayed anywhere in the keys for that price and had at least toilet paper to wipe my ass.
