This is one our favorite places in Florida to visit. There are spacious sites, marina, restaurant and bar, pool, dog park, children's playground. The only down size is the WiFi system in areas of the park does not work consistently because of damaged equipment and poor positioning of back-haul antennas. Fiesta Key RV Resort is a beautiful place to stay, however the WiFi is horrible in some parts of the because of lack of maintenance. People who live there gave up on using the WiFi service and the poor service is a tree branch in the slight line of the distribution access points (AP). Sadly the park is not motivated to trim the tree back

A photo of the cabin i stayed in

The cabin was advertised as a 2 bedroom 2 bath. It was actually 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath with a loft. The resturant was never open. The pool was overcrowded. At night kids were allowed to roam the property and drive golf carts unsupervised all night long. Management kept trying to fine all of us that weren't Cuban. They are very racist.

4th time here, we go to the Keys twice a year and this is always one of the stops! Love Fiesta Key RV! Such a Florida feel camping there! Love the restaurant and bar, everyone's always so friendly! The iguanas are plentiful and we love them!

We booked this park last minute on our way home from Key West. We booked an elite site backup waterfront. We absolutely LOVED it. The campground is on its own little key. You can see sunrise and sunsets that are absolutely beautiful. Live bands on the weekend. There is a marina to store your boat. Restaurant and bar overlooking the water. Man made beach for swimming. A pool and two hot tubs. Security team was top notch. Everyone was so nice. We have a 30ft motorhome and our site was big enough but I could see how some sites in the middle of the campground could be small. We never had a problem. Lots of great fishing. We saw manatees, sharks, tarpons, red snapper, and barracuda. We will definitely be back.

We love it here! Everyone is friendly. Great atmosphere and great fishing. We go at least 4 times a year. Highly recommend!

    Right from the park!

Great RV park, with incredible views of a great marina. Friendly staff. Only one small complaint at all is they are picky about where you park, but manager was responsive to my complaint as a disabled vet. Had fun with the activities at the park. Even made ornaments. You will not be disappointed with your stay. Would recommend this place!

Loved this RV resort!! Extremely friendly staff and very clean. Their pool was super clean and the bar/restaurant was fantastic. We reserved a site right on the water and it was beautiful. Sunsets were amazing right from our RV site. Beach area was nice and well maintained with plenty of chairs and umbrellas if you want them. The little store has anything you might need and there is a marina on site too. Very nice laundry facility and dog park too. The whole place was clean and well maintained...they even collect your trash from the curb if you leave it out. One of the key features to us though was the security. The resort sits back off highway so the noise is non-existent (huge plus) but there is a security shack with a gate and someone from the RV resort patrolling constantly. Definitely provides peace of mind and an enjoyable experience! This is a great place to stay when visiting the FL Keys!

Great little island key! Full hookups, kid and pet friendly, well maintained, and friendly staff! We docked our boat at the marina, rode our bikes, and used the pool and hot tubs and play sets, and all were in good working order. Showers were clean and hot water was plentiful. The restaurant on site is totally overpriced, but it's run independently so not a knock on encore. They really do need to re-fence the playground so that it's sealed up, but hey, that was our only complaint. Great place.

We started on the bike trail along the busy highway, then turned into the park. At the guard house, the nicest ranger asked us to come in while he waited on a car driving through. He was so pleasant and caring about having water, giving us directions, etc. I am so sorry I didn't get his name. if you are walking or cycling, it is $2.50 per person. We met another ranger who was maintaining the restroom down by the shore and he was friendly, too! Walking down, there are mangroves on each side. Then you see the shore. They have done such a great job carving out little areas for people to sit or eat, etc. We were very impressed with that. There was no litter and the restroom was also very clean. Highly recommend if you need a break going to or coming from Key West. It is also great if you are staying nearby.

We were thrilled to find that Long Key had a site available for the March date that we needed. Our preference would have been for a site for a Class B RV, but we were willing to accept the only site available, a tent-only site. Our reservation for the site was quite expensive ($34.51) for a tent-only site in a public park, without hookups. The fees in Florida state parks really add up. The site itself was "only" $22.50, but there's also a non-refundable $6.70 reservation fee and an assortment of taxes that totaled $5.31. Unfortunately, due to wildfires near Homestead, FL, we needed to reschedule our trip into the Keys, which also involved cancelling our reservation at Long Key. Of our initial outlay of $34.51, our refund was only for $10 and some change. There was a $17-something cancellation fee, and the initial reservation fee was non-refundable. Of the $10+ returned, over $5 of this was the sales taxes.

There are 3 beach areas, a campground/cabins, picnic areas and boat ramps. It's very much a place to relax on the beach and take it easy. Bahia Honda is the tropical paradise that you probably imagine when you think of the Florida Keys. Bahia Honda's beaches--Sandspur, Loggerhead, and Calusa--are one of the biggest draws to the park. Each one is beautiful and worth a visit. Bahia Honda is a great place to swim as the water temperatures are typically warm and the water is shallow. See, it also depends on time of the year, like for us, Sandspur beach was full of seaweed. and i found loggerhead beach to shallow and it was really great to swim over there. while you are here, A fun thing to do is take the quick trail up to the old Bahia Honda Bridge that you can see from Calusa Beach and the very edge of Loggerhead Beach. This is the only trail here and it's a pretty quick walk. The walk is fairly short and you aren't allowed to go far along the bridge as it breaks off at some point. However, you do get to go up high enough to see Bahia Honda from above. The bridge has a great view of both of the beaches. Depending on time of day, you might get a different view. There is little to no shade on the beach. If you are wanting to stay all day, you might want to bring your own umbrella for the beach! Cost: $8 per vehicle, $4.50 for vehicles with one person, $2.50 for pedestrians + cyclists

Bahia Honda means "Deep Bay" and refers to the deep bays of Bahia Honda Key. It is pronounced Bah -EE-ah Own da. It is 30 feet deep which makes it the deepest natural harbors in the Keys. It was established in 1961and is known for its history as part of Henry Flagler's "Overseas Railroad" and is now known as the Overseas Highway. In 1935 there was a huge hurricane that destroyed the railroad. What makes this park so unique is that it is encompasses an offshore island and it sits between Ohio Key and Spanish Harbor Key close to the west end of the Seven Mile Bridge. The park has 524 acres of lush beauty. It is open everyday of the year from 8am - sundown and the fee is $8 per vehicle. Clean restrooms and outdoor showers available. There is so many things to do such as snorkeling, swimming in the gin clear crystal waters, hiking out to the Old Bahia Bridge, birding, camping, boat rentals, a concession stand, rent a cabin, kayak, fishing or visit the nature center. We found parking easily and made our way out on the trail to the Old Bridge. The views from up here are panoramic. After viewing the bridge and the views, we really could not resist taking a dip at one of the beaches. The water was still warm enough to swim in November and it felt fantastic. What I love most about the state park beaches along the Keys are all the marine life you can view while swimming or just walking on the beach. No place like it! If I could give this park 10 stars I would, it is that incredible. Cannot wait to come back again.
