This is one our favorite places in Florida to visit. There are spacious sites, marina, restaurant and bar, pool, dog park, children's playground. The only down size is the WiFi system in areas of the park does not work consistently because of damaged equipment and poor positioning of back-haul antennas. Fiesta Key RV Resort is a beautiful place to stay, however the WiFi is horrible in some parts of the because of lack of maintenance. People who live there gave up on using the WiFi service and the poor service is a tree branch in the slight line of the distribution access points (AP). Sadly the park is not motivated to trim the tree back

A photo of the cabin i stayed in

The cabin was advertised as a 2 bedroom 2 bath. It was actually 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath with a loft. The resturant was never open. The pool was overcrowded. At night kids were allowed to roam the property and drive golf carts unsupervised all night long. Management kept trying to fine all of us that weren't Cuban. They are very racist.

4th time here, we go to the Keys twice a year and this is always one of the stops! Love Fiesta Key RV! Such a Florida feel camping there! Love the restaurant and bar, everyone's always so friendly! The iguanas are plentiful and we love them!

We booked this park last minute on our way home from Key West. We booked an elite site backup waterfront. We absolutely LOVED it. The campground is on its own little key. You can see sunrise and sunsets that are absolutely beautiful. Live bands on the weekend. There is a marina to store your boat. Restaurant and bar overlooking the water. Man made beach for swimming. A pool and two hot tubs. Security team was top notch. Everyone was so nice. We have a 30ft motorhome and our site was big enough but I could see how some sites in the middle of the campground could be small. We never had a problem. Lots of great fishing. We saw manatees, sharks, tarpons, red snapper, and barracuda. We will definitely be back.

We love it here! Everyone is friendly. Great atmosphere and great fishing. We go at least 4 times a year. Highly recommend!

    Right from the park!

Great RV park, with incredible views of a great marina. Friendly staff. Only one small complaint at all is they are picky about where you park, but manager was responsive to my complaint as a disabled vet. Had fun with the activities at the park. Even made ornaments. You will not be disappointed with your stay. Would recommend this place!

Loved this RV resort!! Extremely friendly staff and very clean. Their pool was super clean and the bar/restaurant was fantastic. We reserved a site right on the water and it was beautiful. Sunsets were amazing right from our RV site. Beach area was nice and well maintained with plenty of chairs and umbrellas if you want them. The little store has anything you might need and there is a marina on site too. Very nice laundry facility and dog park too. The whole place was clean and well maintained...they even collect your trash from the curb if you leave it out. One of the key features to us though was the security. The resort sits back off highway so the noise is non-existent (huge plus) but there is a security shack with a gate and someone from the RV resort patrolling constantly. Definitely provides peace of mind and an enjoyable experience! This is a great place to stay when visiting the FL Keys!

    Perfect spot for sunsets

Great little island key! Full hookups, kid and pet friendly, well maintained, and friendly staff! We docked our boat at the marina, rode our bikes, and used the pool and hot tubs and play sets, and all were in good working order. Showers were clean and hot water was plentiful. The restaurant on site is totally overpriced, but it's run independently so not a knock on encore. They really do need to re-fence the playground so that it's sealed up, but hey, that was our only complaint. Great place.

Boat slips are easily accessible. We drove our Class C pulling our boat. When we arrived, without even asking, the staff told us to unhook the boat and they would put it in the water for us while we set up at our site. That was unexpected but greatly appreciated. Our site was right on the water near a roped off swimming area. We ran into a little rv trouble which cut our trip short. (Converter went out = no a/c). We had to pack up a day early and head home. The staff was super understanding and refunded us our last night's fee. We did not expect that either but again very appreciative! The staff backed our trailer in the water and helped load the boat with ease. They parked it in an area easy to hook up to with the rv for our departure. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Very friendly mom and pop campground.

She was loud rude and refused to let me tell her what I was told when I made my reservation. Additionally, when I told her you won't let me tell you what I was told she said your reservation is canceled and hung up on me. I immediately received an email saying my reservation was cancelled. I think she did it purposely because my rate was $80.00 per day as I booked months in advance and they now charge $138.00 per night. I have stayed at a lot of rv parks and this was the worst experience I ever had with a staff member! I would avoid this RV park for sure! Beware of Jolly Roger's!

We have a 2 week stay here scheduled for August when lobster season opens. I recently found out through a voicemail that the marina is closed for upgrades. I've not received a call back. my other issue is that no-one told me the marina would be under construction before I paid over 4,000 dollars for my spot.

We were escorted to our site, and literally were parked steps from the water. We enjoyed hanging out in the water immediately, and also loved all the wildlife present everywhere on the campground, including an iguana who liked to bask in the tree right next to our RV, numerous pelicans and herons (or egrets? I never know the difference), schools of thousands of little fish, and more. I loved swimming in the area off the swimming dock. The water was cool and refreshing in the heat. Every day, I marveled at the beauty of this place. The clouds and sky looked like cotton candy at dusk. Sunsets were magical. Bahia Honda State Park is only 5 minutes away. I almost didn't go, because this campground was so nice, but fortunately, we went, and of course, that was breathtaking as well. We have starlink so I didn't have internet issues, and we didn't use the marina services, so can't speak to that.

The grounds are well maintained and the staff pays attention to every detail - they pick up the trash every two hours as an example. The oceanside pool / hot tub, dock and shady sandy beach like setting is made for relaxing with a beautiful view of the blue water, if you can't forget the world's troubles here there are other issues, this place definitely exemplifies island time. We had site #22 a pull-through site that fit our 41 foot coach and tow vehicle just fine, the privacy hedges provided enough isolation to disconnect from the world but the layout also provides some social opportunities, everyone here pretty much has the same agenda and fortunately we had great neighbors. The utilities included fresh water, 50 amp electrical, full sewer hookups cable and Internet ( I didn't use their cable being I have a satellite so I can't comment on the channel selection but I'm sure it's fine) the internet was probably the best I've experienced at any campground, it connected instantly to my WiFi Ranger at full strength the entire time without any interruptions. The compacted rock sites are level with with brick patios and a picnic table, even with a few heavy rain showers we never witnessed any standing water. We definitely plan on returning, actually our site is already booked for 2023 ensuring we can get back in, this definitely is a RV Resort that you need to plan ahead especially if your travel plans are less flexible and you want to stay over a holiday, it's a great location to stay if you're wanting to explore the Keys. We've been coming to the Keys over the Thanksgiving Holiday for a number of years and until now have stayed a little north of Grassy Key or in Key West but decided to stay and explore the middle keys this year so we could enjoy more of the Florida Keys with less daily travel. We arrived prior to the requested time and check in was so easy, the staff escorted us to our site and ensured everything was perfect before leaving us to finishing setting up camp. The park was only about half filled upon our arrival and as campers left and others arrived it never got crowded and remained about half filled throughout out stay - this made for a very peaceful stay and very private we stayed at site 10 and had no neighbors until the afternoon before we left.
