I had a completely different experience than some of the recent reviews, and I feel compelled to share. Especially since I was sitting next to the couple that left two nasty reviews and witnessed what actually happened. I saw how patient, professional, and accommodating the staff were--even in a situation where guests were being difficult and repeatedly asking for additional accommodations. The owner even personally came over, spent time with them, and generously offered complimentary gelato in an effort to make things right. We came on a Sunday afternoon, the place was slammed with a line out the door waiting to order. The cashier even took the time to let us know it would be a 45 minute wait. Despite that, the staff remained kind, attentive, and composed the entire time, which honestly says a lot about the level of service here. Our own experience was wonderful--great atmosphere, attentive service, and you can tell they truly care about their guests. It's disappointing to see negative reviews that don't reflect the full picture. We will absolutely be back. read more

We ordered at about 12:35 p.m., and the coffee arrived at about 12:45 p.m. It was very good. ​Now for the bad. I ordered the Pounder burger. It arrived at the table at about 1:15 p.m., which was pretty fast for how busy it was. However, the burger and fries were completely cold. The egg felt like it had been sitting on ice. We sent it back--no big deal. Time went on, 2:00 p.m. rolled around, and there was still no food. We went inside to find out what the holdup was, and the clerk stated it was "having the finishing touches done." ​At 2:05 p.m., the food finally arrived at the table. The fries were missing, and the burger patty was just lukewarm. The bacon was also cold. Unfortunately, we had to send it back again. After a few minutes, the manager kindly refunded our money and apologized. ​I will not be back for that flavorless, crap burger... it's bad! It could be busy and harder to find a table though. Overall I would come back if someone wanted to but not my first choice. Sanitation: very clean (5/5) Staff: (3/5) Ultimate Steak Sandwich (5/5) This was a really good sandwich, there was a spicy aioli that brought it together. The addition of veggies as well brought some more balance and the steak was tender. The panini like texture on the thin bread added a texture element to the dish. A friend suggested coming here yesterday January 28th,2026. We arrived around 9:30am and there were a few people sitting outside, this little place is located in Tivoli village across from El Dorado Cantina, upon going inside it reminds me of Urthe Cafe, same concept not as many pastry or coffee options but you get the idea. You walk up to the register and order and they give you a number and bring the food and drink to your table, I ordered the meat lovers skillet I removed the salami and pepperoni, it is very hearty and definitely enough for two people, I also ordered an iced hazelnut latte with oat milk that was really good. We decided to sit outside they had the heaters on and it was nice out. Our food came out super fast as did our drinks, the skillet was good, my friend and I sat for about 2 hours and caught up. The cafe is a nice little place if you're looking for something quick to eat without the overbearingness of an actual restaurant with servers and such. I wouldn't suggest this place if you're looking for more of an interaction with people such as service, it's very transactional just order and find your place to eat and relax. read more

I really want to enjoy this cafe but service really missed the mark today. Ordering at the counter went well. I received my cappuccino in a timely manner. But, then things went downhill from there. I got up to go get water and an efficient waiter took my cappuccino and table number. I didn't even get my food yet and I was not done with my cappuccino! Luckily I was able to catch him before he dissappeared with my cappuccino and number. Coffee is life, don't mess with my coffee. LoL. My order was taking a while and at the moment I inquired it then arrived. However, the Shakshuka was very liquid (too much in my experience). The waiter forgot my fruit cup. I then asked about it and then waited for the fruit cup. It was brought to the wrong table. The fruit cup that was served accidentally to a different table, but then the waitress picked it up from that table after serving it and brought to me. She should have brought me a new one. That should be a basic food handler common knowledge procedure. Good grief! I don't understand why the struggle today. Hoping in future visits it's better, or I'll find another cafe to frequent. So. . .I'm here, in Las Vegas, visiting my brother and he took my husband and I to lunch! Yay!! This restaurant IMMEDIATELY became one of my favorite places. My brother had the bagel w/lox, my husband has the Las Vegas omelette and my Sis-n-Love and I both had the steak salad. When I tell you perfection!! Whenever I go, I always get the salmon teriyaki bowl and a mocha. It fills me up perfectly and you can choose from a bunch of different flavors to craft the perfect bite. It looks amazing from the outside but kind of like that old saying, where's the beef or this case where's the poultry? There's barely anything. Our family had a decent visit for brunch at the Leone Cafe. We arrived just after they opened on a Saturday and opted to dine out on their patio area with our small dog. Their outdoor dining area was large and had both covered and uncovered dining areas with ample amount of comfortable seating. We received friendly service overall, but the ordering process can be frustrating and cleanliness was a bit lacking. Expect about 15 minutes waiting in line just to place an order, then another 20 minutes wait for the food. Prices are a little steep, and at this price point, I feel table service should be provided. Nonetheless, the food was satisfying. We enjoyed a Fruit Crepe, the Leone Breakfast Croissant, and a small hot chocolate. I'd recommend Leone Cafe for their wonderful dog friendly patio seating, but I am mixed regarding their prices and ordering process/wait times. read more

However, I am submitting a one-star review in the hopes that it will prompt a response from the ownership. I will revise my rating in a few weeks to 5 star, I just want this review to be addressing and looked at as a concern regarding the current system for your food runners or expediters. I believe that implementing a revised approach could significantly enhance efficiency in that role. Every-time a food runner comes out they are always going in circles trying to quickly scan 40 + tables for the correct number on the receipt. I feel creating a system below will completely eliminate that. Freeing them up to bus tables or push out orders 4x quicker. If any time is saved with this method we can then utilize the time saved to be used on more important tasks like keeping the patio area clean of any scraps to minimize attracting unwanted birds. Went to the café for brunch today and something has changed. Unfortunately, the croissants tasted as if they came from Costco or Sam's Club had hashbrowns and it was cold so I ordered another one to replace it and it came out cold again my son ordered a side of waffles and never came out. My aunt had a vegetable omelet which came with Pico de gallo and salsa. My uncle had the French toast and had 3 of the four slices. He asked for extra syrup and got it with no issue. My sister had the Washington which came with scrambled eggs, hash browns, a cup of fruit, Pico de gallo, guacamole, and salsa. My only issue is their website shows their full menu but when you walk up to order you can only see their beverage menu which was slightly concerning. Their menus are above the glass display case. Ordered here for the first time and the girl who was taking orders was a bit rude; she was short with her words and responded "mmhmm" in a snobby way. Our friends also felt the same energy from her. My one friend said this employee told her to go and move to the other register in a rude tone. Our other friend said he didn't sense she was friendly towards him either. I use to love this place but the quality has gone way down. Prices up, quality down. Leoné Café is as French as Joaquin Phoenix being Napoleon. Let's start with the simple Tabasco bottle on my table. It was brown, comparing to the ones around me that were red. Not a great start. My GF got a turkey melt with hash browns. A massive piece of bread for 3-4 slices of turkey? The sandwich ratio was just terrible. Too much butter/oil on the bread with a lot of cheese to mask/hide everything else that's wrong with the sandwich. I got the Leone breakfast sandwich. That was a great sandwich but ... I'm going to continue ranting about the hash browns. How can you get hash browns so wrong? Dried, overcooked with some places being undercooked and no seasoning. It tasted like frozen hash browns that got air fried. It tasted like uncooked instant noodles with no seasoning. Maybe use the extra butter/oil from the bread for the hash browns. I had to take them home and re-cook them with bacon oil and I seasoned it with salt and pepper. This use to be my go to spot but now the quality isn't there. The lattes here are great and I really enjoyed the lavender latte. It wasn't too sweet and the lavender was subtle. I thought it was a little weird how the salmon lox bagel came out unassembled. Usually when you order a sandwich it comes already made lol why am I making the sandwich myself... anyway I guess it wasn't too bad because it seemed like there were way more ingredients on the plate rather than if it just came in the bagel. The couple in front on us had to clean the back of their shirts because dried bird poop from the chairs got all over them. The tremendous amount of black birds swarming table right after people leave is hideous. I haven't been here in over a year and the coffee drink menu offerings changed, the host said they are still waiting on new menu boards, over a year waiting. I do not know if owners or manager has changed, but the outside dining area has gotten run down.
