It's a new year, which means it's time for a new pair of glasses! Last year, I had such a great experience at Natomas LensCrafters, that I knew right away this is where I would be returning. I wanted to pick up the second generation of the Meta Ray-Ban Wayfair's, because I hear they have better battery life, and a better camera. Because my prescription is still current, I didn't have to do another eye check, initially I worked with Solomon to secure a pair of the new cosmic blue ones. Though after sleeping on it, I decided the next day to change my selection back to the matte black. Had a few minor hiccups on Metas side; not LensCrafter, with the quality control of their frames. However Brian stepped in as before and did everything possible to present alternative solutions, he provide me with detailed information and keep me up to date during the whole time. Brian is truly knowledgeable, very professional and the only person I put my trust in when it comes to picking out the perfect pair of glasses for me. They've earned my business and I now recommend my friends and family to visit this location for great customer service, support and care. read more

First of all, I would like to thank the assistant manager Solomon for helping me out! I previously went to the delta shores location in south Sacramento and had the worst experience EVER...TWICE!! But Solomon made it right and help me get the pair of glasses I was looking for; not once did he try and sell me a random pair of glasses like the previous location. Over all the experience was quick and easy. He listened to all of my needs and was very patient. I highly recommend this location because they will go above and beyond! read more

Great experience at LensCrafters. Kimberly was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my husband's questions without making us feel rushed. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process easy. Brian was also a huge help and very friendly. The team worked well together and provided excellent customer service. We really appreciated the support and will definitely be back. read more

Do not come here for contact lenses. I paid for an eye exam and contact fitting and still never received a correct, usable pair of contacts. The first time, they handed me two contacts for my left eye with no bag, paperwork, or explanation and told me to leave. I had to ask for paperwork before they realized they had given me the wrong contacts. They reordered them, but the prescription and brand were also wrong. After more delays and another reorder, I asked for a reexamination because they still had not completed my fitting correctly. Instead of taking responsibility for their repeated mistakes, they told me I was outside their policy and was basically out of my money. That is completely unacceptable when the reason this took so long was because of their own errors. I paid for a service that was never properly completed, received no usable contacts, and was treated like the problem was mine. I would not trust this location with a contact fitting and strongly recommend going somewhere else where they actually care about their customers. read more

My first impression when I entered the shop was that it was quiet, clean and inviting. Carmela greeted me and helped me find the frames I wanted. I am elderly and disabled, so she listened to my description of what I was looking for and brought me several pairs to try on. She was very sweet and patient and made the whole experience pleasant and easy. When I returned to pick up the first pair, I was again greeted warmly and helped by another employee. The same thing happened when I went back for my sunglasses, which had been on back order. Every staff member I met was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely go back to this shop with my next prescription! read more

A year ago I highly recommended this business. When I came back this year, I had a great experience with the doctor and a horrible experience with the rest of the staff. The doctor recommended that I get cataract surgery and supposedly wrote a referral for me. After three or four weeks of calling every single day to find out where the referral was and then sending me old referrals from a year before, I finally got my referral on the 23rd. The referral was dated the 22nd. My original appointment was on the first. That means that for three weeks, they lied to me every single day when I called them and they told me that they had sent the referral. They literally did it on the 22nd and sent it out on the 23rd. In the meantime, I couldn't see out of my left eye for those three weeks, that my surgery was delayed. The reason that I'm giving these guys two stars is that when I was very upset, thinking that I was going blind the doctor was very sweet and hugged me and reassured me that everything was gonna be fine. All I needed was surgery. I just wish that my discomfort and inability to see correctly was a little bit more urgent on their end instead of waiting three weeks to finally come up with a referral after lying to me for all that time. I no longer recommend this place. The staff needs a lot more training. The professionalism in this office just doesn't exist. I recommend you go someplace else. read more

This isn't my optometrist place but I was in the area and needed my nose pads replaced ASAP. A lady with red hair named Lauren (or Laura I'm sorry I'm horrible with names) welcomed me in and was so nice and so sweet to me! She replaced both my nose pads and also straighten my glasses for me in less than 10minutes while she was the only one on the floor! Just my experience with her made me asked if they take my insurance for my yearly exam (-: read more

I've had many eye exams in my life and I've been to many different eye doctors at different companies. Dr. Switzer did the most comprehensive eye exam I've ever had and everyone else here is also the best. Thanks everyone for all your help! read more

Horrible experience took 3 tries to get my glasses correct. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses: 1 pair for reading and another pair of sunglasses for driving. I have dual vision coverage and order the same brand I always have worn and ordered. The 2 pairs cost me over $900.00, I could have gone to an independent location and not have had to pay that much! 1st time the representative did not even listen to my instructions nor pay attention to my prescription. Both sets of glasses were not correct. The second time they were not correct and when it was discovered that the Progressive portion of the prescription was not included, I was forced to pay over $300.00 in order for the glasses to be completed. Finally the reading glasses were ready and worked. The sunglasses were not correct or were damaged and had to be redone once again. The sunglasses prescription is still not to the quality that it should be. I will never return to lens crafters for any type of glasses read more

I wanted to start by saying thank you to Rick and Robert for going out of their way to help. I was in a situation where it was somewhat unique. I found out the product that was promised to me wasn't the one I expected, as a consumer you take the salespersons word because they're the professional. Unfortunately sometimes mistakes happen and that when you and the company shines, not in my case. So I went on Yelp and found this LensCrafters that has 5 stars, was a bit of a drive but it's worth the trip. Everyone was friendly, helpful and are truly excited about the work they do. They managed to correct the mistake that another LensCrafters made and it was super easy, their manager Rick was very helpful. And after everything was done Bethany and Jhovan made recommendations where to eat, Dim-Sum down the street Yue Huang and that also was amazing, these folks know their stuff, it might be a drive but it's all worth it. Thank you everyone! Well deserved 5 read more

This LensCrafters in Natomas is wonderful! Friendly, professional and attentive customer service! Clean and organized! Great selection of frames! Lots of high-end brand-name frames. This location has AMAZING customer service! I missed my appointment time and they gave me a courtesy call to remind me and I almost had to reschedule for 2 weeks out but after a very short hold they told me to come on in and they'll squeeze me in still, every single rep interaction was so understanding and no one at all showed frustration with me being late, if I could give this location more than 5 stars I would! HUGE thank you to every employee at this location and a bigger thank you to the optometrist for still taking my appointment and the eye care advice she gave me!! read more

I need my Glasses.... very much! With great compassion and concern for me, I was assisted with an urgency to repair my glasses. The store personnel was so courteous and sincerely kind. They seem to understand my fear of not being able to see. Their kindness allowed me to calm down. LensCrafters, from my heart, I thank you. YOU HAVE MY BUSINESS! read more

Dr. Switzer is so kind, with a great sense of humor, knowledge, and thoroughness. The entire staff is amazing, very welcoming, friendly, patient, and informative, and answered any and all questions. This is a very clean, open facility with plenty of options for adults and children! There is no rush, no pressure..... Nice bit of info .. some not all glasses could be ready in or about 1 hour read more

Called last minute on a Saturday morning to get my daughter's glasses fixed. Bethany was so helpful and kind - she gave me info about adjusting the arms of the frames to help them fit better. We will definitely go back to this location for glasses in the future!! read more

Robert was great at assisting me with obtaining new frames. He was both professional and personable.

Visited here because my daughter recently had an eye checkup and was in need of glasses. When we walked in we were immediately greeted which I appreciated. I also let the sales people know that we were there to find a pair of glasses that best fit her. We weren't looking for anything extra or fancy. After looking at the prices I let the sales person know that we would be shipping other places, he insisted we still make a profile just in case we change our mind and came back. He failed to tell me that making a profile will lock my insurance to that place. So when I went to shop other places I was unable to purchase anywhere until they released my insurance from them. It was very frustrating since I felt like I was very upfront since I understand that they work on commission. But to purposely lock us in knowing we were shopping other places and then to have us waiting to unlock our insurance from this company was completely unfair to my daughter. Would not go back and would not recommend. read more

Excellent customer service and very friendly every time I come in, even if it's just to get my glasses adjusted. Much appreciated!

Went to this new Lens Crafters for both my son and my eye exams and new glasses. The optometrist is great and very knowledgeable and the customer service from everyone in the store was amazing! So glad this store is here and I would recommend them to any one! read more

I have to give 5 stats. Joaquin, the manager, is a rock star. I purchased a slightly pricey pair of glasses that continued to break. After going for "screw" replacement X2 at the larger store but the associate seemed to be upset doing the repair. And they broke again in 5 days.I decided to check out the one in my neighborhood. I was in and out in 15 minutes. My next purchase will be with them. The store was beautiful and everyone had a smile. The whole experience was great. Will post my next visit. Love this store! read more

Worst experience ever. I got a pair glasses here. As soon as I tried them one, I knew something was off. I could not see stuff as clearly as I'd like to. I raise the concern and the response was "why don't you give them a try and your eye will adjust to them". Worst customer services ever. I will never bring my business here ever again. read more

Hey guys! This establishment is NEW to Natomas 2023! The whole staff was very nice, patient, and informative! The store was very clean, modern and I enjoyed the natural light. They have a good selection of frames; and if you do not see what you're looking for (as far as colors for frames go), they'll assist you in finding other options. If you need help finding what's good for your face shape, they'll be more than happy to give you advice. If you're like me and like to just try them out on your own, they'll have no problem giving you the time to do so. So, go check them out! Thank you, RICK, MARS, and LIANA. read more

Very easy and fast to see an OD. Staff was cordial and efficient. Frames are pricey but they have all the good designer brands.

I stopped by LensCrafters in Natomas office to see if they had a part I needed and could install on my glasses fully expecting to pay for the service since I did not purchase my glasses there. They not only had the part and installed it, they would not let me pay for anything. They treated me first class and even tightened up and adjusted my eyeglasses. Friendly and Professional and my new friends. Thanks LENSCRAFTERS at Natomas. Nice store and worth seeing. read more
