So happy this store got a remodel and it looks spectacular! Really gives that luxurious feel when shopping here. My experience here was awesome. I had the pleasure of working with Nehru, he provided excellent service and was very professional and knowledgeable when choosing lens. I had a great time and would definitely come back.

This was the worst eye exam of my 40-plus years wearing glasses. I went here because my longtime…read moreeye doctor retired. The office is literally freezing and boring. When I was in the exam room waiting for the doctor, I could overhear here him berating and yelling at one of his staff. "This is UNBELIEVABLE!" He screamed as he stormed past the room I was in. It was very uncomfortable. When he finally came in to examine me, he didn't want to here me out or listen to any of my concerns, he ran through the motions as fast as he could and was done. I ended up ordering my glasses elsewhere because Visionworks wanted nearly $600 for my prescription glasses. I decided to check prices at Target and Costco. I ended up getting glasses with the same high-index progressive lenses for less than $150. But when my new glasses arrived, my vision was fuzzy. After trying several adjustments, I decided to get a second examine and found out the prescription James Williams gave me was WRONG. Save your money and time, go to an eye doctor who treats his staff with respect and doesn't rush through an examine so you end up with a proper prescription. The only good news is that even after paying for second exam out of pocket, I still saved money versus what Williams and Visionworks quoted me at.

The optometrist was excellent and professional. When we…read morewere advised that the eyeglasses were ready to be collected, we arrived on Saturday morning, 8/1/26. We approached the young lady sitting by the entrance. After greeting her pleasantly, I proceeded to explain the purpose of our visit and asked her to direct us to the person who was responsible. She explained that she could assist. She asked my mother to sit down and then asked me (instead of my mother) her name and date of birth. After I provided all the information, she turned to the cabinet behind her and did not find the eyeglasses. Proceeded to ask another co-worker, returned, and found the glasses. When my mother put them on, she felt the legs tight around her ears. We requested that she adjust them slightly so that they would not cause her pain. She explained that if she loosened the legs, they would slip off her nose, and (to cover herself professionally) she added that her supervisor would agree. I requested that she proceed to do so, as we were Not leaving until she felt completely comfortable. She loosened the legs and when my mother placed them, they were too loose. I requested that she tighten them a little, and she only provided an excuse to Not do so. I explained how we were quite fed up with medical professionals Not doing their jobs with excellence and blaming patients for their errors. I was Not leaving until my mother (89) felt comfortable. The greatest problem here was the 'attitude'. I was aware that the young lady spoke Spanish but only spoke with me in English, disrespecting and ignoring my mother. When I spoke to my mother in Spanish, she then understood me. If you do NOT like working with people, I respect that and advise that you work behind a computer or elsewhere. Is that a professional lack of training in the workplace, or should we as parents teach that to our children? The issue now is that my mother CANNOT see with the BiFocal lense after charging her insurance $400.

I've been going there for years. I've only had one issue so I would definitely recommend them. I go…read moreevery year since 2014.

Maria sold us the glasses and she was excellent, helpful and professional. we picked up the glasses on 9/9/26. Vicki was our representative. She advised she did not know how to set up the glasses that Vance was the expert at it. By this point only customers were my aunt and me. (NO DOCTOR in store.) Vicki advised glasses needed charging. (No charger provided by Oakley and none in store.) The glasses had some charge left and she attempted to help us, reading the instructions. I struggled and finally paired the glasses to my aunt's phone. So Vicki said you guys go ahead and keep playing with it. I am doing something for the doctor(Sign said NO DOCTOR). Vance was no where in site to help us. I said "what , can't you please help us further ?" She said she did not know. So I packed up the glasses and advised her that we were truly disappointed because they sold the glasses to us and should be able to help us set up. Again, Vance, the expert, did not come out at all to help us. I think that as an agent of these smart glasses, the store should have a spare USB-C cable and have their employees trained to help the customer. Vicki appeared to be wanting to get rid of us ....I guess she had nothing else to offer because she really had no knowledge of the set up, and she advised Vance told her to try and help us on her own. (per her words). When we left another lady had arrived. Hope she received better service. It is a sad situation when you depend on the experts and pay for these expensive glasses and no one is there for the customer. We are still struggling with the set up, watching videos and reading articles etc. I am thankful for Maria's help and her very professional and excellent customer service. Too bad it was her day off.
