This place is a joke. We ordered contacts from them and for some reason they got shipped to the wrong store in another side of the country. They didn't tell us for 3 weeks until we finally asked them about it. They had no way of even overnight shipping the "missed package", nor a way to compensate or make things right. Other than telling us they re ordered the package and that it will arrive in 3 business days which let's face it with the weekend coming up it's more like 5. Never ordering contacts with a company that can't even get basic logistics right the first time. read more

I scheduled an appointment not once, but twice for a contact lens exam. Both times, I showed up on time and had to leave. There was like a 30-40 minute wait just to even be seen, and I attempted to go on my lunch break so my time is limited. What's the point of having appointments if they're not going to be honored?? read more

They didn't double check my lenses and they were made wrong or the doctor over corrected me. Got so bad I couldn't wear them. I thought it was me just getting used to a new pair. So if you go here made sure they make them correct. The girl doing measurements didn't seem to care. I question who really messed it up. I'm not getting my 700 dollars back anytime soon. read more

I have been going there for. several years to get my eyes checked. I wanted contacts instead of glasses. Because of my prescription, it's a challenge. I was lucky enough to get Dr Pike. He took the time to understand what I wanted, and came up with a prescription for contacts that works amazingly well. I don't think I've been able to see this well in years. Thank you Dr Pike for going that extra mile to make it work. For anyone considering getting your eyes checked, I would highly recommend him. He is only in the Nashua store on Thursdays though. read more

I can't say enough good things about this location. Every person I interacted with at *every* customer touchpoint - reception, tech's, the Doctor, and store manager were helpful, friendly, and all-around terrific. Check this location out, especially if you're from Massachusetts and can't get a LensCrafters appointment there. These guys are pretty much same day and friendly as chatting with a good neighbor. read more

We went to lens crafters after my daughter lost her glasses while swimming. Though their advertising states 1-hour, they told us they glasses would be ready in one week. This was already unacceptable as she cannot see and develops headaches when she is not wearing glasses. It has now been more than a week and we are still waiting. Staff have been generally short, unhelpful and unsympathetic in all conversations. We will not be coming back after this experience. read more

Awful service. No one ever helps you in the store. The eye doctor was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. However it's been over 2 months and they still haven't been able to get my new contacts in. Originally told it would be 2 weeks, then after 4 weeks that it takes 2 months, now it's been 10 weeks. Worst part is there is a 20 min plus wait before anyone acknowledges you to ask I question. I usually walk out after 30 minutes. Don't waste your time with them. read more

Shoutout to Brandon one of the managers there we were in a unique situation where we had a prescription but did not have glasses he was able to do exactly what we needed we were in and out of LensCrafters with in 2 hours !!! Let me remind everyone that today is Sunday afternoon! He explained everything and made us aware of everything we needed to know talk about customer service at its best !!! This is the letter I just wrote to LensCrafters customer service about their Phesant Lane Mall location, I thought I would share it with you. Hello, I went to the Lenscrafters in the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, NH, and had an awful experience. I went in for new lenses, and I worked with a person named David I believe, who was a new employee at that location, but said he had been with the company for fifteen years. He proceeded to leave me waiting for about twenty minutes as he spoke on the phone, and his tone was not friendly at all. He sized me for glasses, and told me I had one eye which was lower than the other, which has never been mentioned to me before in all my years of wearing glasses. I then proceeded to look in a mirror to check this, and he noted that I was being self concious, to which I replied "well I just found out my eyes are messed up," to which he replied "Yes they are, but there is no use worrying about it,". At this point, I should have walked out of your store. I wanted to walk out of your store. The only reason why I did not was because I just wanted to get these new lenses made for school. That was a very poor choice of mine, and I consider my 231 dollars wasted. They even forgot to give me my old lenses when I picked up my glasses an hour and a half later. I am henceforth never coming back to any Lenscrafters, and I regret not speaking to David one on one, but the reason why I did not confront him at the time was for fear of an altercation. This review is specifically about Linda, who was very nice, understanding and helpful. I was ready to report Lenscrafters to the Better Business Bureau for fraud - their Eyewear Protection Plan has a lot of gotchas and they gave me inaccurate information about the expiration date; then refused to exchange my glasses because of their mistake - but when I explained my situation to Linda, she immediately understood and offered to rightly extend my EPP - and her store isn't even the store where I purchased the glasses (that said, beware of Newbury street in Boston). Linda saved the day and she saved Lenscrafter's butts from the gavel. She proved that excellent customer service exists not at the corporate level (in fact, there customer service stinks at the corporate level), but at the individual employee level. read more

We had two exams scheduled one for 5 p.m. and one for 5:20. As we checked in, we got no welcoming words. The woman behind the counter was filling out the paperwork and the optometrist was also doing some kind of paperwork. At 5:13, I asked them if we should reschedule. The woman behind the counter said to me it would be $78. I asked her what the charge was for as I knew my insurance paid for an eye exam yearly. She said the $78 was for the digital eye exam that they now have. I was less than happy as I was not informed of this when I called to make the appointment. She then told me that if I did not want the digital eye exam I could have the drops but I would not be able to drive. I told her the last time I had my eyes examined, almost one year ago to the day, there were neither of those options. So I told her I would not like either one of them. She said it is part of the exam and that I would have to have it. The whole experience was very frustrating and unprofessional. I made an appointment online and got the confirmation. So I drove 20 mins there to check in. When I got there they told me I didn't have an appointment and that I must have the wrong place or the wrong day. I showed her my confirmation and still no help. She said that someone else must have booked it first and they are already there (10mins early). So I was told to come back on a weekday since it's easier with insurance that way. Well that's hard to do when you work full time. That's the only "help" they offered me even though I had the confirmation in hand. Very frustrated and annoyed and I will NOT be returning. read more

I have always gone to Lens Crafters along with my whole family. After today that will not happen again. I bought a pair of glasses not even a year ago, and i bought the extended warranty. I have been back to the store counting today 7 time to have them adjust my glasses, two of which where in the first 30 days. I was told each time not to worry if they didn't work out i could exchange them within the year. I went there today to do that because i cant stand the headaches that they give my any longer. The sales woman told me she could not do anything for me because that has to be in the first 30 days to get an exchange. This is not what i was told every other time i was in the store. She told me she would adjust them for me but that is all she could do so i asked for the manager, she told me i was speaking to her. I have a friend who had problems with the hurting her nose in a different location and they changed them for a fifty dollar fee. I would be happy to pay the fifty dollars but i was not given the option. She then tried to sell me another pair of classes for $50 off. I will not be returning to this store nor will my family. Lenscrafters, no good. Mr. Miyagi buy very expensive Transitions lenses, Lenscrafters say will put in 1 hour. Lenscrafters say they sell Transitions lenses, but they actually sell cheap knockoffs. After 1 year lenses start to deteriorate around edge. Mr. Miyagi bring back to Lenscrafters, they say Miyagi no clean properly. Miyagi only use cloth that come with glasses. Lenscrafters tell Miyagi is customary to upgrade glasses lenses every year. Every year?? Don't think so. Mr. Miyagi go another year with fake Transitions, cleaning very carefully with water and special cloth that come with glasses. The fake Transitions lenses continue to deteriorate, very fuzzy around edge, but can still see through them. Miyagi wait another year, go back to Lenscrafters and ask angry man at desk what is wrong with glasses. Lensecrafters big, unhappy man say "New England weather is very unpredictable, that and improper cleaning has scratch lenses." Lenscrafters blame weather, blame Miyagi, blame everyone. Man very rude. Mr. Miyagi go to Lenscrafters competition, they say real Transitions lenses have sunglass magic built within the lense itself, they say lenses Lenscrafters sold Mr. Miyagi have spray on lense that slowly break down over time, NOT Transition lense. Mr. Miyagi buy new glasses at Lenscrafters competition, Cohens. For price of fake Transitions at Lenscrafters Miyagi get eye exam, glasses AND snazzy sunglasses, too! Mr. Miyagi now big pimpin! Many lady say to Miyagi, "nice glasses big pimp daddy mac!" One at a time ladies, plenty of Miyagi twerk action to go around. Woot woot! read more

Had an excellent experience at LensCrafters in the Pheasant Lane Mall. I started with an eye exam in the Drs office which is conveniently located inside the LensCrafters. I was helped by Lanh and Dr. Abrams who were both friendly and professional. I appreciated that they were willing to take me as a walk-in. After my exam,Dr. Abrams walked me directly over to sales rep Mona who helped me pick out two very cute pair of glasses (regular and sunglasses). Mona was great, I appreciated her opinion and expertise when picking out glasses. Of course it was expensive (good glasses always are) but I willing to pay $$$ for top quality, well made glasses (I wear them everyday!!). read more

I ordered my glasses and was told that they would be ready within 3-4 day. I called on the 3rd day, they had said the glasses were not available which is fine! It's only the third day!! The fourth day I called, I was hung up on... i called back and someone else answered and I was treated very rudely and once the guy asked for my last name he said in a very rude tone, it's going to be 7-10 days it's only been 3... he didn't even check... the following day I happened to be in target in the mall and I figured why not go check lens crafters to see if the glasses are ready... I walked in and asked... once again, asked for my last name.. didn't even check said in the rudest tone nope, like I said yesterday 7-10 days it's been 4...... it has actually been 5 days at this point and I was told it would take 3-4... I have not complained once all I was doing was simply calling and checking in on the glasses to see if the glasses I PAID for where ready.. I felt like a burden asking if my merchandise was ready for me... was not a good feeling. read more
