I really like Dr Paula, she's personable, caring, and was very willing to help me find solutions that worked best with my life. Her team is awesome too. They're always willing to work around my schedule and very easy to get in touch with. And they remember little things - like vacations and new jobs. They're great. read more

I ordered a new pair of rx glasses with a slight tint. I picked up the glasses on March 2nd 2026. My dog got ahold of my new glasses on March 20th and thought they were a chew toy. Needless the say the new glasses were destroyed. I stopped into Macy's to see Lauren and she was able to assist me in ordering a replacement pair. Customer service above and beyond! Thank you Lauren! read more

High priced, horrible service, doctor tells you you can't see while you see fine.. Don't waist your time and money. Go to a real eye doctor! read more

LensCrafters for the win! For years I went a local optician who used those magoo looking lens from the 70s. Last year I went to a commercial eye ware chain. When they handed my prescription to me, my eyes were going batshit crazy. I went back 4 more times and swore off the commercial lens spots. My eye insurance allows me a free pair of glasses each year. I was about to make an appointment back to same doctor I noticed my sun glasses weren't good for driving. I did an internet search and found LensCrafters can fill RayBans with a prescription lens. Awesomeness! I first make a prescription for my annual eye exam. The equipment? Very high tech. They were able to take a picture of my eye and see if there is anything going on, I passed that test without studying. Bam! They had my 2022 prescription and I gave them my old RayBans. The woman tells me my insurance also covers frames. The same Clubmaster frames will cost me with insurance, .88 cents. No. Way!!!! Almost two weeks later, I picked up my brand new RayBans Clubmasters with my progressive lens. I'm like Superman with this vision. No going back multiple times, everything was very professional. I have another set of glasses that I'll be updating, This LensCrafters in the Smith Haven mall made my entire transaction very easy. From the doctor to the people in the showroom, it was a pleasure to visit LensCrafters. read more

I am updated this review based on my trip to Lense Crafters today. Today I was greeted right away. My new glasses are perfect and the service was great! Thank you While the glasses selection was great and the prices were also fairly reasonable for glasses the process was long. There was one girl working and it took a very long time to even be acknowledged read more

I had such a good experience here. I just moved and was long overdue for an eye exam, and decided to try this newer location. Their doctors and sales staff both are professional and friendly. I got both eyeglasses and sunglasses. I ended up realizing I didn't love my sunglasses, (once I was outside in them), and the exchange process was SO smooth and painless. I hate feeling like a burden during those types of things but the manager was so understanding. They have a 30 day money back guarantee. My new pair was also ready in less than a week. Thank you for this positive experience! read more

I found the exact same pair of glasses here for over $100 cheaper compared to a different store I went to. They were cheaper with all of the glasses compared to other stores and my prescription turned out to be less money too. Many options, very helpful, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended. read more

Easy to make appointments online, top notch staff and latest technology! Been using them for many years now and am always more than satisfied! And just because they are located inside Lenscrafters doesnt mean you need to buy glasses there... I have on occasion, but have also taken my prescription elsewhere. read more

Awesome service!! Will def recommend this location. Went in and Joe promptly resolved our missing screw problem. Thank you Joe!!!!

Excellent all-around service. Dr. Berliner took me promptly for an exam without an appointment after I broke my old glasses, and the new frames were ready within two business days. Prices were very reasonable, and all the employees were very nice and helpful. read more

This is a review of the experience I had after a recent contact exam. When I visited on 12/03, I informed the front desk person I had new job since my last visit and there may of been a change to my vision plan. I was there for a refill of my contacts, which they require an annual exam for. I was told that i would have to pay out of pocket $200, as my eyemed insurance didn't cover most of it. I thought it was odd and expensive, and asked him to check my benefits again, to which he told me I was an eyemed member but they just changed the coverage and this seemed normal to him. I paid and went home to check my benefits realizing I am not a participate of eyemed any longer, my job has a different plan to which I am fully covered for all fees and services. This was my misunderstanding, and I called the office immediately to try and fix the situation, hoping they would be compassionate and understanding to an existing patient. I was told the office manager Michelle would call me to discuss a potential refund and Truthfully, nothing changed about my prescription or the exam, it's just a requirement to get a script from them for new lenses. I called almost daily and was continually told she was out of office and that she would call and I never heard back. Finally December 23rd I got a call, to which Michelle told me she was busy with an office move and there was nothing they could do for me and I should try and submit the receipt through my new plan on my own. I was always happy with the doctor experience I had there, but the billing and customer service experience I received I would not recommend this office. read more

Professional and friendly staff. Made my wife and I feel comfortable. Gave us a recommendation for better eye health. Also with my family history of blindness, Dr. recommended some more exams. read more

Looks like a nice place but I wouldn't recommend you to purchase your glasses there. It's way over priced. I have high prescriptions and they make really thick lenses for you with over 200 bucks even with a deal. When I go purchase my prescription glasses through framedirect.com, I can easily get an really thin and well polished, with anti-reflective coating lenses for the same price. read more

Went there after my insurance book said they covered me. Then claimed they covered "Medical Only" And even then were only willing to take $40 off, making it $110 instead of $150 for the EXAM only. They didn't cover the glasses themselves at all. I even heard them talking on the phone to a patient that said they could mail it to your house, but it'd be an extra $40 or something ridiculous. I'm not even surprised, look up Adam Ruins Everything Glasses to see how Lenscrafter is part of a monopoly that owns the stores, insurance company, factories that make the frames, and the companies themselves. Disgusting. read more

Friendly & informative staff. Clean office. Has a bit of a wait time, but so does everywhere else. Been going here for 10+ years. Would recommend. read more

Pricey, even with insurance. Without going into the specifics, really didn't enjoy my experience here. Will just go next door to Costco for next year's eye exam. read more

Very flexible scheduling, friendly and sincere staff, very professional exam, great deals on dozens of frames.

Staff and Dr. Marino are excellent. One health visit you won't mind.

The only reason I'm giving this one star, is because I don't have the option of giving it ZERO. Walked in to make a purchase, MARGARET "helped" me, she had little knowledge to the selections she had. She continuously walked away from me. read more
