The woman in store finally agrees and says she has to send the issue out to have them mail me a check. 6 hours later they call me at home to tell me that I wasn't eligible for lense coverage at the time of purchase. What? Wait.... um they did cover lenses. That's the issue. Now I get to have the same conversation over the phone that I had in the store. She sees what I'm saying and says she will talk to management. Can't wait for the next call. Family coverage medical is over $2000 per month. Why should I have to pay for what the insurance company I pay for, already paid you! Annoyed AF.

This time I needed frames as well. For a pair of expensive frames and the identical lenses, I was charged $900. I was also told if I wanted a second pair using Mr frames ( it was not realized be the optician this as my second pair). The charge would be $300. Let me see! $300 or $1,100. I think $300 for the identical lenses as the $1,100.

I was given a quality exam where I felt that Dr. Schrier took his time and explained every result and available option. I spoke to Paul during the purchase and listened to his suggestions and reasoning for different types of eyewear. Everything turned out great and they actually followed up and made sure that I was seeing properly afterwards. I'm glad that I made the change and look forward to my yearly exam.

I usually go elsewhere, but this place was covered by my insurance--only for me to end up paying $700 for lenses I was quoted $250 for, and another $600 for contacts. The environment is unprofessional and rude. On Wednesdays, there's an older gentleman doctor who is excellent--he's efficient and respectful of your time. But on other days, the younger doctor is completely unprofessional. I waited over an hour and a half after my appointment while he stood around watching a patient try on glasses. He didn't introduce himself, was cold, and made the entire experience uncomfortable. If you want to feel uncomfortable, go here. If you want to feel valued--go somewhere else.

(Pin literally fell out of the hinge and the temple came apart) I was originally told I was going to have to pay $120 for frames because of missing parts, and it would be two weeks possibly to get my glasses back.. that sucks because my eyes are terrible!! My sales rep told me she'd talk to a manager and see what she could do. Later that evening I received a phonecall that they will cover my frame and that they were actively looking to find the ones I had and if not, they'd select something similar and to give them a day or two. One day later I have my glasses back and pretty awesome Ralph Lauren frames. Honestly, some of the best customer service I've been provided in a long time!!
