Not a fan of the Dave's sauce that comes with everything. I think it's just a mix of ketchup and mayonnaise. They really need to offer some other sauces. I did ask for ranch and was charged for it like $1.50 even tho it didn't list it on the menu. I would go back again the food was really good.

The menu was easy to read and order from. The cashier Juanita was very friendly and personable, as well as the rest of the crew. My biggest complaint was that Jaunita had her pants half way down her butt, and was showing her underwear. This is not professional, sanitary, or representative of the rest of my experience. I have seen this trend slipping into other establishments and it needs to be called out. Also the open sign and doors were locked 9 minutes before published closing time. Overall great experience

Very disappointed with my experience at Firehouse Subs on May 30, 2026, around 7:00 PM…read more We ordered three sandwiches, and while waiting for our food, we noticed a strong burning smell. We also overheard an employee say, "Why didn't you let me know the timer is off?" At that point, we hoped the smell wasn't coming from our order. Unfortunately, when we got home and opened our bags, we found that the bread on all three sandwiches was burnt. To make matters worse, we also purchased a cookie, and it was extremely hard, as if it had been sitting out all day. For the amount we paid, we expected much better quality and attention to detail. This experience was very disappointing, and based on this visit, I would not recommend this location.

The order was ready by the time I got there. When I walked in, I instantly realized I forgot they had a salad bar. Next time. The sandwich was delicious, bread was buttery and plenty of meat. I also added giardiniera, which gave the sandwich an amazing spicy kick. The pasta salad lacked flavor but was a good pair to the sandwich. The pumpkin cake was moist and yummy.

She happily gave me extra of the things I asked which I sometimes am nervous about, and chatted with us a bit. Service was super fast, in and out in less than 5 minutes. And, as always, they are thorough in asking whether I have any nut allergies before giving the pesto chicken. This salata accepts cash as well, which is a first for me! "Money is money!" they say! The whole establishment was so clean and nice looking, inside and out, and the bathrooms looked great as well. I'd definitely come back here!

My girlfriend and I are actually Salata fanatics, so we're experts in making salads LOL The food is always good. The new salad girl was attentive and listened well, she picked up our flow quick. The only thing I would say is, she's sloppy with making sure all the ingredients made it into the bowl. Now initially entering into the restaurant, it was pretty empty. Way bigger than the other locations we been too so we enjoyed that. We also loved the way this location looks. We went to the restroom, they had just mopped in there but there was hair all over the toilet. BLEH *cringe* Then, when we finished paying for our bowls, we went to see if we wanted a fountain drink.... YALL I CANT MAKE THIS UP. THERE WAS HAIR INSIDE THE SWEET TEA FOUNTAIN. #Disgusting In addition, there was sticky stuff on the sea salt containers so that tells me that lack wiping down the salt and pepper dispensers. UGH. My rating, we really wanted to like this location. Since we go to Salata a lot, it was disappointing to see the best location we've been to so far was so neglectful. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I went to Jersey Mike's today for the first time…read more For the flavor I was looking for, I was able to achieve it. Their original Italian totally fit the bill! But here's my experience: I walked in. There is a gentleman with blonde hair and a cap on who welcomed me. I tell him that this is my first time ever coming to this establishment. He doesn't rush me. He allowed me to pick what I wanted. Now the next young lady who started making the sandwich was veryyyyy new. She was nervous so we'll bypass her little mistake. There's another lady by the name of Bernice who was absolutely amazing. Her attitude was upbeat. She helped me to understand the process as well. Now it's time for me to check out. There is an older lady that's tall who gave NO allowance to the fact that I was a NEW customer. She asked if my meal was to go or not, but she gave me the impression that she may have jumped the gun by wrapping the sandwich before asking the question. So I say, "whichever is easiest for you". It's obvious that there are new employees there so I tried to work with everybody. She lowers her voice and speaks to me in a stern manner. I expressed again I was new to the restaurant and did not know the process. I asked,. "Are you going to put it on a plate and give it to me if I eat here or do you wrap it up and bag it regardless I don't know your process." She explained the process. So I told her just to put it on the bag and that I would work it out . I said thank you. I asked for my cup that she forgot to give me. She says oh yeah, she passed me the cup. At this point, I wasn't gonna ask her for the lid. Then I just said," no worries. We are all new here". At THAT POINT, I knew I would never come back because of her aggressiveness. So as I'm eating my sandwich, here comes Bernice with a smile on her face who asked, " how do you like your sandwich and is everything OK for you?" THIS CHANGED EVERYTHING!!!! When she thought I was done, she came back to the table and said can I help you with anything? How was your meal? Mannnnnn, she won me over!!!! I managed a call center in banking for 7 years and stayed in management until, I retired. When I tell you Bernice totally changed my mind about everything! I will be back. The food was good!!. The lady at the register made it bad. But Bernice and the young man with the blonde hair at the bread station made my day!!!!
