I'm not sure how the place is run, but it seems odd that they wouldn't just put a closed sign up at that point if they weren't allowed or willing to get some more tomatoes or lettuce out before closing.

I had stepped to the side so I could download the app and register for an account so we could take advantage of the discount. My wife stepped toward the register to ask and it just so happened that the gentleman with the broken leg was having the same issue. He asked and the guy behind the counter told him it will take 30 minutes to show up. The other lady behind the counter told him, well you can save it for next time. The sign says now, not 30 minutes or next time. We left without trying the new place out. We shop there way more than I care to admit, but even though you may disagree and that's ok, I personally feel that that is deceptive and won't ever attempt to eat there again. Thanks
