It wasn't until roughly 10:45 that I received a message saying the bagel flavor I selected was unavailable. No big deal at all -- I responded immediately and said everything bagels would be great. Then... nothing. Two separate DoorDash drivers went to the restaurant and waited for the order. It still wasn't ready, and we received no meaningful update explaining what was happening. Finally, at around 12:30 p.m., more than two hours after we ordered breakfast, the delivery arrived with only the cookie. No breakfast sandwiches. No half-dozen bagels. Just a cookie. The most frustrating part wasn't even that the food didn't arrive. Restaurants get busy. Items sell out. Mistakes happen. The problem was the complete lack of communication. If someone had simply said, "We can't fulfill this order," we could have cancelled and ordered breakfast somewhere else. Instead, we waited for more than two hours and ended up without breakfast. Other reviewers may love the bagels, but unfortunately I never really got the opportunity to find out. There are plenty of table and chairs, I am sure you can sit outside on the 1st floor garden. If I come back to the museum, I need to go get a bagel first.
