The bread really does a number on this sandwich, because it is light, airy, has a good chew to it, AND, holds together as you make your way through the sandwich. The meat was seasoned nicely and was tender. I had onions, bell peppers, lettuce and mayo on mine. I think next time I'll add some jalapenos too for a little bit of kick.
