The sink they have also doesn't really work so if you get any soap on your hands there is no place to wash them. However, the place was close to home so we put up with it. They have TVs but it is usually never on anything good but there were places to sit down (although not very many). One time they actually had sports on and we were watching the game and the manager came in and turned it to another station. We were the only ones in there at the time doing laundry and were clearly watching so it is obvious that the TVs are not there for customers but for the manager's entertainment (I believe this was after the new owners took over.) The first new owner was very nice and said they would be getting new machines and improving the place, which was great considering the old ones didn't do a good job at washing or drying and the place was always dirty. That day the place was actually clean. After the new machines were installed we met another person that said they were the owner. This was a very bad experience. Even though they had new machines they didn't wash clothes well. They took out all but one bench to sit, so you basically have to stand the entire time you are there. I told my husband that we were never going back after that. So happy that the new owner made us not to want to go back because we found a new place. Didn't expect much after this place. To say we were in awe of the new place is an understatement. Very clean. A bathroom for the public. A sink that actually works (just tested it but didn't use). Great machines that do exceptional well at cleaning and drying clothes. They have machines that easily wash comforters to perfection. A special machine for cleaning sneakers. Lots of chairs. Great folding tables. Now we actually look forward to doing our laundry.

I coordinated to meet their expert tailor and she was fabulous and so helpful in customizing a look that would not diminish the overall look of the dress but just subtly tighten a mini strap at the back to shorten the length of my arm straps. It was tailored exactly as I hoped with minimal fuss and all the glory when I tried it back on. I was so happy with their tailoring g and cleaning of the dress before my wedding that I brought it back first them to have it cleaned and preserved for $350. It had visible contamination on it (4 day old vomit 40% coverage), and I took it to three different dry cleaners before coming here. Every single one either refused outright or gave me that look like it was done. At that point, I had basically accepted the loss. Then I found Zeppelin Cleaners last minute. And when I say last minute, I mean I literally called right at closing time. Not only did they answer, they kept the store open and waited for me to arrive. There was no warping, no shrinkage, and no stiffness. The suit was properly pressed and held its structure perfectly. They didn't just clean it. They brought it back to life. If you understand how sensitive wool and cupro are, especially after heavy contamination, you'll understand how impressive this result really is.
