New alteration worker there , seamstress lady is no longer there. Wanted $35 to taper and shorten one pair of jeans.

Don't even think about going to this place!!! I was a customer here for 11 years, and a few months ago new owners took over and let kids run the place. They completely ruined it. They damaged three of my new pants--one of them during its very first dry cleaning, and the color completely faded. These were Zara pants, and all my pants are from there. I also bought a pair of Diesel jeans and gave them measurements for hemming, but they shortened them by 2 inches too much. On top of that, I had another new pair of Zara pants altered. They charged me $35 for each pair. I showed them the damage they caused, and all they said was "sorry." This used to be a wonderful place with amazing service--now it's run by liars and thieves. They even charge $5 just to clean a T-shirt. In short, a huge disappointment. Stay away from this place!! read more

DO NOT GO THERE! WORSED EXPERIENCE EVER!! I brought in a brand new dress with tags still attached for a simple alteration, and they completely ruined it. When I picked it up, I noticed two holes on the chest, one strap shorter than the other, and visible damage. Instead of taking responsibility, the lady who does the ironing came out with a nasty attitude like I did something wrong. She pretended to fix it by ironing it and handed it back as if that would hide the damage. When I demanded a refund, she refused and made me stand there for over 30 minutes arguing until the manager finally stepped in and gave me my money back. This place is unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful. They destroyed my brand new dress and acted like it was no big deal. Save yourself the headache and never take your clothes here! read more

OMG! I took in a Santa Suit to be dry clean and they totally RUINED IT!!! The white fur part on suit and hat are now pink. I've been dealing with this cleaners for over 5 years for slacks and shirts, But, never again! The lady and man at the counter could see the damage and like no big deal. Like this happens all the time. I demanded that the manager call me and refund me what they charged, since the suit is no longer any good! I've had this suit for over 25 years and never had a problem with other dry cleaners! I am so upset. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE! They ripped my blanket, which cost $200 so I took it back to them to fix. They then accidently gave my blanket to someone else. At this point we are at 2 mess ups. Then I speak to Freddy, who is one of the owners. He was originally very nice and understanding. He offered to remedy the situation, and attempt to fix the stitching from the rip because the way they stitched it was absolutely horrible. He gives us a 50% refund of the worth of the blanket, so $100 back to us then says he will give us store credit. We come back to pick up our blanket and Freddy says he THREW IT AWAY becuase he ASSUMED we didn't want it anymore. So naturally at this point I am more than upset, since I don't have my blanket I asked for the rest of the worth of my blanket which is $100. Mind you I have not used any of the store credit. They refuse and we go back in forth. Then one of his employees, MERCEDES, tries to lie and say that the blanket was ripped when we brought it. The blanket was bought less then 6 months ago in September of '22. There is no way there was a tear when I took the blanket in. Please do not go here. I paid $200 for a blanket that they ripped, ruined, gave to the wrong person, then threw it away. I only go $100 back. They we're not even willing to give us the store credit worth back. I will never come here again. They lost business over $100 and they're employees are liars. Freddy initally gained our trust but now we know that him and his wife Marisol are not good business owners at all and won't even admit to their mistakes. Do not give them you're business unless you want to walk in one day and find out that they accidently gave your items to someone else because they do not check tickets! I have seen other posts here with unfortunately the same reviews and wish I would have never came here. read more

This place doesn't even deserve ONE star! I took in brand new , never been worn men's dress shirts to be dry cleaned and they returned it to me with STAINS and LINT on them. I've been there a few times before so that made me a returning customer but they didn't care. The owner (who omitted that he was the owner in the beginning) was extremely rude and made no effort to fix it. He not only raised his voice at me when I asked him about the stains but didn't even try to resolve the issue. I was very upset because we were going to wear those to an event tonight. To top it off, he said that his cleaners "sends out the clothes" and any dry cleaners will laugh in my face if I took the clothes there to redo(the clothes he destroyed). All I have to say now is WOW this was the WORST customer experience ever! It's so bad I will even be reporting to the Better business bureau. read more

This place does dry cleaning but they also can refill your gallons of water. Kinda awkward but works out for me. I actually came here first because I seen that they have an alkaline water dispenser but they also do the other drinking water but my bf is on this alkaline hype and he's gotten me into it. Anyway the guy that usually works here is nice and helpful. I've also gotten my Niners jacket dry cleaned once after a game where I had some beer stains on it. The dry cleaning set me back I believe $4 which wasn't bad at all and was able to pick it up after a few days. read more

I had taken a new top that had only been worn once to this place in hopes that they would remove a stain but instead they made a hole in the middle! I spoke with the owner but all she was did talk over me and argue. The front desk lady doesn't even speak a word of English. Such bad service, this place is awful and unprofessional!!! Decided to try Oscar's cleaners primarily because they're open on Sunday. I needed my two suit jackets dry cleaned and ready by Monday night. Oscar assured me they would be ready by Monday night. I came in at approximately 7:30pm and unfortunately he told me they were not at his store, I guess they were at an offsite location where they steam them. This was a huge inconvenience to me but rather than making it a big deal, Oscar told me that he'd get it after 8:30. I was really worried because I depended on him to deliver for a very important occasion. Oscar calls me at 8:50pm to let me know he has my jackets ready to go. Despite the huge inconvenience, Oscar delivered and stayed after he closed to deliver my jackets. This truly speaks volume to the type of business owner he is. I greatly appreciated his effort to deliver on his promise, despite it being late. I will definitely give Oscar another try for my future needs. Oscar cares about his business and his new customers. Where can I begin with my good friend oscar. How about the first time I ever decided to use his great service. I had a job interview set up for a Thursday. I took in a suit Monday hoping it will be done by Thursday morning. I go in and was greeted by the great man himself Oscar. The place was super nice and nitty and had a great mom and pop feel to it. Oscar told me he could have my suit in by Tuesday afternoon if I needed. Which in many places takes about 2 -3 business days in the same area. Said it was okay just needed it by Thursday. The prices were beyond reasonable. I came back Wednesday afternoon and there it was like brand new, my 200$ express 2pc suit. He had it looking brand new all over again. Went to my interview only to nail the job and was complimented on how fine my suit looked. Feeling beyond pleased with his service, I've continue to go to his store for all my dry cleaning needs ever since. Always greets me with a warm smile. He also carries some of the highest quality of water in the area at a such reasonable price. Truly, oscars cleaners has it all. read more
