The service was great and they did an excellent job on my nails and pedicure, but I found the pricing to be arbitrary and expensive. For example, to soak off dip ( while getting a new set) and do a regular almond shape was an additional $15 ( the receipt pictured shows $18 but they reduce it by a few dollars ) . I've gotten my nails done my whole life and I've never had to pay this much to soak off dip when getting a new set and extra for a standard shape . I also felt like the techs did not take no for an answer and were pushy which made me a little uncomfortable. I do think they did a good job but $60+ for dip manicure with no design, standard shape including the discount special offer is expensive. If you don't mind higher prices and feel comfortable declining add ons multiple times, they do a good job.

She was very thorough in removing my old polish, trimming my nails, digging out my ingrown nails (which a lot of people don't do), and removing my callouses. The massage with hot stones was to die for & her polish job was near perfect. The only "bad" things I can say about this place is I wasn't offered any drinks, though their bar was stocked with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic options & I don't think my massage was the full 10 minutes as advertised. Unfortunately, the experience quickly became uncomfortable when the manager, Holly, told me that my daughter "wasn't a kid" because she was too tall. She then stated that kid pedicures were only for children 9 and under, which seemed like a completely random rule considering it was posted nowhere on the service menu, booking system, or anywhere in the salon that customers could clearly see beforehand. I also want to clarify that at no point did I scream at anyone. I firmly and respectfully asked her to show me where the alleged 9-year-old cutoff for kid services was posted, and she was unable to provide that information because it was not displayed anywhere. Additionally, despite mentioning it later in her response online, she never informed me in person about any student discount being available. My daughter is still very much a child, and the entire interaction felt unnecessary, dismissive, and honestly embarrassing in front of her. As a parent, I expect businesses to show kindness and professionalism, especially when interacting with children. Height does not determine whether someone is a child, and if there are age restrictions for services, they should be clearly communicated and displayed for customers ahead of time. While the salon itself may be nice, the customer service and approach we experienced left a negative impression. I hope this feedback encourages more professionalism, accountability, and clearer communication moving forward.

I just got a service and I have been going to them for a long time and bringing family for services. Today, the lady completely butchered my feet, from pedicure to polish to shape all bad. I asked for square shape. They were all oval. Some short and uneven and crooked. Even Tim tried to fix it and apologized that the services were horrible but he couldn't fix it because the damage was already done. She even put so much gel polish on them that they are thick. After speaking to the manager (Nick) about my concern; he advised me that there was nothing that they could do. When a tech mess up on you feet their policy is to put fake nails on my toes to fix the problem because they can't give any discounts for what the services of their technician has done. The only way you can get a discount is if they cut you. So I have to produce blood for a discount. WHAT! I didn't ask for free service just to credit something for subpar service. Mind you anytime get my services done. I'm spending over 150 to $180 every service plus tips. Lesson learned. I hate having to find a new shop especially when you nail tech (Tim) is amazing. But the overall customer care and service and how you treat customers is more important to me.

From MY experience. I'm not given the royal treatment like my family. Sometimes the options can be overwhelming and takes me a while to decide. I don't like feeling rushed or pushed for something that I may not want. Then I feel nervous asking for anything, change my choice, an explanation of what kind of special I selected and what the difference is. The technicians can be easily irritated and that's not a welcoming nor a returning experience I want. I'm already stressing about paying and just want to make sure I like the choices since they're long term nails. I've paid for a treatment and received the bare minimum. No massages, no special scrubs or hot towels... when I asked they said I paid for the basic.... When it's the same thing I get when my family comes.. additional add ons can be charged if you want a shape or style, kind of bizarre. They pick and choose the timeframe they want. I'm sure I'm not the only one who doesn't like the bottom of my nails to be full of gunk nor the sides of my nails digging in.
