I found this place after looking for an alternative to the dealership. I was looking for a reputable garage that specialized in lexus. My mothers GX 470 SUV air ride system failed in the back and the right was extremely bouncy. I took it to the dealership first, talk about jaw-dropping sticker shock when they told me how much it was gonna cost to have them fix it. I started to say my folks are retired, it's almost Christmas there's no way! I decided to look for a reputable technician possibly somebody that worked at Lexus and had specialized in Lexus, I ended up locating Sasha an LEKSFIXIT. I like the fact that he answered his phone, responded to my text after hours, also he was able to get me an estimate Shirley after I contacted him I brought the car in the morning he accurately told me how long it's gonna take to do the repair and he was 1/2 the cost of the dealership. Bottom line, I had and excellent experience, professional service, the mechanic is an honest guy, and an expert in working with Lexus and Toyota. Why pay more at the dealer? What can I say about this amazing Lexus service center? The owner is so gracious, honest and helpful. Moving here from another city it can be sometimes difficult and frustrating locating a reputable car service place that's affordable(because let's be honest the dealers markup everything by 80%). I've been going to the Phoenix location for the past year. Excellent service. Excellent people. They uphold morality when it comes to mechanic work on your vehicle (which is HUGE in my book and difficult to find in mechanical work). Vehicular transportation is often a VITAL component of modern living, so it is very important to not only purchase a reliable car (Lexus/Toyota), but then to maintain that vehicle in good working condition. Sasha and Matt are both certified Lexus/Toyota master mechanics and they employ a team of certified mechanics. They ONLY service Toyota/Lexus. They have not steered me wrong, gouged me, nor did me any disservice. Our 2008 Prius was experiencing several issues from not shifting smoothly from the battery to petro, overheating, jerking in the steering wheel.
