RuffHouse and their professional installers, Sharp Assembly. They do the very best they can and the finish product is exceptional. This is a high-end product and it gets quite expensive beyond just the cost of the playset. Don't forget to count for assembly and you will most likely have to have professional help to offload it from the shipping truck. One word of caution is that shipping and offloading the shipment is a pain in the butt.

Our kids were too young at the time to get one but I vaguely remember setting up a notification warning on my OfferUp app to notify me immediately if anyone near us (within 100 miles of Gilbert) ever posted one of their sets for sell. Well it took about 2 years to ever get a notification (these things last forever so people hold onto them a long time & rarely get rid of them.) I immediately messaged the lady (I got notified like 7 minutes after she posted the add) & she said she already had 2 buyers lined up (guess I wasn't the only one to set a notification) Well she wanted it taken apart & moved asap & neither of the other people interested could get it that night, so I gathered my troops & borrowed my uncles construction dump truck & headed over to get it. It ended up taking 3 guys about 5 hours to disassemble the huge thing (we didn't know how the parts snapped in to place & we were trying to organize & label the screws.) The system we gots ramp/slide has some holes in it & we wanted to replace it & we were kinda sketched out having our little kids climb the tree ladder so we wanted to swap that section out for another slide, also our canopy was pretty tore up. I emailed (through their website) explaining our situation (buying a 2nd hand system & wanting to buy some replacement new parts to our system. Drex Tanner got back to me quick & was super helpful & sent me a quote for our new parts & even sent me a pdf file with installation instructions for our playset (awesome customer service.) I went in person to meet up with Drex to pay for our new white slide/ramp to get the order started. They got it done in a couple weeks & when I went in to pick it up I also purchased a new blue wave slide & a new blue canopy tarp & a new bottom board that the vinyl had cracked. Rob was able to help me out with all my new stuff & gave me some pointers on the build, they also hooked me up with some new replacement screws & white button caps to cover the screws (for that clean finished look.) Dealing with Drex & Rob during our unique process was super easy & they were both super helpful & friendly. With our new replacement parts/features & instructions (thanks again Drex) some family members & I got it together pretty quick. I recommend RuffHouse Play Systems to everyone I know with kids. Our kids have so much fun on this thing & even if we had paid full price it would have been worth every penny. We all love the look of it, we also love that it's much much safer than any set we could have got at Costco or Sam's Club since no screws are exposed, anything our kids can touch is white vinyl which is not only smooth to the touch but also doesn't get crazy inferno hot in the summer. In the summer our favorite thing to do is zip tie our garden hose to the rail over our wavy blue slide so it sprays down the slide over our kids heads & at the bottom of our slide we inflate a large rectangular swimming pool with a large easy up tent over it & our kids have an awesome at home waterslide that'd shaded for hours of fun. You should buy one of these things they last forever. The lady we bought ours from has 3 kids & had it for about 10 years & other than the ramp/slide & canopy needing to be replaced our set up still looks brand new. They have a large section of retired Lego sets. The employees were so friendly and helpful. Their prices are fair and their offer for cash or store credit was very fair for our trade- in . The place was some what of a drive from east mesa, but we refuse to continue doing business with the Bricks n Minifigs company by our house due to the current scandal the Corporation is currently involved with. If you are looking for Great alterative to buy and sell your Legos, I highly recommend this place.

It's awesome seeing what their product can look like in the future, as they have planted trees in ground many years ago! I bought a tipu from there at the same time as another nursery (more expensive) and the Richard's tipu significantly outperformed!! I bought it two years ago and it's a HUGE tree now. Just the other day I received a call back as my Hong Kong orchid had all the leaves fall off, very patient/good advice (most importantly gave hope it's not gone). Thankfully I am already seeing new baby leaves!!

We try different farms each year, trying to find "the one." This one was okay. It is big and has…read moreplenty to do. A con is that the smaller kid activities is way on the other side from the bigger kid activities so if you have kids of different ages, you have one bored and just hanging until the other is done in their section. The food was decent for the most part. The funnel cake bites, turkey leg, and kettle corn were good. The elote corn was eh. The food was decently priced. To get in is $20 each which to me, is a little pricey. There should be kid pricing in my opinion. Parking is ok. They did let a car in front of us hold the line up to wait for a car to leave but when we tried to do it, they made us move. Understandable but rules should be the same for everyone. Most staff was nice. On the way out, they asked about taking a family photo. We declined. My son was on the props I guess (it wasn't labeled and no one was there taking pictures) and one staff was like "this is where we take our pictures just so you know." That was interesting. Maybe post a sign. Not my top pick, but it was a decent time.

So many photo opportunities, From fields of pumpkins to big rope spider web to the tractor or large painted tires . The only thing you'll pay extra for is the train ride for the littles. I think it's $2-3 bring cash. Even at the gate if you pay with cash it's a $2 discount each. $20 for admission They have big bounce thing for the big kids to adults. A small one for the little kids. Tricycles for big and small. All kinds of climbing things. Yard Games large legos, chess and a huge corn maze bring a flash light or use your phone. They do have reasonably priced food. They allow you to bring in drinks not sure about food. Years past we celebrated birthdays and they let us bring in ice chest. You may want to check for current rules. There is a farmers market at the entrance to buy pumpkins, jelly, honey.... We go on Thursday's less busy . They have a super cute petting zoo area. Bring quarters to get the food to feed the animals . Lots of J John's clean and well kept. With all the rain you may want to bring misquote spray. We didn't need it but it's rained again. It's well lit at night we go around 5 stay till closing. Even our grown up college kids ask when are we going to the farm. Hard to post pic without our family in them. Lots of tree house things for kids to crawl up and slide down. Great memories are created here. I highly recommend this farm. We've been to a few other farms and they aren't as fun or organized with employees who care. Bonus is it's clean. Plus the cost is very good in comparison.
