I inquired about the labor cost for replacing tie rod ends and was told I would receive a callback within 30 minutes--which never happened. When I followed up, I was quoted over $400 for labor alone, without parts, which is extremely overpriced for this type of job. On top of that, the shop refused to take my business unless I paid for an alignment, even though I already have a lifetime alignment package elsewhere. The representative I spoke with was unprofessional, dismissive, and gave off low-energy, negative vibes. It was clear they were more interested in upselling than providing honest service.
