I spoke with a guy on the phone who gave me the best price estimate that I could find in Des Moines, and he told me that I could just mail them the title later, as I didn't have it with me and then they would just mail me the check. Most junk yards I spoke with had a problem with me not having the title. I did all of that and low and behold they followed through, was very painless and I'm thankful for all of their help. They will say it's in stock and it isnt then you are stuck waiting as they hold your money for weeks until the part arrives. They are too busy building cars you youtube it seems. Maperformance is great, they didn't have this pan in stock so I tried SubiSpeed. I ordered it because it says that it was not backordered - well I used the chat feature after reading these reviews - worried that it would take a long time before it arrived. Travis on chat was very helpful - he said it was back ordered 30 days out - I asked to have it cancelled as I wanted the car done before then. Travis said no problem he would have to contact the company to cancel then once that processes could refund me. He said he would email me. Well a day goes by - no email - I ask again for an update via their email feature (24-48hr response), probably being a pita to them at this point but I'm trying to stay ahead of it. Then I get an email from ups that a package from torque solutions arrives tomorrow. I was like sweet - I ping'd their chat and the rep (sorry forget the name this time) She was helpful and located that the shipping was from Torque Solutions. Package arrived and all is good. Some critiques - maybe when it ships subispeed should also update me to eliminate confusion on my end - I was waiting for a cancellation as well as was going to order a pan from another place with a faster eta.
