    I am usually never the person to EVER take my customer service issues to social media or even the one to complain about it either. However, I have NEVER been treated the way I have been treated by SubiSpeed with the unprofessional customer service I have received. I ordered Tom (my boyfriend) a birthday gift back in April, in hopes that I would receive the product by his birthday or even a couple weeks after-- because, hey, I purchased the product a couple weeks prior to his birthday. And I was okay with having to wait because I ordered the product later than I should have. I had received a $10 product in the mail from SubiSpeed as an attachment for his seat belts but never received the seat belts in the mail. I had only got one tracking number from SubiSpeed, which I thought was weird because where's the other products? I emailed SubiSpeed in hopes of receiving a tracking number for the remainder of Tom's gift (the seat belts). I got the pleasure of emailing back in forth with Woo. He told me that the only way I would receive the product quicker was if he flew to Japan himself and put them in his backpack. I thought....well, that's a weird way of speaking to customers and brushed it off. Woo told me that due to COVID, it would take an additional 6-8 weeks from my order date to receive this product. So being someone who works in the health field, I totally understood this and told Woo to not cancel the order because I still wanted the product for Tom's late birthday gift. After 10 weeks and still not receiving anything, I emailed Woo to see if there was any updates/tracking numbers... anything. I stated I thought it was ridiculous that I haven't gotten any confirmation and expressed my frustration with the situation. He responds with the following email threads. He stated that he felt as though I was just "venting". Is this because I am a girl ordering car parts that now it becomes that I am just venting? Since when was it not okay for a woman to have equally the amount of interest and knowledge in cars than men. This is not okay. Woo said that I relented on waiting for the product (which is the not the case and have receipts to back it up) and he would offer me a refund in the beginning. He told me that I needed to wait 6-8 weeks because of COVID and that I needed to be patient. Who treats their customers this way? I expressed my concerns about a product that I bought in April and still haven't received. Woo kindly offered me a $50 gift card... for what? I haven't even gotten my refund/product because this is still ongoing. I will never shop at SubiSpeed ever again or ever recommend them to anyone. But thanks for "trying to be nice" Woo.

    Ordered paint matched OLM splash guards. Received the items relatively quick. Attempted to install items and discovered that the double sided tape provided was not sufficient to provide a good bond to the rear portion of the vehicle. So I tried some 3m VHB double sided tape. This did not provide a solution. Part still did not fit and gapped very widely in the back. I removed the splash guards, repackaged them and emailed Subispeed. Subispeed responded saying they would not accept returns because they were installed and needed pictures to ensure they are installed correctly. For them to be returned on warranty. So I once again installed them this time using even more VHB double sided tape. Still did not adhere or fit properly. Sent emails and pictures. Subispeed responded almost 2 weeks later saying they are not able to be returned ed and that the manufacturer recommends using VHB double sided tape (which was used). I have left a negative review of the product on Subispeed website and it is not showing although I received an email asking me to verify my email... which was done. On the page for the product, Subispeed advertises "returns within 30 days" yet they refuse to accept the return of a legitimately poor quality product.

    I've made mulitple purchases through Subispeed. Sadly, they lost another customer. Let's start with the good... shipment usually arrives as expected, but I did have one order that was late. Also, I purchased the v2 tail lights and it was defected. Filed a warranty claim and issue was handled within a week (thank you Woo!). At this point I was all for Subispeed....until.... The bad, Brian C., this guy is helpful until something goes wrong. If you are too lazy to read, be warned, DO NOT COMPLETE A TRANSACTION WITH PAYPAL. DO NOT LET THEM SEND YOU AN INVOICE. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY AN ITEM IS IN STOCK. 12/10/19: I was looking to price match Rally Sports Direct (the same company). Brian C got me a pricematch right away on an item that showed in stock on website. Next, he sent me an invoice via Paypal and I made the payment same day. 12/11/19: Brian C confirmed the item was in stock 12/12/19: Brian C Confirmed order would be shipped in the next day or two. 12/16/19: I still received no confirmation that the item was processed and shipped out. 12/21/19: I sent in a cancellation request and had no response since December 12th. 12/21/19: Same day, dispute filed with Paypal 12/23/19: Brian C finally replied and said he could not issue a refund until the dispute was resolved on Paypal. Brian C then throws a low jab by saying "lesson learned I guess." Here is his statement...this is not customer service, "It may take several weeks before the account can be refunded due to Pay Pal's dispute policy.  It would have been a whole lot easier for you to contact us first before jumping the gun, lesson learned I guess." 2/3 Fast forward to today (with many in between follow ups from me) over a month later, and still no refund. Brian C continues to throw jabs. He says Paypal has a hold on the funds... I spoke with Paypal and the hold was lifted when I resolved the dispute. Subispeed uses Christmas and Tax season as an excuse to have bad customer service. Brian C, is messed up for not refunding my money. Brian C has dealt with Paypal disputes previously, so he asked for me to resolve the dispute and tricked me into believing I would receive a refund. Do not do business with Subispeed...there are other companies with better customer service and better prices.

    Garbage site, avoid at all costs. They cancelled my order for no reason after making me jump through hoops for them.

    Don't recommend. Advise not to purchase from merchant unless you don't want your complete refund on mismatch part. -5
