Every time I go they are so well stocked. I love the home plants and garden section here. They have an outstanding lighting section and I was able to find an alternate option for a glass lampshade that broke on my antique lamp. All that said, what made me make come and provide this review was the outstanding customer service I received from their store manager, Bob, this evening. He was really helpful while I was picking up lawn furniture cushions and when I took the boxes out to my car, and the boxes didn't fit, but the cushions did, was a great sport about taking the boxes from me to flatten out in the back. He was so helpful, friendly, and nice. The customer service at this store has always been great. I have a Home Depot .5 miles from my house and drive 9 miles to this location. I found another rep and I mentioned to go ask the person in returns to ask where specifically is it and to check his inventory. He then decided to ask another representative and met me to search with no tile found I then went back to returns and the person said me bad no apologies and said the item wasn't isle five. This afternoon the manager, Kelly, and his son brought my brand-new grill, already built, to my place, delivered it, showed me the basics, and could not have been nicer, more polite, friendly, and helpful. I can share that Home Depot wanted $80 to deliver the same outdoor grill, so this decision was a slam dunk. Before going in, I called ahead to check if they had kiddie pools in stock. The employee on the phone was great--she took the time to physically check and confirmed they had several available, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, I worked with the Assistant Manager, Vanessa. She was polite and walked me outside to where the pools were stored. Unfortunately, this is where things started to fall apart. The pools were stacked haphazardly in the back corner of the lot, completely uncovered and sitting in direct Colorado sun. As a result, every single pool I saw was warped, dented, and misshapen from heat exposure. Vanessa had to climb over pallets to reach them and pulled one out from underneath a stack. The plastic was visibly bent in multiple places. I asked if there was any possibility of a discount due to the condition, and she quickly said, "we don't do that." When I pointed out the warping and explained my concern, she said discounts are only given if there are holes--but also admitted she couldn't guarantee there weren't any holes because of the condition of the pools. That was frustrating. It felt like there was no real effort to acknowledge the issue or offer any kind of reasonable solution, even though the product clearly wasn't in good shape. I ended up buying the pool because I needed it, but I left feeling taken advantage of. While the employees were kind, the way the products were stored and the lack of flexibility in handling an obvious quality issue didn't sit right with me. Personally, I wouldn't return. I'd recommend driving a little further to Murdoch's, where you can find similar items and (in my experience) better product quality and overall value. Update: After leaving this review, I was contacted by the general manager, who took the situation seriously and issued a full refund while allowing me to keep the item. I really appreciate the follow-through and effort to make it right. This response felt much more in line with the customer service I expect from Ace.

Bless her heart, she pages someone overhead. We wait. And wait. And WAIT. Twenty minutes later, the only thing that showed up was my irritation. I go searching again. I had these windows installed in May 2026, and since then, I have encountered numerous problems. Many of the windows are difficult to open or close, there is water seeping in, and the locking mechanisms either break or pop off unexpectedly. These windows are truly subpar. I have had multiple callbacks due to improper installation and faulty parts. I have also been waiting over a month for a glazing strip for a sliding door. For the last two weeks, I haven't been able to use my sliding door to access my deck because the locking mechanism has come out of place, rendering the door unusable. I want these windows removed, and I will buy my windows ELSEWHERE! Who has time for continuous calls and service appointments? If these windows are this bad after a few months, I hate to think how bad these windows will be in a few years. I have included a photo of the 3-month-old slider that has water leaking through the seam near the bottom track and the bad cuts on the trim and the lock that pops out of place.
