Order #396792854 on lowes.com. Once again, dissatisfied by Lowe's. Local store (fulfilling store) was not helpful either. Was attracted on a Samsung Appliance Package Deal in November 2019 due to 10% off ($350) and $400 rebate (4 appliances). Lowe's would NOT process rebates due to Backorder. Backordered package originally due to arrive 13-Dec-2019, never showed up. No communication from Lowe's until we called. Got sent between Corporate and Local Westminster, CO store. Hung up on several times after phone transfers or phone would ring and ring with no answer. Finally got to someone in store indicating backorder status. Email magically showed up 19-Dec-2019 (6 days after original forecast delivery date) indicating new delivery date of 03-Jan-2020, however, phone conversation with Lowe's previously indicated mid to late Jan 2020. Was told to submit rebates anyways by Lowe's personnel--Rebates were DENIED after 1 week's time. Finally CANCELED order today 26-Dec-2019. Have already de-installed over-range microwave 2 weeks ago in preparation for delivery. Poor customer service, poor communication, and poor sales practice attracting us to buy from them with all of the rebates but could not fulfil order and did not make good with reducing order cost or extending rebate submission duration. DO NOT BUY FROM LOWE'S. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I saw another employee asked if he could assist Mr. He told me to look behind the box. Those boxes are huge and bulky. I'm 66, I'm not that that weak, I just needed help. He said he doesn't know the sizes. He said let me scan it. It didn't say the size. He was in a hurry to help me. I told him never mind, I'll just go to Sam's club. He was wearing a beanie on this hot day. Never again.​

    I visited the Ace Hardware near Standley Lake for the first time recently, and while the staff was…read moregenuinely friendly and helpful, my overall experience was disappointing. Before going in, I called ahead to check if they had kiddie pools in stock. The employee on the phone was great--she took the time to physically check and confirmed they had several available, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, I worked with the Assistant Manager, Vanessa. She was polite and walked me outside to where the pools were stored. Unfortunately, this is where things started to fall apart. The pools were stacked haphazardly in the back corner of the lot, completely uncovered and sitting in direct Colorado sun. As a result, every single pool I saw was warped, dented, and misshapen from heat exposure. Vanessa had to climb over pallets to reach them and pulled one out from underneath a stack. The plastic was visibly bent in multiple places. I asked if there was any possibility of a discount due to the condition, and she quickly said, "we don't do that." When I pointed out the warping and explained my concern, she said discounts are only given if there are holes--but also admitted she couldn't guarantee there weren't any holes because of the condition of the pools. That was frustrating. It felt like there was no real effort to acknowledge the issue or offer any kind of reasonable solution, even though the product clearly wasn't in good shape. I ended up buying the pool because I needed it, but I left feeling taken advantage of. While the employees were kind, the way the products were stored and the lack of flexibility in handling an obvious quality issue didn't sit right with me. Personally, I wouldn't return. I'd recommend driving a little further to Murdoch's, where you can find similar items and (in my experience) better product quality and overall value. Update: After leaving this review, I was contacted by the general manager, who took the situation seriously and issued a full refund while allowing me to keep the item. I really appreciate the follow-through and effort to make it right. This response felt much more in line with the customer service I expect from Ace.

The staff is of all ages and everyone is always helpful and greet you when you walk in. I really like that they carry Craftsman brand items. They make keys, sharpen mower blades ( can take a couple weeks in peak season), re-screen doors and sell paint & supplies. I also like that they open at 7am six days a week. As a bonus sometimes got free popcorn . 2 thumbs up for sure.

The location and demographics of each HD dictates the friendliness I was shocked out how friendly and helpful each employee I encountered at this HD in Arvada. People stopped what they were doing to give me directions to the items I needed. I didn't get any of that Home Depot stare away and walk the other way from any of the people working there....shocking really. Compare this to the HD on Colorado Blvd, in Denver, where employees see you coming and they run the other way. This is an amazing location!

The parking lot is calm. The aisles? Breezy. The Garden Center? THRIVING. Birds practically singing in surround sound. Garden crew? Absolute sunshine. Helpful. Smiling. Ready to make my yard the envy of my neighborhood, as it should be. And can we talk about Amy at the register? Queen behavior. That woman was moving like she had somewhere fabulous to be. Clearing out winter nonsense, scanning like a pro, offering help like she was on commission for kindness. I leave my cart with her thinking, "Yes ma'am, hold my treasures while I grab a rug and live my best life." Now here's where the tulips wilt. I head to get a rug cut. Crickets. Not a soul in sight. No orange aprons. No wandering associates. Just me and my increasingly dramatic inner monologue. Fine. Washer/dryer section. I find a sweet girl just vibing. Bless her heart, she pages someone overhead. We wait. And wait. And WAIT. Twenty minutes later, the only thing that showed up was my irritation. I go searching again. A security guard does the classic "I do not see you." Matt at paint? Smiles politely and then executes a professional eye-avert. The washer/dryer girl? Vanished into the retail abyss. A new associate appears.....glaring at her current customer like they personally offended her ancestors. I try. I circle. I wander. Fifteen more minutes. Alas. No rug. No help. Just unmet potential. So here's the tea: Garden Center = 10/10, springtime magic. Amy at checkout = MVP, give her a raise. Rug cutting situation = a mystery worthy of its own investigation series. I left disappointed , not mad, just that specific kind of retail heartbreak where you know it could've been a five-star moment. What has happened since my last 5 ?? Do better, my beloved Home Depot. Spring waits for no one.
