It was short and efficient, but definitely not rushed--they were warm and accommodating, and clearly knew what they were doing. A few days later on Thursday, I got a text that the dress was ready! I had a sudden funeral to go to where I was speaking, and this was a very tragic situation (even for a funeral) with a large showing. I needed a quick turnaround on my suit, but if I couldn't get a quick turnaround the suit was good enough - the waist was tight but still fit, and the suit could use a press, but was OK. I told them all of this, all of it - not only on the phone before I left but also when I arrived, and they told me BOTH TIMES they could have it before I left. They assured me. Then I got there the next day at the end of the day as discussed, not only did they not have it done, but it was half done and the pants were wrinkled and tossed aside - they were in worse condition than I dropped them off and were unwearable now! And, my shirts? Those were also wrinkled far worse than when I dropped them off. Then, they had the nerve to charge me full price even! He said "I told you to come by at 9:30am tomorrow" - I explained to him for like what was the 5th time: I needed to leave at 6am! He just kept repeating this!
