My husband gave him the benefit of the doubt and brought the pants back to be fixed, while we waited for his wedding suit to be finished. He had both suits for well over a month and did not fix the pants from the first suit then did not have my husbands wedding suit ready all the way up to 3:30 the day before the wedding. I had to go get the suits and my mother had to tailor them the night before our wedding. When I asked for my money back he argued with me and gave me only a partial refund, stating he altered the first suit even though he altered it wrong and the suit was now completely taken loose. As I am telling him we don't have time to wait because the wedding is in the morning, he says "I'm taking my pins." and proceeds to pull all the pins from the wedding suit that was not tailored, which was a good thing because had he altered them the pants would have been too short. Terrible service and even worse customer service. Very rude man, would not recommend.
