My girlfriend came here to get her dress fitted and the lady was basically telling my gf she was gaining weight, mind you she got the dress 2 weeks before the fitting, and also insinuating for her to stop eating. In addition, she was making the whole process difficult because she made the mistake and wouldn't own up to correcting it. This behavior was completely inappropriate, not just in a professional setting but inappropriate period. This place deserves a star rating less than 1 and a course on workplace relations to get their employee relations certification. These are NOT nice people, do NOT do business here. read more

The shop I bought my wedding dress from required me to use this tailor. At my second appointment nothing was altered from the initial sizing and pinning. The day before my 3rd appointment I called to check what time my appointment was and they told me. When I showed up at that time they were bewildered to see me and said they didn't do my dress. The claimed to have mixed up brides even though I called. This was less than two weeks from my wedding. They were also paid to change my veil and decided at that third (failed) appointment to tell me they weren't going to do it. The seamstress attached draped sleeves to my dress and one broke on my wedding day. She also created a bustle and two of the three hooks fell off during the reception. dealing with these tailo was extremely disappointing. First time I had an appointment with them they changed it on me last minute. Then the next week when I showed up, they didn't even bother to show to their store. Now we went to pick up the dress. It still wasn't finished and it was sitting completely wrong on my shoulders and she pretty much said oh well there's nothing I could do find another Taylor. This is after I paid her over $400 to do my dress correct correctly. I highly suggest finding another Taylor in the area and not dealing with this woman and her Her store. read more

I've been using their services for many years ( 2 locations) and they are always professional and the alterations are always perfect.

I had a deeply disappointing and uncomfortable experience here. Their hours of operation online and on their voicemail state 5:30 PM, but the sign on the door said 6 PM. Despite this inconsistency, I arrived during open hours (close to 5pm), only to be met with hostility. When I walked in, the man at the counter looked at me as if I didn't belong. I explained my request, which was perfectly reasonable for a small alteration, and he curtly told me they were closed--even though the door was wide open. A lady (presumably his wife) then came out, and he immediately spoke to her in another language while glancing at me, which felt extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed to be trying to smooth things over, by acknowledging that I was already there and asking if I had the item for alteration. But the negative vibe was overwhelming, and I felt unwelcome the entire time so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I would rather drive an hour away to find a place that is not only welcoming, but professional and accommodating. No one should have to experience such dismissive and borderline discriminatory treatment. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you value respect and professionalism. read more

I needed a pair of pants hemmed and called to ask the cost and confirm the location. The next day, I came with my pair of pants only to be told that he wasn't accepting any more work for awhile. When I mentioned that I had just talked to him yesterday, he said now he was too busy. He wasn't at all friendly and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. read more

After a quick run to a department store he had shirt and pants. They wouldn't press the clothes so we came here and the gentleman was so lovely. Dropped everything and pressed all of his clothes.
