One of the nicest touches was how they organized her bed, arranging all of her stuffed animals in a playful, fun way that absolutely made her day. Those little personal details really stood out. The pants were in excellent condition when dropped off, and cost me $165 when originally purchased. They were tailored specifically to fit me and held personal and professional value. Unfortunately, after picking them up, I discovered that the waistband had been severely stretched, rendering the pants completely unwearable. When I returned to the cleaners to report the damage, the employee (Linh) acknowledged the issue, measured my waist, and promised a repair. days later, instead of fixing the pants, I received a private message offering reimbursement and asking to keep the matter "between us." While I was eventually refunded, the situation was handled quietly, with no apology, no transparency, and no accountability for damaging a garment that could not be replaced. The bottom line: Payless Cleaners ruined my pants, failed to repair them, and only issued reimbursement after I insisted--and documented everything. If you value your clothing, especially high-quality or custom garments, please think twice before trusting this business. What happened to me should not happen to anyone else.

The one groomsmen didn't get shoes, was told they weren't included, the father of the brides shirt was stained when I commented that we had to run back up morning of the wedding and get a pair of shoes so that they all matched for the pictures and that the father of the bride had to go out and buy a new shirt. The owner said sorry for the inconvenience, they should have checked the shirt before they left- shouldn't the staff be checking their items before handing them out and if something is stained shouldn't they be getting rid of it? for over $200 per suit I would expect a little better Service and a better quality of tuxedos.
