We ended up not going forward with Avalon because we ended up signing a pre-need contract with Rose Hills. My wife attempted to go back to Avalon's office yesterday to check out whether we had paid anything to Avalon back in 2017, but she found they were not there. She asked and found out from building management that Avalon had moved out of the building on Colorado Blvd. in 2018. I'm amazed that no one has reported this until 6 years later! Also, we tried calling both of their phone numbers and we had to leave messages on both phone numbers. No one has called us back so far.

They hung up our staff and told us we were holding up a decedent's funeral, because of the error THEY made. Please find somewhere that will treat your family member with respect, this is NOT the place.
