6 months ago I scraped my car. When I took it to Legacy, Vach looked up the part and indicated it might not be worth the expense to replace the part, but also felt that it would be difficult to repair. Given my concern knowing my car is 2018, he told me he'd try to repair rather than replace. He did an unbelievable job, and I could not see that the car was ever damaged. I had a minor issue with the repair 3 months later, but Vach, without any discussion, told me to give him 3 hours to determine what could be done. He honestly assessed the problem and did what he could to repair the problem all the while explaining that a replacement of the part may be inevitable. The gentleman that he is, he would not charge me for his time and materials. It's rare to find honest people these days, and I appreciate all that Legacy has done. Update 11/30/22 I wish to share what a great experience I had with Legacy Collision Center. AJ became an advocate for me with the insurance company. I was involved in an accident with a car that made and Illegal U-turn on me. The car, hit the passenger's side door very hard and took out everything after. I took it to Legacy Collision center and AJ was able to tell me the damage underneath. There was more damage that could not be seen by looking at it. This is where AJ's experience comes in. The damage underneath the quarter panel was severe. The vent to the battery was destroyed. A lot of body shops would have just replaced the bumper and finished. Later on, the battery in my Prius would have overheated and died early due to lack of ventilation. I can't tell you how much I appreciate AJ for preventing such problems for me. AJ took care of everything. He said, drop the car off and I will contact the insurance. He dealt with the insurance company from beginning to end. The insurance company wanted to use used parts and AJ knew it would be problems later. He went to bat for me and got a new bumper to make sure that I would not have any issues in the future. The owner of this shop, I wish I got his name because he did a great job. He didn't try to outsmart me like all the other shops. It's was just stress free dealing with this guy. I needed a special color and he got it with ease. Matched perfect. I was expecting a week because they look extremely busy but this guy called me by the time I finished lunch! Nah just kidding. This is the most awesome auto body shop in Burbank, CA or anywhere in Los Angeles that I've ever been too. They gave me a free car rental! I took my car here to repair some body damage. After the inspection they said it would take 8-10 days to complete depending on when the car parts arrive. They asked me if I needed a car rental and at first I asked how much it would be, because my insurance didn't cover car rentals so I wasn't sure if I can afford a rental, but they told me a car rental is free if my insurance doesn't cover it! I was like wow nice, no other body shop does that. Anyways, I got my car back on the 8th day and all of the auto body repairs were perfect! This is a long overdue review. I decided on a whim to have my 20 year old oxidized minivan repainted. I was drawn to this business by the sign out front that said $2,500 complete paint job with car rental. AJ informed me that he would not be disassembling the car to paint it but he would be masking the trim, windows, etc. AJ called me a few days later to let me know the car was finished. I live in riverside but go to Burbank once and a while, while in Burbank one day I heard about these guys...My Daughter had got in a parking lot accident someone hit her truck so we decided to call Legacy and set up and appointment to get her Truck fixed. Believe it or not while her truck was in their shop I rear ended a Jeep here in riverside with my Suburban... :-( so when we went to pick up her truck I dropped my suburban off to get repaired. These guys did and awesome on job both of our trucks. they had to replace her door and rear fender and on mine they replaced the hood. It was worth the drive to come to these guys. Dishonest & greedy. Quoted $800 for a bumper repair by on of the partners/co-owners and was interrupted by the other partner/co-owner who said that he looked at it and that it couldn't be repaired and would have to be replaced for $1,600! I then showed them a mailer they had sent out in the local area offering bumper repair for only $499.00!! I was fed up by that point. Super happy with Legacy Collision Center's service and repair, they're professional, amazing, friendly, and fast. They are located right next to Costco. I took my car in, because I needed my front bumper and emblem to be replaced along with the rebar. AJ quickly wrote up an estimate that was great and fair, and said it would be done within 4-5 days. Their shop is very clean. Exceeding my expectations, the car was fixed within two business days. I took my car in Monday morning, AJ called me Wednesday morning and said it was ready for pick up. When I saw my car, it came back as if it was brand new, not only did they fix everything they said they would, they even did a bonus of fixing my hood (it felt heavy prior when the hood was lifted because it was slightly pushed in because of an accident), and even did a mini detail/polish outside AND inside the car. I was trying to find a shop that had some experience with luxury cars. I'm a pretty picky guy...but AJ was even pickier than me! I took my M here with bumper dent and scratches from a fender bender and was pleasantly surprised at the result. The color of my car is very difficult to match, as it ages it changes, and is very apparent when it doesn't match.
