He called his boss who lived right around the corner to deliver a jack needed to lift the car and reset the tire properly. Mike came and assisted with the lift and resetting the tire on his day off. I was so appreciative they went above and beyond so my car damage didn't get damaged anymore. They assisted me with two additional tows through this ordeal and everyone from the owner down to the office staff have been wonderful to work with. As a former employee in the insurance industry, she knew the ins and outs of what insurance companies try to do to minimize their bottom line. I actually learned a lot from Christina through the process of repairing my wife's car. Throughout the process, not only was Christina communitive, but she acted like an advocate on our behalf. For instance, there were parts the insurance company wanted to be repaired, but Christina insisted they be replaced with new parts.
