Please watch out for owner Ryan Crete. After dealing with him, trust me, that all of these negative reviews are absolutely true! He will threaten you, and refuses to provide you with any documentation regarding the fees he charges you - which is absolutely illegal. We were charged over a thousand dollars for a tow that was less then 30 miles! I wish I was joking! When we asked for an invoice to review, he refused and said if we don't meet him in person that evening that he will sue us for every penny...you know, for all those charges and fees he refuses to show us. Just a tad bit more information so you know who you are dealing with: - He was arrested in 2024 for criminal threatening, intimidation, and disorderly conduct...sound familiar? - The State of NH filed charges against him and he was found guilty for operating a non-registered "Buy here, Pay here" car dealership & finance company and was ordered to pay the State fines and repay everyone he scammed. - His tow rates are wildly inflated and 2-3x more than any other tow company in the state!! I can not express the level of a$$holeness that the tow driver from Lefebvre's was. Our friend had his car towed to us in Methuen so we could do some repair work and the driver was an extreme jerk off- did not listen to our requests and refused to drop the car in the requested spot. Then had nerve to request $100 more for his "troubles". Had his tow lights on and radio blasting in our neighborhood (it was late ) and woke up the neighbors. He was not helpful and had a real pissy attitude and really needs an adjustment to be working close to people. I can reiterate enough on how bad this was. This man is a liar and a real scumbag. My motorcycle broke down needed a tow all the company's I called said two hours which i understand if your honest. But this man said he would be a half hour obviously jump on that opportunity. One hour later I called he was "stuck in traffic" says he's twenty minutes out. Give him the benefit of a doubt. Another hour goes by call again no answer. Call again and again no answer. Real POS. Guy called back and said he was at the gas station. I was stuck on the side of the road for 4 hours until I could get my bike on a trailer. I hope his business burns. But found out today it already has and he didn't have insurance ha.. he started a go fund me what a loser. read more

I was away from home and my car was dead- battery? starter? charging system? Short? Augh!!! I googled for a local tow truck and Lefebrve's was close so I called him to tow me to my preferred garage. Short version is that instead of coming to tow me, he asked what my problem was and then suggested a couple of ways to trouble shoot my problem. After 30 minutes of jump starting, tapping the starter, playing with battery cables my car started and I drove to the garage. My company hired this person to help load 2 pieces of equipment onto a flatbed trailer. He showed up late and then yelled at my driver for not helping him. He loaded one piece and damaged it, which he denied but photos and 3 other people confirmed it was him. Also, while he was there, he was making racial and north vs south remarks to my driver. Then he said he didn't have time to load the second piece and left. I called a different tow truck company in the area and when they heard I had used this guy they said, "oh no that guys an A**hole" and laughed. They went over and loaded the second piece with no issues and for half as much money too. When I told Lefebvre we were not paying him the amount he requested since he didn't complete the job and damaged one piece of equipment, he went ballistic and even threatened to take us to small claims court because he is a "lawyer". Since it was not worth the hassle, we ended up paying him which is extremely sad. I would rather pay quadruple to someone else than even think about calling this guy. Upon further internet searching it seems this guy and his family has a long track record of treating people like garbage and extorting money at every chance he gets.
