Please watch out for owner Ryan Crete. After dealing with him, trust me, that all of these negative…read morereviews are absolutely true! He will threaten you, and refuses to provide you with any documentation regarding the fees he charges you - which is absolutely illegal. We were charged over a thousand dollars for a tow that was less then 30 miles! I wish I was joking! When we asked for an invoice to review, he refused and said if we don't meet him in person that evening that he will sue us for every penny...you know, for all those charges and fees he refuses to show us. Just a tad bit more information so you know who you are dealing with: - He was arrested in 2024 for criminal threatening, intimidation, and disorderly conduct...sound familiar? - The State of NH filed charges against him and he was found guilty for operating a non-registered "Buy here, Pay here" car dealership & finance company and was ordered to pay the State fines and repay everyone he scammed. - His tow rates are wildly inflated and 2-3x more than any other tow company in the state!! PLEASE! If this company or this man tows your car, do NOT let him intimate you or threaten you into paying HUGE amounts of money or fees that he cannot even justify or provide you. Know your legal rights, and ask for an itemized invoice and advocate for yourself!! He is a scammer who uses intimidation and threatening tactics to scare people! My wife recently had an accident that required her Toyota Rav-4 to be repaired. In my prior…read moreexperience, my insurance company chose the auto body shop to have my pickup truck repaired after someone hit and ran in a parking lot. That experience was a nightmare as that shop did not communicate well, and when they did it was a series of false promises of when my truck would be ready that they did not deliver on. This time I decided to have the insurance company issue me the check and I would chose the shop. After a lot of research, I chose Spacetown Auto. I knew I had made the correct decision after my initial meeting with Christina. As a former employee in the insurance industry, she knew the ins and outs of what insurance companies try to do to minimize their bottom line. I actually learned a lot from Christina through the process of repairing my wife's car. Throughout the process, not only was Christina communitive, but she acted like an advocate on our behalf. For instance, there were parts the insurance company wanted to be repaired, but Christina insisted they be replaced with new parts. She even got my insurance company to refund part of my deductible due to them delaying the repair. No one ever wants to have to use an auto body shop, but if you find yourself in a situation in which you must have your auto repaired, Spacetown Auto is the place to go.

The insurance company provided me with little information, but every time I called SpaceTown, they were on top of it. They did a beautiful job putting my car back together.
