It was a dangerous situation being in the breakdown lane on the highway with my friend who is in a wheelchair. We are grateful for the large tow truck sent to help us by A&S but even more so for the person sent to help us. Connor remained calm and had to get out of the tow truck on the highway to talk with us. He guided us while we drove to safety off the exit ramp by driving the tow truck on the highway behind us. He directed us to pull over onto a side street where he changed the flat tire while my friend remained in the vehicle in her wheelchair. Connor was patient and professional and we are so grateful to him for keeping us safe and for remaining calm. Thank you Connor!
