But my tow truck driver was a nice kid, and the employees in my interactions here were polite. It was otherwise fairly simple for the paper work to release my vehicle to my insurer. Of side note (not important to the company or their services), I was further amused to where their location was. Their business is located in a former Armstrong Ambulance Service base. The call sign for the base was 'Fox.' How do I know? I worked there many moons ago and had worked there. So it was a trip down memory lane visiting this location. It had been well over a decade since the last time I was there. I remembered exactly where the bunk rooms were, the restroom, the terrible shower with luke warm water. Ah, memories!

I've worked with M&S on 3 different situations. My first exposure to them was an emergency…read moresituation with my wife's car broken down and would not start. I contacted AAA and M&S was dispatched quickly, within 15 minutes. The driver, Chris, was concern about where the car was and making sure that my wife and children were safe so he secured the area and the vehicle to keep them out of danger. Chris got my family home and the vehicle to the yard to be assessed. Within a matter of an hour the vehicle was assessed to have a faulty battery which AAA sold me and the good mechanics at M&S replaced it promptly and got the car back on the road no time. Class act- family oriented people. My second encounter with M&S was when my son's car needed to be towed to a friend's house a New Hampshire. I called them directly and they have the car picked up and delivered within a matter of an hour. Rob was the driver this time and he was prompt careful with the vehicle and delivered it no time at all. Rob was one of the mechanics that worked with my wife's car earlier in the year and remember the address and talked about the situation with the car. In today's day and age who remember stuff like that especially when you're working a volume business? My third encounter with M&S was when my wife's ABS system locked up in the middle of traffic off of Shawsheen street in Tewksbury. Again, contact AAA and M&S is dispatched at the scene within a matter of 15 minutes. Once again Chris secures the scene and safety of my wife and the vehicle and gets it loaded on the bed and back to the shop for needed fixing. The kicker on this one is the ABS system went the main computer. To get a new one cost almost $2,500. I called around to a few different shops in the dealership and they're all the same... This was going to run in the thousands. Eddie and Rob worked their hardest to try and find a used abs box and keep the costs and the labor down. They got my wife's car up and running again saving me thousands. M&S is a great shop and tow company. The guys who work there know what they're doing, understand people, what's important and get the job done. You can't go wrong with M&S.
