He was even nice enough to let me observe what he was doing, because I realized while I was waiting, that at almost 35 years old I should probably know a little something about what to do in this situation. He didn't seem annoyed at all with the plethora of questions I was asking him and I can only imagine how obnoxious they must have been because I literally know nothing about cars.
