I contacted AAA and M&S was dispatched quickly, within 15 minutes. The driver, Chris, was concern about where the car was and making sure that my wife and children were safe so he secured the area and the vehicle to keep them out of danger. Chris got my family home and the vehicle to the yard to be assessed. Within a matter of an hour the vehicle was assessed to have a faulty battery which AAA sold me and the good mechanics at M&S replaced it promptly and got the car back on the road no time. Class act- family oriented people. My second encounter with M&S was when my son's car needed to be towed to a friend's house a New Hampshire. I called them directly and they have the car picked up and delivered within a matter of an hour. Rob was the driver this time and he was prompt careful with the vehicle and delivered it no time at all. Rob was one of the mechanics that worked with my wife's car earlier in the year and remember the address and talked about the situation with the car. In today's day and age who remember stuff like that especially when you're working a volume business? My third encounter with M&S was when my wife's ABS system locked up in the middle of traffic off of Shawsheen street in Tewksbury. Again, contact AAA and M&S is dispatched at the scene within a matter of 15 minutes. Once again Chris secures the scene and safety of my wife and the vehicle and gets it loaded on the bed and back to the shop for needed fixing. The kicker on this one is the ABS system went the main computer. To get a new one cost almost $2,500. I called around to a few different shops in the dealership and they're all the same... This was going to run in the thousands. Eddie and Rob worked their hardest to try and find a used abs box and keep the costs and the labor down. They got my wife's car up and running again saving me thousands. M&S is a great shop and tow company. The guys who work there know what they're doing, understand people,what's important and get the job done. You can't go wrong with M&S.

So I called AAA and they said that they would send out one of their contracted companies. The woman that I spoke to from AAA told me it would be about an hour wait. Not 15 minutes later did a nice gentleman show up, and within five minutes he had my car going again!! He was even nice enough to let me observe what he was doing, because I realized while I was waiting, that at almost 35 years old I should probably know a little something about what to do in this situation. He didn't seem annoyed at all with the plethora of questions I was asking him and I can only imagine how obnoxious they must have been because I literally know nothing about cars. You can't move or even tow your car to take it somewhere to get fixed because the motor is supported on one side by only a floor jack. Matthew inspected the threads and said they were fine they just needed to be cleaned up, arranged for me to acquire a tap to clean the threads, and then helped me reassemble things correctly with the new mount. The car now drives nicely and the motor feels solidly mounted.

I worked with tow business before, but only through card payment to the actual company. Then I called his boss and he got mad, the boss didn't even pick up the phone. The driver got mad and now he started to say cash only this is even more sketchy. This is not how business should be run. Clearly, the tire was not properly installed, and this negligence caused serious damage to my car.
