After getting the run around on time/ordering from local Ford Dealers I had a conversation with a homeowner who lives directly behind this location and has had work done many times, and he said they will job right and I won't be disappointed. I got a call 2 days ago from the same salesman who said my order was delivered, when can I have it installed, we agreed today at 3pm. I asked repeatedly 1 seat and the middle how long does it take for that to be installed along with floor mats "you will be in and out within 15-20 mins", its like a fitted sheet some go on easier then others, so allow for 30 mins and I will be good to go. 40 mins in I ask is there a problem, I need to pick up my other car before the garage closes for the long weekend at 4pm, let me check. I told everyone working there that the garage only accepts cash and I need my car. Yea, we hear you. 3:58pm my keys are handed to me. I can't now get my other car until Tuesday 4 days from now, that is unacceptable. I take my keys go to the truck and they installed 3 seat covers that are GRAY. I go back in and said rip them out, I paid for BLACK, I said BLACK, you showed me carhart velt that was BLACK. I am not leaving until you remove it all. They also stupidly put a seat cover on a heated seat, which the salesman told me defeats the purpose of the seat, so he needed computer help from the manager to figure out how to buy only 1 passenger seat cover and the middle. The other manager says we close at 530, I said I will wait while you remove what you installed. He says "are you refusing to leave", I said "I will wait for you to removed what you installed as I can't explain to visa why I still have this in my truck, I am not driving off the lot and no I am not going to attempt to remove these on my own so you can say I wrecked them. He calls the police. Police show up I show them the receipt, and my truck and the cop agreed they "installed gray". Cop goes into the store, no idea what was said, comes back out and says first go to credit company then go to small claims court. I can pick up a copy of the report to provide to credit card company and lawyer tomorrow. Safe yourself a ton of time and aggravation, do not use this company for any installations.
