Steve handles insurance companies so you have no stress of your own and he is extremely nice and personable. Steve's customer service feels like something nostalgic that doesn't exist anymore except for in his shop. He had a rental ready for me at the shop when I went to drop off my car making the process quick and seamless. The rental place he uses does not charge the customer and only charges the insurance taking some stress off the customer when insurance companies often charge after 2 weeks of having a rental. Steve stays in communication with your insurance company so you don't have to. I had $10,000 worth of damage to my car and he made it look brand new. I truly love Steve he is such a nice guy and doesn't stop until everything is absolutely perfect! He also offered to drive my car an hour and a half to get it to me since I live far away. I truly don't know anyone else like him or anyone who runs business in such a kind and thoughtful way. The first time I took my car to Steve's son Stephen it was after I had already taken my car to somewhere else and they didn't fix it. A tree had fallen on my car during a tornado and I had taken it where the insurance company wanted me to, months later my car still had a leak and the first place couldn't fix it, so then I took it to Stephen who spent a long time hosing my car down to see exactly where the leak was coming from and fixed it right away. He was able to tack it onto my first claim since it was an unresolved issue. Not many places are this helpful or kind. I cannot recommend them enough!

Nothing detrimental, just damage caused by a hit and run. They gave me advice on how to go about it with my insurance, and had the parts within days of me requesting. They were super accommodating to my lifestyle at work, and even offered to DRIVE ME BACK TO MY APARTMENT so I could drive myself to work after dropping my car off. Then they fixed my car in less time than they said they would, and THEN they were super kind to the family members that helped me retrieve my car once it was fixed. Then I get my car, and not only is it fixed, but it looks BRAND FREAKING NEW!! I had interacted briefly with different mechanics; with Irene and Keith; and Arthur, over the phone. They followed all requirements around COVID: masks, sanitizing the space, social distancing etc. They also helped coordinate my insurance claim and setup my rental car. When I dropped the car off for repairs the rental was waiting for me there and when I picked my car up, they oversaw the rental return. The body work was great, had to replace a front end piece and repairs all the way down the left side of the car. They did a great job, paint matched perfectly to the rest of the car and had my car back in 7 days. Would highly recommend them.
