I went to a…read morehalf dozen places to get quotes but the one shop that showed professional customer service the moment I walked in was Super Detail and Auto Body! I was met with a welcoming handshake from a gentleman who introduced himself as Victor. He looked at the damage, took photos and said he would send me a quote within an hour which he did. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and was called back from the shop telling me the car was finished on Thursday. It's always a nervous time waiting to see something you have being worked on regardless of what it is, but when I saw my car the only thing I could say was Wow! Victor and his team at Super Detail and Auto Body in Melrose did an absolute incredible job, you can't even tell my car was damaged and it looks brand new. Bennet Street is being worked on, so I went to Sunrise Auto on the Lynnway. Oh boy! It was like when I changed dentists. She found cavities every visit, but once I found an HONEST one, I haven't had a cavity in 30 years! I told Lenny about the problem, and he fixed it while I waited 30 minutes! West Lynn would have made me drop off my car for days, and would have made me pay for a replacement I didn't need. I'm sure this $50 fix would have cost me at least $150 at West Lynn Auto. Never go to West Lynn Auto.

Needless to say, I was devastated. Had to make a hit and run claim because the neighbor would not admit anything, even though the paint transfer on the door and rust on the ground were 100% from her car. My appraiser recommended Classic, so I called and made an appointment. When I went there on a Wednesday, Tony said to bring it in on Monday so I wasn't wasting my rental while they researched doors and also the weekend passing. I thought that was very considerate of him! Dropped it off on the Monday at about 8:15am, and they set up the rental. Got picked up and had my rental and was at work by 9am. Not bad! I mentioned to Tony that there was a preexisting scratch on the hood and on the bumper that I would like a quote for. He said don't worry, we'll take care of you. The car was ready Thursday afternoon, and I picked it up on Friday. As soon as I saw it, it was like a weight had been lifted. The new door looked and worked perfectly, and the paint was an exact match. You would never know that it was new! Also, I couldn't find the scratch on the hood and bumper! They gave me a great price on the extra work I had them do, and it looks like it just rolled out of the factory. All in all, they took an awful situation and made it into a GREAT experience. Tony and Jimmy take pride in their work and their customers and it shows. I've never had this kind of experience with a mechanic or auto body shop before, and I will definitely come back in the future, and I'm telling all my friends and family! Thanks guys!

There is no real place to park your car so you just kind of block people in. You go in and everyone is in the garage which makes sense but you wait a bit. I dropped it off for brakes I got a call about 1115 saying what they saw and then that was the last call I got. I arrived at 450 to see if my car was done mind you they close at 5 and no one came to see me until 5. They are nice and the brakes were about the same price everywhere but I wish they communicated more.
