He called his boss who lived right around the corner to deliver a jack needed to lift the car and reset the tire properly. Mike came and assisted with the lift and resetting the tire on his day off. I was so appreciative they went above and beyond so my car damage didn't get damaged anymore. They assisted me with two additional tows through this ordeal and everyone from the owner down to the office staff have been wonderful to work with. They took the stress out of a stressful situation and can't thank them enough.

I actually learned a lot from Christina through the process of repairing my wife's car. Throughout the process, not only was Christina communitive, but she acted like an advocate on our behalf. For instance, there were parts the insurance company wanted to be repaired, but Christina insisted they be replaced with new parts. She even got my insurance company to refund part of my deductible due to them delaying the repair. He was very easy to communicate and coordinate with via initial call then text. He made numerous attempts to start the vehicle but it was dead. He managed to pull the vehicle onto his flat bed even though the vehicle was in a snow covered yard. Figured I'd pay $200-300 for the tow but no, it was only $105!
