I only trust Lee's Nail Spa to do my nails! Years ago I frequented another salon that overcharged for mediocre services. No more! The employees here are nice and do good work. The shop is pretty clean and you must purchase a pedicure kit for $7 that you can keep and bring back. I love that, because there is less chance I can catch a bacteria from tools used on someone else. I have rarely been hurt (cut) while having my nails done here. That's huge for me because I have been to other shops where it happens just about every time. I feel they take the time to do a good job and it shows. Prices are extremely reasonable too. I went in yesterday with a friend and my husband. Myself and my friend got gel manicures and all three of us got pedicures. I had small 3D glitter stars and painted on nail art on my nails previously, done somewhere else. They were held down with thick gel. Acetone would have taken it off, no problem. Instead she went at my long natural nails with the dremel they use on acrylics then soaked them in acetone. My nails are real. Why would you go after natural gel nails with something meant for acrylics? My nails are super weak now. As she was grinding off the gel I could feel the heat from the dremel. After that she barely touched my cuticles. But before I could see she covered my nails in cuticle oil so I couldn't tell until I had left. Before painting my nails she asked if I wanted gel powder. I said yes since I was doing a natural color. I though it was going to be like the thick gel paste, no. It was acrylic powder. I don't like going near the stuff because of how it has to be removed. My nails looked fine until the cuticle oil dried after I left, she didn't touch my cuticles at all. Now today my gel totally peeled off. no trace left of it. My pedicure is chipping. It's only been one day. I went back to get a refund, they gave me a $50 gift card for $80 worth of work. Wtf? My husbands toe was cut and my friends nails were so butchered the owner told her not to pay. I'm totally shocked and pissed by the service and customer service we recieved. If you come here wash your hands and look at your nails in the sun before you pay. You won't get back what you spent if you're unhappy here. read more

I'm still on the hunt for a good nail place with good prices, and everywhere I go fulfills only 1 of the 2 criteria. It's either a mediocre job, or it's too expensive. Lee's was too expensive...I paid $25 for a French pedicure. Kind of a rip since I was expecting great things from all the reviews. To give credit where credit's due...the interior was very nice. Well lit and kind of had one of those "fancier" feels (probably due to the remodel that all the other reviews are talking about). The lady who did my pedi was okay. Personally, I didn't really like how she used one of those skinny nail polish brushes that they use to paint detailed designs to draw the French tip. I prefer it the old fashioned way when they paint the tip and go back with a brush to create the shape. Because she used the skinny tip, the French part came out too skinny and chipped within a few days. Not happy with that considering I paid $25 for it. As far as first experiences go, ehhhh. I don't think I'd go back. It's too pricey and they did an okay job. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. But for the price, I think you can find something better. read more

Two weeks ago I gave this place a try. I was told by a friend to ask for Antuan, so I did. I was very happy with my pink and white full set. Today I called for a fill with Antuan, I got in right away! I have a problem with my nails lifting and normally other places just file and fill. I love lee's the salon is beautiful and spa chairs are clean. The massage chairs all work and are up to date. All the staff is friendly and kind. They will do anything you want to your hands/feet regarding design or just foot scrub instead of forcing you to buy a whole package deal. The owner also does nails and she does a fantastic job! Kim is great! I like her because she not overly gentle and doesn't hold your foot like its glass. She actually takes the time to do a pedicure right and she's so sweet! It seems that this nail shop had to make some changes with prices. There are now some extra fees you will be paying. Prices went up and I didn't see notification about it. The only thing I noticed is that they are charging you $1 for every transaction you make with your card or you have the option of taking out money in the little ATM they have that will charge you an arm and a leg to use. This last time around, my mother and I went in for a mani/pedi and I left paying almost $90 the only extra we had was that my mom had gel manicure nails. Then the girl in the front told us that they charge $3 each extra if you don't bring in your own kit. I wish someone would have told me this back in December when I started going. I wouldn't mind taking my OWN materials, I take my own polish anyway. The last 3 times I've gone prices seem to fluctuate and each time I've done the same thing. When I question it, they always have an excuse as to why the price is different. I will be returning to my go to nail place in San Dimas even if the wait is long. read more

I'm new to the Lake Elsinore area so I thought I would give Lee nails a try although i don't patronize these types of establishment but i wanted my daughter to look nice on there 1st day of school. when I 1st walk in they were very welcoming and nice and I explained to 2 nail techs that I wanted my 2 daughter's mani and pedi and we were told to come back in 30 min, which we did @3:30, while finishing up the pedi, they instantly forgot we requested a mani so my daughters had to wait. While doing my daughters mani, they were told they couldn't use my card (mom) because they needed to see my ID, which i had already left the facility, which i take blame for because i should have made them aware i was leaving and i also went off my previous experience of going to the nail shop which i have NEVER been ask to show ID. My daughter calls me and tells me they couldn't accept my credit card and ask did i have zelle i told them no i didn't but their dad did, when i got back to the facility she went over on why she couldn't accept my form of payment. When my daughters left they told me the facility was rushing because they were closing, they were aggressively pulling on their hand and telling them "your mom hasn't paid yet", my daughter also told me when i arrived and left out again the tech was asking here "where is your mom going she still hasn't paid me", meanwhile I'm right outside IN FRONT of the nail salon, she could have said this to me. White nail polish was left around my daughters finger tip, wrist and on the sleeve of there sweaters and fingers tips sore, i would have liked it better if they didn't do their nails at all, my daughters had a HORRIBLE experience. read more

However this last time a got a pedicure, something appeared on my left foot not knowing what it was, I finally went to the doctor. My doctor told me that is was very likely I got it from a pedicure being unsanitary. No one in my family has this & I didn't go anywhere else that this could of happened. Needless to say I got a wart that was contacted by my last pedicure at Lees. I spent a lot of time in doctors offices & spent a lot of many trying to get rid of it. This place is super clean and big! And everyone was really nice. I told my lady (Tiffany) that I only had an hour and a half to do my nails and she tried to make sure I was out before then. Also I told her what I wanted and she listened to exactly what i wanted ! My nails came out great! She did gel for me and said if it started to peel before 2 weeks I could come back because my prior gel only lasted like 1.5 weeks and started peeling (from some other place). She did a lot of coats but they were all very thin. She also made sure I liked my nails before she put it under the light which most places don't do. Currently it's been almost a week and my nails look fab! The only downside is this place is slightly pricier than others, (33 for gel & designs) but if my gel manages to last 3 weeks it's well worth it to me! read more

I've been coming here for over 7 years now. This newer location is really great because there is more parking and it's literally right behind the older place. Very clean && the staff is always nice && respectful. Unlike a lot of other places you don't feel like they're talking about you or others in another language lol.
