We had a tec come out to replace 2 small sections of ductwork. They were here maybe an hour and a half...I am a 90 yr old air force widow and they charged me over $8000. They ripped me off and then wouldn't answer their phone..still won't... Do not use this company!!!! They took advantage of me bad knowing I didn't know much about ac and no man was here. I would give them zero stars, but I can't. Called these jokers to fix my AC. My condenser was kicking off when it got super hot. Tech shows up, dosen't ask any questions, just assumed unit was low on Freon. Didn't check anything else. The AC worked for a day, and right back off. I can these guys to get a follow up visit and they start giving me the run around. Long story short it took 2 attempts to fix my AC. A SIMPLE ISSUE OF THE CAPACITOR BEING BROKEN. The best part is they charged me $260 for the first call, and $260 for the warranty call (the cost of the part). They charged me 260 for a 13 dollar part. Beware of these guys are the typical CAR SALESMAN OF HVAC. I'll never recommend them to anyone. read more

Talk about a great company with quality staff!!! Since the initial consultation Chuck came out. He was professional, friendly & compassionate & understood what we were needing. When he came out he wore a face mask & limited himself to being where he needed to be & was exceptional at keeping a safe distance for the safety of us as well for the safety of himself. The young men that came out & did the install Alex, Josh & Dereck wore masks as well and limited their footprint to where the job needed to get done at. The staff from Lee's understand & comply with the seriousness of this virus & took all measures to ensure our safety as well as theirs!!! We are so glad we found them because their pricing is very fair & honest as well as realistic unlike other companies in the valley that wanted to charge us double to even triple that of Lee's!!! We used Lee's for a small job connecting duct work to our existing furnace. They did an awesome job from start to finish. First, their customer service is on point. I was always able to reach someone when I called. They also called to confirm a couple days before my appointment, then again 15 minutes before the guys showed up. Best of all, the price I was quoted in the beginning was exactly the price I paid. No hidden costs or BS. The workers themselves were highly professional and worked diligently from start to finish. They made sure to walk me through what they were doing, and asked me where I wanted things well in advance. When the job was complete, they stuck around and made sure everything was working, and even helped un-jam a few vent openings. I would recommend Lees to anyone without hesitation. read more

Technician arrived and was there for maybe 10min (tops).   Replaced the capacitor and added a hard start kit due to the age.  $450 for ten minutes of time, half of which was spent talking to me. $20-30 dollars in actual parts.  That's $420 dollars for maybe 5 min of actual work. Wow! I will never use Lee's again.    What a rip off!  Of course, the technician's explanation was that the prices are set.  Seriously still have a bad taste in my mouth 24hrs later.  Ugh! read more

When my husband passed away, I had to learn all about furnaces, heating, air etc. It was overwhelming. I called on a warranty issue with a new water heater that Lee's installed. They diagnosed that the pressure relief valve was leaking and replaced it. That night, the water heater built up too much pressure and discharged the tank leaving me with 3" of water in my basement. They came right out and realized I did not have a pressure regulator. They got me a pressure regulator installed that same day. Very responsive! read more

20 years ago I choose Lee's to install a furnace and central A/C on my house. Both of the units worked well and were maintenanced by lee's every couple of years. 2018, 20 years later, I hired lee's to replace a well used outdate Rheem unit. I updated to the American Standard 96% efficient unit, this was in mid October the start of the winter weather. After researching the furnace units and deciding on the unit to be installed I was told that it could be upto 2 weeks before the furance and installers weere available. However, Lee's installer and office staff had my new heater is 1 DAY! Matt and Alex installed the furnance the next day and programmed the 2-stage blowers, etc. from the furnance into my nest thermostat. Incredible they actually have the customer at the forefront of thier business! In addition to all of the great fast service, Lee's office staff also help (mostly did all of the work) fill out the rebate forms to Dominion Energy (local NG supplier) including all the certifications for the efficiency rebate. The really amazing part is that thier price for the job was very competive with other providers. Thanks Lee's Heat and A/C! We recently decided that it was time to replace our 29 year old furnace before it decided for us. Since we were replacing it we decided to add central air conditioning at the same time. We got the information for Lee's while at the Spring Home and Garden Expo. They were one of 3 companies we had give estimates. Ultimately the reviews online for each company and their products were relatively equal so we went with the middle bid. Lee's was terrific! It took us a couple of months to make out decision and they still honored their estimate, the employee who came out to do the estimate was part of the install team. Once we made our decision I called on a Monday to get the process going and they were available immediately. Their office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The install team was very professional and extremely clean. They did a great job and we could not be happier that we chose them for this service! ! read more

I had them work on my system last October. Yesterday when I tried to cool the house for the first time it would not work. I called them on the Saturday of memorial day weekend. Josh Ernstsen arrived within an hour and determined that the previous tech had not tightened a fitting properly. He repaired and refilled the system at no cost. Josh could have easily said it was the compressor and made me pay thousands of dollars to replace it. Finding an honest company with ethical employees is awesome. I am a customer for life. read more

We had just come home from my husband having a hospital procedure, to discover the a/c was blowing warm air. My husband noticed that the fans in the unit were not moving, so he started calling #'s in the yellow pages and KSL. After about 1/2 hr, he came across Lee's, and to our surprise they had a guy in the area, he was finishing his last job for the day, but would be there in 20 minutes. Dustin came, SUPER SUPER WONDERFUL GUY, fixed 2 broken fans and another item in about 45 minutes. The cost was better than buying a whole new system, and we continued on feeling A LOT cooler . My husband is a HUGE Dodger fan - and our family room shows it - Dustin took the time to show interest, making my husband really proud. We had Lee's Heating and Air Conditioning put in a system for us about 5 years ago. The install was prompt, without drama and expert. We had them put in a variable speed system that is highly efficient and has proven very beneficial as far as utility costs go. We have used Lee's several time for routine maintenance and have gotten a very courteous, fair priced response to our needs. Highly recommend this vendor.
