My miso ramen had a rich broth with two generous portions of chashu, with various toppings including corn, bamboo, wood ear mushrooms, and green onion. I had no problem finishing the entire bowl. The pork was a highlight: both the thin slices and the thick kakuni pork belly on top were delicious. The pork belly was incredibly tender and well marinated!
