we bought a 2021 toy hauler march of 2024 we have been running into nothing but problems with it. We have called multiple times left multiple voice messages. No one ever gets back to us. originally we had dealt with Sara originally and she was fantastic then we got STUCK with dealing with Brittney ever since, and since then this has been an AWEFUL experience, the floor is rotted underneath in the toy hauler back room, the glass door, we asked for help with knowledge to go about keeping the glass piece from falling out, which we never got help with, now the door has completely fell off its tracks in that section, the blind behind the couch, doesn't even cover the whole window, the pull cords for the couch the two chairs the middle they snapped so they don't recline anymore, the sink, it does nothing but constantly leak, there is a leak under the shower in the storage unit, the outdoor speaker never worked and we had to replace it they provided it but we had to replace it, along with a a list of other WE had to fix as getting ahold of anyone there is impossible, then while us replacing things taking things apart there are chunks of wood and wood and sawdust from whatever caused it, but we were told that they were going through cleaning the camper and this is not something we had also expected, the fireplace crapped the bed then finally MONTHS later they got around to replacing that for it to crap out again, the screening on the back door was never fully held in as they said they would fix that as well and still have never reached out, the door entry way doors, they don't close the plastic is broken and they always pop open as they don't close, the thermostat in the bedroom doesn't work. It blows out air-conditioning, but it doesn't blow out heat, but when we drove off the lot the interior stair is damaged and we were told that it was already ordered and we will be contacted when it comes in and MONTHS go by trying to situate all of this to then find out a few days later to then be told they don't carry it anymore and if we want it fixed it won't match, then we wake up to the main toilet leaking and the toilet is empty as we can not use a leaking toilet, MIND BLOWING but the leak is going THROUGH the door trim running up from the floor and coming out on the floor in-front of the bedroom, so now we have sewage water constantly in the camper, and can't use the main bathroom, and then have to i'm sure deal with possible mold from it being in the wall from sewage, as we now have to hire a handyman since we clearly didn't spend enough money driving off the lot with a 2021 toy hauler. Now we have to hire someone buy parts and have things fixed correctly as getting a hold of anyone to situate anything at this dealership is nearly impossible. Then they made it seem like they were trying to help fix the issues and they sent 2 guys out in the pouring rain, to look at a few things (mind you nothing came from that visit even though the guys said that things would be covered as we pay for an EXTENDED WARRANTY) to then be told by the RUDEST individual brittany (who we have now heard and seen some crazy reviews and wish we never bought there, especially through her) that nothing besides like 2 small things would be covered so very DUMBFOUNDING to know we pay extra for them to try extra hard to avoid fixing products they sold. we understand when you buy something even if it is three years old that there will be things with wear and tear but at the end of the day, this is not wear and tear this is they got something in they wanted to sell it knowing it had issues and they just chose to cover things up with a Band-Aid and sell it and just look away instead of ever trying to fix any issues. so as for us we will never buy here and we encourage you don't either as it has been nothing but a nightmare. hopefully you guys have a better experience, and take your money somewhere where you're a valued customer and not just sold something to ignore us. As we have MANY MANY pictures so here are some. They also know we bought it to live in for a bit and told us to bring it in for a week or so so they can go through it knowing that is not an option and they knew that and tell us to wait till spring to bring it in as we have again informed them we live in it and don't have the means of going to a new location to fix things that should have never been to this extent, and then have us pay for a hotel or something to put us in so they can "check things out" so they want us to pay for a hotel, pay for extra repairs as if paying for 2021 toy hauler wasn't a big enough of a purchase, so clearly there's no insight on things being fixed, if i could do negative stars i absolutely would. read more

My fiancée and I recently traveled 3.5 hours to obtain a snowmobile this establishment had listed. Upon arrival and in previous contact prior to making the trip they had appeared professional and stated that there was nothing wrong with the sled. My fiancée tested the sled and listened to it, with all initially appearing fine. Unfortunately, this did not end up being the case once we got the sled home. We brought it to our mechanic, and he informed us that it would need about $2,000 in work. At the time of purchase we had been informed that there was nothing wrong with it and that it was "ready to ride", except that the electric start was having some issues and may need to be fixed. This was BEYOND true as we now know it needed a lot more work done than that, and it has not even been ridden yet since getting it home. Once we were made aware of this information my fiancée attempted to contact the owner and explain the situation. So that they were aware there were more issues with it than what they initially had told us. To which we received no answer, making it clear to us he likely knew of these issues when selling the sled to us and did not care. And that customer service is far from the top of their list of things they care about. I STRONGLY urge you to avoid this establishment at all costs as you too will likely end up out a lot of money or worse. Living at a great distance from CT, I contacted Stefanie at Lee's Auto & RV Ranch to consign my 5th wheel. I'd explained to Stefanie that our Pick-up was stolen and we could no longer use the 5th wheel. She was anxious to consign it and contacted me desperately for days to finalize the contract. I had an opportunity to visit her office whilst I was traveling from Montreal. After the drive from Montreal, I was pressured into a journey of expediency to meet Stefanie's ultra-inflexible work schedule. I hurried to meet her on a Tuesday before her early departure at 3pm. I arrived at 2:30 to accommodate her need to leave at 3 and her Wednesday day off. She'd forwarded me a copy of a condition report to peruse, and I was able to verbally verify that the condition of the 2018 Winnebago Minnie Max was in excellent working condition and was ready for their safety inspection. She was anxious to receive their $950 fees for the detail and the safety inspection, and the consignment agreement was signed and effectuated immediately. She reminded me not to list or market the travel trailer myself, and that I should just wait for an offer or a deal. The 5th wheel was arranged for pick-up the next day, and our contact was in-force beginning on 18 July. I was off-put initially with her desperation and demands to suit her personal life, but assumed that she'd put as much energy into marketing the trailer as she had in rushing me on this international journey to effectuate the contract. Two days later, Stefanie contacted me and insisted that the paint was dull and suggested a $5000 paint job would show the trailer better. I was inclined to agree. She informed me that she'd speak to the body shop to get a quote and contact me back. Upon her return call she then upped the quote to $12,500 for a complete paint job. I can paint my Rolls Royce for less. I determined that this was all a set-up to abuse my vulnerability and gauge me for a service visit. I rejected the quote and Stefanie wrongly terminated our in-force contract and insisted that I pay for the removal of the RV and the return of the trailer back to storage. The contract never specified any paint brilliance specifications nor did the condition assessment checklist. This was a move to exploit our vulnerability and to solicit unnecessary services. So I thought long about leaving a review. I loved the young lady who sold me my camper, and Stephanie really tried to help as much as she could but the owner was very unpleasant. I bought a used camper, they accidentally broke the sink, replaced it but did not do it correctly and on the drive to my camp ground it flooded my front end. I had to pay someone up front to fix it immediately. I was told that they would pay me back, they did but it took months of me politely asking. I actually would have been fine with this but it's what came with my camper that was the real issue. The camper was consigned, they charged me a large fee for cleaning, I get it, that's fine, but unfortunately for them and me it came with bed bugs. I contacted them within a week asking if they knew anything about the bites I was getting. I got no answer. I hired 2 exterminators who told me they were bed bugs. When I finally got in touch with the owner he said that the bed bugs came from me, which I totally would understand, except my current RV that I still had and somebody was staying in had no bed bugs. To get an infestation like I had in one week would be impossible as I was told by both exterminators. He absolutely refused to help me, I would have traded it in and bought a more expensive one because I honestly don't blame them for the bedbugs but they are the ones who sold me the RV. It took me 3 months and over $2,000 to get rid of these bed bugs. Unfortunately being bitten constantly left me with severe PTSD. I had nightmares for a year waking up thinking bugs were on me. I ended up losing $10,000, and my house as I live full time at a campground, this was my house. As I said all the people I really interacted with were very kind but unfortunately I would never recommend this place due to the owner and the lack of responsibility in selling a camper in such a condition. read more

I only one star because I was not able to give less. I have been to Lee's two times. One was to have an RV gone over and anything serviced that was found. After keeping our RV for one week, we found out that most of the repairs had not been done even though we paid for them. The second time was to purchase a new travel trailer. During the financing portion, I received an inappropriate email from the finance representative. I also found out that my personal income tax information was sent out to someone outside of the company without permission and that the sale rep had my personal financial information. I was also asked to finance more than I need so that they could make more of a profit. I will never have anything to do with Lee's and their poor customer service and I will also make sure that everyone I know does not do business with them.. read more

These guys are incredible!! I first brought my BBQ trailer to them last year for some minor adjustments. They did such a great job I brought it back this year. It was fast, easy, and somewhat painless. I do find that some of their addendum prices are unnecessary and expensive, however, but because they are the only place in the area who sells this kind of equipment, I felt compelled to purchase before I lost my camper to another buyer. While I had zero buyer's remorse, I was annoyed at the process of getting a loan, as I was told on the phone that I would have zero issues and then come to find out, that is "never the case"... I called looking for some RV parts for my toilet , Jeremy in parts , took many calls from me while I figured out what I needed and what I was doing , he never seemed impatient and always willing to handle my multiple phone calls. we worked through my issues , over multiple calls as I stopped and disassembled my toilet and figured out what I really needed. long story short he was able to get me a replacement toilet at a great price. my problem was larger than I first thought and I had a few broken parts on my thetford toilet. he went above and beyond to help. some of the best customer service I have had in a very very long time. he should be commended and rewarded . thanks again Jeremy for all your help . read more

Called prior to making the 2 hour drive to go see a particular RV. They said they trailer was still available. I told them I would be making a two hour drive to see this particular RV. Again they said it was available and looked forward to seeing me. When I showed up and asked about the RV, the owner told me it was sold. I told him the situation and he was non-apologetic then tried to make excuses for what happened. He tried to show me other RV's that were not even close to the one I was wanting to see. Wow, wow, wow! Like their phone system that screens their calls says. If you are looking to be lied to in your face by slimy salesmen that would sell their mothers for an extra nickel, you have found the people that will gladly take advantage of honest, trusting hard working people. They will even finance you. I purchased a used rv from this group. On my second visit to their site, 6 hours round trip by car, to complete the transaction, they very nonchalantly baited and switched the paperwork to no warranty, and the fine print disqualifies any oral representations made by them. I purchased this rv to take my 82 year old stage 4 lung cancer mother to take her safely in a quarrantine environment to visit her grandchildren. 100 miles into our trip, a set of double tires catastrophically failed. They were dressed up to hide the dry rotted sidewalls. After repairs, we continued another 200 miles and the engine threw a rod. I was told that I would receive my title in the mail, but they can't even produce proof of constant registration. Subsequently, I am not able to register this vehicle and get my tags and title. My insurance is investigating this case now and I will be filing a case with the Connecticut state attorney General along with my private attorneys. I will start this review by explaining my Two Star rating. The reason I am giving this Two Star Rating , is due to the fact that the company cancelled the sales deal after I unveiled an enormous amount of problems with a USED Travel Trailer I had purchased on 7-23-2022. I had the unit delivered , and had a few hiccups there. On 7-24-2022 I found a-lot of issues that were just plain unacceptable to deal with. I sent my complaints to the sales people that were involved with the deal. I requested the unit to be picked up from my home and brought back to the dealership for either repair or return. I stated in the email that I wanted to be present when they came to get it. 7-25-2022 I got a call while working an hour away , that the driver will be there in 10 minutes to pick it up! No prior call , text or email about the trailer going back! So I was a bit irritated to say the the least, with the lack of communication extended toward me. I ended up coming home early to go to the dealer and see some damage that was created by the pickup of the camper as it was pulled out over the curbing in my driveway and bent the rear frame slightly and almost ripped the spare tire off ! My salesman would not even come outside when my wife and I pulled in to the dealership. Craziness!!! We went into the service dept. to ask where the camper was , and we were told , umm don't know. Should be down the end. So we walk all the way around the building ( right past the salesman in the doorway , who still said nothing ) and find the camper right behind where we were!!!! Could have went out the back of the bay and it was right there. I noted the damage with pictures and talked with the service writer to note them down , which was never done , and we left. 7-26-2022 I took the day off from work and showed up at the dealership at 9:30 am. Met Brian , the General Manager and owner I believe. He was very calm and had a neutral expression. He stated immediately that they were just going to cancel the sales deal , due to the excessive amount of repairs on the list. I asked if my deposit was also being refunded , and it was. In closing , I learned a lot about wanting to purchase an RV. INSPECT EVERYTHING DO NOT RUSH THROUGH ANY OF THE PROCESS IF YOU DONT LIKE ONE THING ABOUT YOUR SALESPERSON , GET A DIFFERENT ONE. ( I have a hard time with sales snakes , they are all the same, so I foolishly ignore my instinct )-no longer! DO NOT LET THE SERVICE GUY STARE AT YOUR WIFE DURING 80 % OF THE WALK THROUGH. ( pretty ridiculous guy) AND MOST IMPORTANTLY , DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. THE REVIEWS SHOULD SAY IT ALL! BUT IF YOU ARE STILL A SKEPTIC OF REVIEWS LIKE I AM AND YOU ACTUALLY COME HERE. I bought an RV from this dealership. It was infested with mice and their feces. They sold it with mice droppings all over to me. Aside from that disgusting experience, half of the RV does not work. No hot water. Slide is broken. Floor is broken. Rook leaks. No heat in Master Bedroom. Leaking toilets. Broken sewage pipe. Most of the lighting doesnt work. There are more little things I don't care to complain about. Paid 37k for a literal mouse infested piece of shit. Dealership has not even said sorry about anything. I would give less stars but cant. I recently traded a NüCamp T@G for a T@B. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Sight unseen, they gave me a fair trade for my old camper. My salesman, Sal, was easy to deal with. They gave me a fair price to purchase my new camper. After I picked it up, I had a few questions and Charlette in Service was always very helpful when I called. After the maiden voyage with my new camper, there were some minor bugs that needed to be fixed. Charlette gave me a date and said everything would be taken care of when I arrived there. She was correct! Nothing was a major problem with the camper but everything was fixed to my satisfaction. One of the difficulties had to do with the sound system in the new camper. They simply took a stereo out of a different new T@B on their lot and put it in my camper because it was a long drive and Charlette knew that it would be inconvenient for me to go back-and-forth again. There are not enough for good words to speak about this dealership. I highly recommend them. Sal in Sales, Charlette, and everyone in the Service department are absolutely awesome. The only minor quibble that I have, is with the waiting room. It could do with a little modernization. However, that's a really minor, minor, minor issue. read more

My husband and I were dealing with Stefanie at Lee's Auto Ranch regarding a used camper. We were told on Saturday that the unit was available and had exchanged some pictures regarding our possible trade. We indicated several times that we were VERY interested and ready to make a purchase. My husband called Stefanie on Tuesday (mid morning) to make an appointment to go see the camper on another day. The appointment time was accepted and set. By late afternoon (the same day), I received an e-mail from Stefanie indicating it had been sold. To have the camper sold out from underneath us and to not even be given a call to say there were others interested in it is absolutely ridiculous! As far as we knew, we were the only ones looking at it. At no time were we told otherwise!!! At least have the common courteously to let us know,so we could make a decision first. I find it hard to fathom that your business philosophy is "Happy customers and word of mouth is your best form of advertising"! Ok, so I'm seeing 3 not very good older reviews. I'd like to say that my husband and I couldn't be happier with our experience with Lee Auto Ranch. Jason in diesel repair, quickly diagnosed our problem. It was a big job and took several days. During the removal of the truck cab there was damage done to a E brake cable and a back up camera. They repaired it at no charge and with the original work done, our truck runs like a dream. We had two other dealerships work on our truck at thousands of dollars and they never fixed the problem. While the truck was in for repair, they went through our RV and we now know we will be worry free when we head out on our year long cross country trip. Thanks Lee Auto Ranch. I emailed and called about putting my trailer up for consignment. I never received calls back to multiple messages, even days later. I just kept getting asked if I wanted to leave another message. After calling multiple times I finally got through to Brian but the commission was too high (20%) for something that was relatively easy to sell. I ended up selling privately for the same amount as their 'dealer' price in less than 2 weeks. That part doesn't matter so much; I did a better job by marketing it myself and saved thousands of dollars. But it would have been nice if they actually returned calls. read more

Ok so first of all I rarely give out five star reviews for a non food related business. This is an exception to that rule for me. First the sales staff was professional and extremely knowledgeable. This guy knew his stuff and he had pride in that knowledge of product for everything he sold. I got a fair price and a great deal and I shopped around so I know I got the best deal on my new outback 266RB travel trailer. They made the sales process easy and a pleasure to work with. I next encountered their support team as I was having add on's attached to my new travel trailer. New backup camera, new sway bar system etc. they were amazing and do great work and took the time to educate me on the entire trailer. I left happy but had a problem a few weeks later during a camping trip which is when you find out what is wrong that the manufacturer misses and guess what no hot water in my shower. Their service department was booked solid but they fit me in anyway. In and hour they had that problem and a half of dozen other issues sorted. Professional to a fault and on top of their game. Tires on r v bought 1 month ago were made in 2003 and had serious dryrot and missing chunks of rubber. They put wet shiny stuff on to make look good. We picked up our 2004 Volvo 630 tractor earlier today. Gorgeous paint job! Michael in the paint and body department exceeded our every expectation. He obviously has great pride in his work and we could not be happier. She looks like new! From my first contact with Carl Ricci, the body shop manager, I felt that we would get quality work at the quoted estimate and in a timely fashion. Carl is terrific to work with. He not only met our expectations, but he exceeded them. Michael and Carl are both pleasures to work with. Our fiver is currently a 'work in progress' at Lee's. I have no doubt that we will be thrilled with the paint on our 2008 HitchHiker Champagne. Bought an a new Thor Gemini RV here in July of 2016- the sales experience was great. When I returned for service, however the experience with the service department was poor. Paid over $200 for an oil change (diesel engine). Also requested a new end cap for my awning as it was missing- was told it would be ordered and I would be contacted when it came in. Two months later, I called to check on the part and was told there was no record of it. Was called back a bit later by the manager and was told he would "make it right." Well I never heard from him again. When I had an independent (and very reputable) mechanic winterize it last year, he performed a thorough inspection and found numerous problems when we did a walk through including plumbing leaks, poor stove connection and rust on the undercarriage. Needless to say I will NEVER do business with these folks again. read more

My wife and I were looking for a travel trailer. We been to a few dealers and then decided to stop over at Lee's. The sales representative Sal was most helpful. He sold us something we wanted, not something they wanted to sell us. Sal was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area we were going to be putting our travel trailer. He even recommended an awesome place to eat while we were in the area. It was an all-around great experience. This was the day I bought a 10k used 31' travel trailer but then the headache started! Update: When I purchase the Travel trailer there was still snow on the ground and on my property in VT. Lee's said they could hold my trailer there until mud season was over. When I had the walk through it was winterized, so I couldn't test the plumbing. There tech guy "guaranteed" they would go through everything and it is guaranteed to all work! Told me to call a day before pickup, by that time it could be de-winterize and we can have another "quick" walk though to refresh my memory. So I called before I went to pick it up and found out it will cost over a 100 dollars to de-winterize the trailer. So, I paid and found out I couldn't have a second "QUICK" walk through either. "Very busy day" Also notice things missing from the trailer! Propane tank covers and a stool that was inside. I was told to "Call Monday" to find out if anything could be done. So then I paid a 3rd party for delivery to my property. (MY truck couldn't tow it and delivery isn't cheap at Lee's.) Set it up and found out the plumbing in the kitchen is leaking. There was a pinhole in the hot water line and the shut off to the sprayer is leaking. The shower doesn't work because it cant build pressure, air in the lines and the kitchen is flooding. Called on Monday and talked to the lady about the 30 day warranty. She had a answer for everything. Was very scripted and (the customer is wrong) attitude. She said, "I probably blew out the lines because I didn't put a pressure control on my hose." (I didn't fill the fresh water by hose.) She then said, "it was probably mice, since I had it stored for so long." I then explained I had it de-winterize the day before. So then she said, "it is probably my rough driving" (ARE YOU KIDDING ME!) Then starts to tell me a story about some other customer rough driving. I told her that is NOT what happened. She then explains the 30 day warranty is if you bring the trailer back to be worked on. I told her I paid hundreds of dollars to have it delivered. I am not going to pay to bring it back for a 20.00 part. Told her the salesman said," a tech would come out to the site." Its part of the guarantee and warranty. The salesmen knew exactly where I was putting the trailer. She explains only within 40 miles. I am 80 miles! So buyer beware: If you buy used make sure everything works 100%. If you buy in the winter have them de-winteriz it and test everything no matter what they say! I called they did give me a USED propane cover and at that time she said "a tech held pressure the day they de-winterize the travel trailer and it held pressure for 15 minuets. I guess 24 hours it all fell apart. Not honest people. I strongly feel the camper may have never been winterize so I paid to de-winterize it. You need to stay away from this place if you were looking for an RV. The service department isterrible. I bought a used RV there and after owning my RV for a few months realized that they had not inspected the RV at all. My roof had a weak spot where water had leaked in. It was due for 32,000 mile check up and they never even change the air filter. They wanted to sell me these Chinese made tires and I opted for Michelin's with the understanding that they would take the cost of their Chinese tires off my purchase. Never happened. I could go on and on. My suggestion for anyone looking to buy a used RV always have it checked by an independent inspector. It might cost you $300 to $500 but it is well worth the cost. read more

DO NOT BUY A USED TRUCK FROM THESE PEOPLE! Bought a 2016 Silverado with 51k on it and drove it 8k in a year. I took it to the dealer with a front end rattle and a shimmy / shake from the transmission. The front axle ($800) needed to be replaced. The Powerlife warranty that it came with would not cover it despite doing all of the GM recommended maintenance, saying that the oil wasn't changed every 6 months (in their fine print). So the warranty is worthless. Who changes the oil every 6 months if not required and driving low miles? The transmission problem was due to a 2019 service bulletin requiring a different tranny fluid that was never changed ($350). I was also told the front brakes / rotors (2mm on them) and the rear brake pads (4mm on them) needed to be replaced ($1,100). After 8k miles I shouldn't need to replace breaks. They do the bare minimum maintenance before selling. Was told the owner was driving it. Called and talked to Nick in service and he basically was no help. Left my number for the owner to call me last week and never heard back. I definitely won't be buying another vehicle here again. read more

My husband and I visited this place Saturday 8/17. We had a certain camper in mind, a 2015 Evergreen Sun Valley Camper 27 feet long. We were told by the sales rep that it was located in an area where they keep the ones that are sold or being rented and he had to go see if it was available. That it was parked here was because it was ready to go! Ready to go he said! When we went inside to check it out, we were extremely disappointed. The center island was full of dents and pieces taken out of the center island and the floor and carpeting was a mess. The entire camper was dirty and dingy and looked pretty outdated. Granted it was 4 years old. It didn't look anything like what they had on their website. On the way back to the office he asked us what we wanted. My husband had his wish list and I had mine. Nothing unreasonable. We did not want brand new, a few years old but in good shape. My husband wanted double chairs or a couch, full shower, doors to the bedroom and the kitchen would be a pull out to give us more room. I wanted the same things except for the interior to be on the brighter side and not so dark as that seems to be the color scheme in so many campers. We already had a 23 foot Flagstaff that is a 2006 so this was not our first rodeo as they say. So if we got a couple of things we wanted off the list, the rest would be fine as we would make it our own anyway. We were told that "oh well, that will take a long time...you need to do your research" Isn't that what the sales rep is for, to show us what they had in the area of what we wanted? I mean how bad did he want to make a sale anyway? Strike one! Then he takes us back to the show room and brings up one he thought would do the trick and away we went. He took us a 2020 model, 2020! That is a few years old? That one was way out of our price range and he was trying to argue with my husband that it was a 27 foot camper when it states it is a 30 foot camper by the door as you enter. We looked around at a few older models and found one we liked. It was a 2013 Tracer Prime Time. it had a few dings and minor scrapes. The couch did have a slight tear in it and when we asked about it, he said, "I DON'T KNOW WHAT WE CAN DO ABOUT IT? Maybe something!" WHAT! So we head back to look at numbers. As we pull up there is another couple coming toward the door as we enter. The sales rep opens the door and tells us to go wait at his desk while he stays outside and tries to drum up this couple. Buddy, why don't you take care of the customers you have with you now. DUH and also strike 2. So we are talking about the camper and waiting for him to give us the numbers. He comes up with 18000.00 plus. OMG! My husband and I looked at each other and said NO WAY, it's 3000.00 more than the other one and two years older. He said so what do you want to offer, and we said 13500.00. He said he had to go talk to the finance guy. So while I am sitting there with my husband, we are almost laughing at what this place is like. We have credit scores over 800 for each of us and we have worked hard for that. He told us he had started there 2 months ago and used to work for a car dealership. Yeah that explains some of it. So he comes back and states "well that is the going price" What, haggling no nothing! OMG too funny. Strike 3. So my husband looks at me and I have such a grin on my face trying not to laugh. Well buddy, you need to go back to selling cars. As for anyone looking for a camper, all I can say is 1-don't waste your time with Lee's auto and rv ranch and 2-run as fast as you can in the other direction. We will continue our search for a new camper and am sure some other dealership will be happy to take our money. read more

After a few months of dealing with this place it was revealed the service was not the greatest! The way the service manager speaks to people is very condescending which is very unprofessional! Everybody is nice until you complete the purchase and then the true colors come out! The repair job that was done was alright, but i still get water coming in where the repair was done. Overall customer service is not good! I received a storage bill and the next day I went into the hospital with Covid! I got out this morning and received a call about paying the bill! I said I'd pay it right now over the phone and the service manager began talking down to me and what their policies were and if I were late again then my storage would be terminated. When I called her out about the way she was speaking to me she told me that I could no longer use their place for service/storage. How's that for compassion! Do not use this place, drive a little further and give someone else your business. read more

It was recommended that Lee's Auto & RV could installed 2 metal shelves (which i assembled) all it required was 8 holes drilled through the floor and 2 metal stabilizer bars on top. clearly a 1/2 - 1 hour job especially by a company that supposedly knows what they are doing. i was quoted there hourly rate of 127.00 per hour. ok sounds reasonable on a half hour job. He told the clerk it would be an hour. initially tech told me he never installed shelves. (i should have said something then) but even not knowing it was not rocket science. 1 hour into the job i was told another hour they had placement issues. Really! they fit over wheel well. 20 min later i asked to go back and see dilema. Now 2 guys working on my van. i told them these shelves were made for this van it shouldn't be that difficult. finally 2 hours and done i get handed a bill for almost 300.00. im pissed. 20.50 for shop supplies, WHAT! i gave you everything i said. they told me it was a standard chg for items such as paper towels. smh. So in summary i get an inexperienced tech that took 4x longer that it should have while charging me by the hour. and paying 20.50 for a paper towel to wipe their hands. For whoever needs to hear this, Stay away! I purchased a truck, and had a great experience with the sales team, However the truck experienced some issues shortly after purchase. I have owned the truck for now 9 months and only has the service department just fixed the issue after chasing them to bring it in for months. Having two young kids at home, the last thing you want to worry about constantly is having to repair your truck. They finally told me to bring it in and after having the truck for three weeks, I picked it up with a new dented bumper that they will not claim the damage for. Took my trailer in over the weekend. Was told it would be looked at monday. When I hadn't heard anything by Wednesday , I called. " oh I thought you wanted mike to look at it. He hasn't been in. I don't know when he will be in." What!!??? No, I don't know who mike is!!! I didn't write that down or tell you! I want my trailer fixed!!! And the service dept never called me. I came here because CT trailers in Bolton was terrible. If anyone knows of a good trailer service dept please let me know. The service dept here seems very unreliable. Sold an RV that I had a deposit on. I told them that my trade in needed a duplicate title and its takes 7 to 10 business days. The loan was good everything was ready to go and they sold the RV to someone else. Poor business! When ever I would call, Sal, I was on hold long enough to to voice mail. The loan person was hard to get to as well. Sal would text me but wouldn't respond back to the text. If I could show publicly the text transcript I would. They do treat you nicely when you come in, but they are not good commucators and are not honest! read more

I had Lee's RV work on a work truck/RV hybrid for my company. The overall quality of their work was terrible. I had bring it back 3 times for redo's. Some of the redo's were recurring. They also billed me for repainting my rear bumper even though they could not sandblast and paint the entire bumper due to it being too cold. When I noticed the bumper was only partially finished, the worker in the RV Service Dept. said it was too cold for this type of work. However, the same worker had called me to say that all work was complete and ready for pickup, and he was billing me for all work. This company is very dishonest. I also confronted the owner of Lee's RV. He said that he believed his workers did a great job on my truck. How do you explain having to go back several times for rework and being billed for services that were not rendered. read more

We recently purchased a used Mazda 3s from Lee's. They were easy to work with and held the car, with a deposit, pending the insurance check for our total loss due to a wind storm. The vehicle is near perfect and with all the bells and whistles, and Russ Ayoub and Frank were great to work with. Can't recommend them too highly. read more
