Absolutely delicious food! I ordered a veggie burrito and beef teriyaki bento box online (I guess I was the first person to go through the online ordering system), and oh my word, it was super simple to order! The system was so well-designed, user-friendly, and one of the best online ordering systems I've ever used (and I've used plenty)! Second, all of the people there are extremely sweet and kind! I can't say enough good things when I went in to pick up the order. They were amazingly friendly and sweet. The veggie burrito was wonderful. Perfect proportions for the fillings and sauce. Went here with my son, my mom, and my brother. The food was great and reasonably priced. We all got free drinks because of the grand opening. I thought the food was great. Between all of us we had a good sampling. I will definitely come back. The service was also incredible. The owner took time explaining the menu and made us feel right at home. My friends and I were visiting Utah for vacation and were looking for either a ramen shop or a sushi restaurant and couldn't decide, but thankfully we found sushi sticks and were able to get both. I got the spicy minced pork ramen, and it was hands down one of the best ramen ive ever had in my life. If I lived here I would probably go here a couple times a week. My friend had a sushi burrito, I think it was the fire cracker and it was freaking amazing. The owner helped us out and deep fried the burrito for us and I almost died because it was so good. 11/10 would go again if I ever came back here. Also the owner was super sweet to us, the service was good and the food came out super fast. It was everything I could possibly want in a restaurant. I absolutely love coming here. I'm from california, and I had the hardest time finding good sushi when I moved here. But now that I found Lee Sushi, it's the only place I go. The Wasatch roll is AMAZING, everyone is so friendly and sweet, they always get my order perfect and the food is to die for. I'd like to give them 3.5 stars. It's still a good restaurant worth checking out. I agree with others about the prices-VERY affordable for sushi, and overall a great deal when you get their combos. The not-so-good: ramen was very skimpy on the meat. other places give you a large piece of pork/cha siu. they told us to expect 3 pieces, we each had 1 small piece. -couldn't tell about the noodles, but the Korean style ramen noodles came in a wrinkled cake-hope they were not processed! the miso ramen were in straight strands, more typical of fresh noodles. -there were only 2 people working, which sounds typical for a mom and pop place. it took an inordinately long period of time to get our ramen with our sushi, sushi burrito and poke orders. The good: VERY nice and humble mom and pop place-the two folks running it are very humble and friendly -the sushi and sushi burrito were very tasty. we did get a lot of sauced stuff as my kids chose the menu, but they proclaimed this the best sushi they've had in Draper. -their miso soup had lots of ingredients, not the typical watered broth you get at many restaurants -poke bowl was very filling, with lots of fish and vegetables. -extremely affordable for Japanese-fed a family of 5 with a few leftovers for $77 with tip! -we'll go back and see if the ramen is better, that would up this to 4.5 stars. read more

I discovered Sushi Stix when I had to go to the business next door a few weeks ago. I have gone here a couple of times since. Fast and friendly service and great food. The Sushi is comparable to places that charge twice as much. The Ramen is good too. The only thing I would say that they could improve on is give me a little bit more wasabi even if you have to raise your prices a few cents to cover it. I don't know how I missed this place for so long because it's within a mile of my work. I plan on going back again. read more

I ordered a Poke bowl to go from here. The order was quickly taken and quickly made. I was surprised at the amount of fish they actually give you. My general experience in Utah with Poke bowls is very little fish to rice ratio. This place did a good job. There aren't very many places around to get good Asian fusion. This place is great. We loved their menu--a great variety. The sushi burritos were delicious. We loved the Firecracker burrito. If you like ramen it's very good. I read a review where they thought the ramen soup was bland. I didn't think so and they have their own seasoning blend as well as a housemade chili oil to spice it up if you'd like. The pot stickers were cooked perfectly, crispy on the edges and delicious filling. Can't wait to try their teriyaki bowls, sushi rolls and bento boxes. read more

I will not be returning here again. first the online ordering was "closed" at 12:00 when they open at 11:00. I went into the restaurant and ordered a Citrus Burrito. I waited 30 minutes to make it, there were only 3 other people waiting for their to-go orders. I feel like it should have not taken this long for my order. Also once I received m order and returned to work I ended up with the incorrect order what I had was the Vegas Burrito not the Citrus! the burrito itself is very bland and not tightly rolled at all. its almost like the employee who put this together did not care at all. I will never be returning here again I would rather go to Sushi Burrito or Sumo Burrito. read more

While I liked the flavor of the ramen at Sushi Stix better than other places I have tried, it was served lukewarm and the noodles were not cooked enough. Ramen really has to be cooked in rapidly boiling water, and served hot, in order to be great. The sushi rolls were good though. read more

I have been looking for a good sushi place in Utah. I really like sushi blue is park city. Until trying this place I thought that was the only good sushi restaurant close to provo. Sushi stix is awesome. The tiger roll is one of the best rolls I have had. I have tried every sushi restaurant in Provo and none of them even compare to sushi stix. So happy we found this place.
