I waited 20 minutes before I was seen and left with my nails destroyed, unbuffed, and my finger tips hurting. She did not soak my nails in acetone like I have had done in the past. I live in Narragansett for the entire summer and have been coming here for 10 years with my mom. I have finally given up, I received an awful pedicure and gel manicure yesterday that I have to get my nails redone today at a different place. A select few of the techs here are great, but the awful/untrained techs that they have are truly ruining the reputation of the entire establishment. It's not worth the gamble anymore for anyone to show up and not receive one of the better techs (since they better ones usually are always booked) and I can't waste my money and time here anymore to leave angry! Just visiting but I will not be coming back. I called ahead only to show up and have walk-ins be seated before me. The leg and hand massage part was minimal and rushed. They knew I was there with my daughter but didn't put us together for our manis even though there was an open space. Too much talking in the shop in their native language and I'm fairly certain they were all making fun of an overweight woman who stopped in to make an appointment for the next day. I want to like them, the ladies look nice, but the pedi I got was definitely one of the worst ones ever. I had shellac that needed removing and it was painful. It felt like she was rushing through the pedicure, and I barely got my feet scrubbed. My nails are in terrible shape and I feel like I need another pedicure to correct this one. This salon is very well-kept & always has a friendly staff. Molly, who has a station in the back, has always done a wonderful job on my nails, especially my acrylics! I tell her how sensitive I am to the tools from the heat so she makes sure to take it easy & I always appreciate that. They mostly all speak excellent English & it's 20% off everyday with a student ID which you don't find very often. My pedicure is holding up a couple of weeks later. Also, every time I get my eyebrows waxed, I tell them I have VERY sensitive skin and they need to cool the wax or I will burn and be puffy. I went to Lee nails on a Friday afternoon, which usually would be a busy time but there was no one waiting after me. This did not stop my nail technician to get my nails painted in under 10 minutes. By going aggressively through my manicure it was not relaxing and I got stabbed with her long nails a multitude of times. Their items did not seem to be washed between each person which was mostly scary. When I went to pay and I didn't give a big tip my technician made a face and clearly started talking about me right in front of me. I would NOT recommend coming here if ever in the Narraganset area of Rhode Island UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Sadly I would most definitely not recommend getting your nails done here! The nail polish simply does not last!! Both my daughter & I had French Manicures with Shellac/Gel, typically they last around two weeks. Here it only lasted four days!? When I called, they apologized and said to come in and they would correct. So I did, but then after only two days it stated to come off again!! In addition, it is very dirty & definitely does not have a relaxing atmosphere. I had a horrible experience with this nail salon. My friends and I had an appointment and when we all arrived they took all of us except one friend. She waited 45 extra minutes and they took walk ins ahead of her. She did not even end up getting her nails done due to the wait she experienced. While I was getting my nails done NOTHING seemed clean, and the women told me "Once I pick a color Thats it." I saw her use the hot towel used on my hands for cleaning my utensils when done.  She also ate while doing my nails and did not wash her hands. Everyone seemed aggravated and mad that we were there. If I could give 0 stars I would... the staff is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. They weren't even busy and I felt like they rushed me out of the place. I got a basic manicure. She poured a heaping amount of paint thinner into the nail polish bottle which made my nails take forever to dry. A half an hour later (when they should have been dry) the paint slid off all of my nails. My cuticles look horrible... I am so disappointed that I wasted my time and money on this place. Ugh, I want to like this place so much! I have now given it 3 different attempts even switching techs once to see but simply, they are not worth the time or the money. After clearly expressing what I was looking for after taking 3 weeks to grow my nails out before vacation, she cut them so short there was no length, shaped them each differently and to boot the polish was applied terribly. I left with it all over my skin, uneven and bubbled in many places. When I went back to express my complaints I was told them could either fix it or give me money back AFTER THEY SOAK OFF WHAT THEY DID. I love getting a gel manicure and go quite often. Decided to check this salon out because I was in the neighborhood but I will never return. The women greeted me and was very friendly at first but throughout the manicure she kept making comments about how my hands were too oily and greasy to do a good manicure. This just wasn't true and made me incredibly uncomfortable. I get my nails done at least once a month and have never had this issue before. It was so unprofessional. I couldn't wait to leave. Very rushed. No special pricing for children over 5. Seemed dirty. Pedicures had no liner in foot tub. Manicurist and pedicurist were rough and non-apologetic when they hurt me. I got a manicure done here. Looks like I did my nails myself. there's a ton of nail polish on my skin around the nail and my nails were not filed correctly, they are very rigid at the tips. She took off my acrylics before doing a gel manicure but didn't smoothen out the nail so it looks sloppy. The ladies have quite an attitude first off. My whole visit was very unpleasant. My friend and I went in for gel manicures only to be treated poorly. I sat down for my manicure and the lady told me she didn't even want to do my nails because I had gel on and was too lazy to do it. After fighting with the other ladies in their language for about five minutes about who was going to do my nails someone finally came over and started. The whole time they were laughing and my friend and I could tell we were being talked about and found it very disrespectful when all we came for was a nice manicure and experience. Second, the place is filthy. There were flies buzzing around me the whole hour I was sitting there and I found that very distasteful. On top of attitudes and filth, when I finally went to pay these ladies truly showed how unprofessional they really are. No matter how bad the service I receive is I always find it necessary to leave a tip. Even though my experience was poor I left the lady $10. As I was walking out she starts laughing and says to me "only $10?" I never want to bash anyone's business but this is truly one of the worst services I have ever experienced.
