The only good thing I can say is service was quick, and i didnt have to wait. I walked in, the lady greeted me and I was seated right away. A guy/girl (not sure which one it was??) sat down to do my nails, I was immediately confused, he had on enough foundation and lipgloss for 2 people. He got under my skin instantly because everything was rushed.. He jumped right in and started my nails, he didnt seem to be able to focus because everything going on around him distracted him... I wanted him to stay focused on mine .... He piled on so much nail polish that I had bubbles in it. And he didnt paint all the way to the edges .. Funny thing was he was so proud of his work he held my hand up to show his co-worker how "beautiful" my nails were.. Granted, from a distance they appeared to be beautiful.. Up close? Not so much... So, my quest for a great nail salon continues....

Were currently leaving at 7:50pm after getting there at 5:40pm on 3/14/24 and the nails were rushed and a hot mess and while i was trying to explain to the lady all the places she missed and messed up at it made the lady mad and she was yanking my cousins hand telling her not to listen to me (mind u she's 13) and telling her that it's fine and she began to keep adding layers so sloppily and all of those layers were highly unnecessary how is this lady even employed here?! I should have known the service would have been terrible once we had to pay before the polish was even on, what a waste of time and money.

So i returned yesterday 6/14/2021 to get it fixed first the girl who is at the front with blonde hair tried just adding glue. Then in Spanish tell the other tech that I'm a pain in the ass . I sat because little did they know i understood the girl who actually did my nails wasn't horrible but she looked like she had a hard time working over the previous girls work . They said and just kept talking about my nails saying i popped it off and i was complaining your right i did complain my acrylic is lumpy my nails are uneven n it's my money being spent . Once she was done she i said to her thank you n told them watch what they say Bc people can understand n it poor customer service n then today a mail popped

As for my fill-in...I normally get a liquid gel fill-in but Lee convinced me to try another product for my fill-in & I liked it. I also got the Cat Eye effect on my nails in Burnt Orange Gel. Lee has very creative nail designs and the largest color selection in gel polish that I've seen thus far. As for the pricing...it's comparable to other salons offering the same services. WARNING!!! He is very thorough & takes his time... He goes not rush. Also he has a lot of clients, if you are not willing to wait an hour or more pick another place. But its worth the wait!

They are always clean and serve wine with services. I signed up for the membership when I first came to establish this as my nail home. When you spend a certain amount you get points which turn into dollars that you can use off of your services. Now.. My last two visits have been quite terrible and I will no longer be visiting this salon. When you're in this field of work you kind of have to keep up with the trends or at least try to.. anyway my last visit was in March and it was right before catching a flight out of town and I was only getting a pedicure and a fill in and they kept saying it won't be long. So I waited. I got my fill in and it was fine. Then my pedicure. Y'all it was sooo bad. And I'm sure she knew it looked terrible because she kept taking the polish off and trying to redo it. But was only making it worse. 30-45 min pedi turned into almost two hours. I missed an another appt and when I tried to get a manager they had left already and when I fully looked at my toes.... this face happened . Then she left before I could even tell her that this was still unacceptable. So I was left with having pay to 70.00 for nails I hated. Had to go home and take it off. (And they wouldn't let me use my points for money off.) Today I came for a full set and pedi. Hoping they would redeem themselves. Though my nails are decent. They still wouldn't let me use my points. When last time they said my next visit I could. Soooooo ha. Jokes on me. 100.00 for nails and honestly could've went somewhere else for better quality. So I'll just take my money else where. Even when I brought this up they just looked at me. . At this point it's not worth another visit to try and redeem those points.

Today I came in just to take my paint off because once again my mani was messed up. The worker insisted to just get me another service at no charge which i eventually gave in. Ended up getting a new color, but when he started to shape my real nails his nail was digging into my skin which started to hurt, he was also filling my nails that was already at the skin, HE CUT ME WITH THE FILL cause he was going too deep to just get a shape. He was try to snatch my hand back saying " I fix it for you" I said no you can not fix a cut and if you try to whatever you are using is not healthy.
