She will schedule appointment & then not come to work; or when you arrive she has to leave to pick her kids up. If you're lucky enough to make it in the chair she stays on her phone the entire time she's servicing you or makes you feel like she doing you a service when she's the 1being paid!! I see why this is a 1 star nail salon. Horrible customer service nail polish is very old my nail polish came off the same day literally right after leaving when they closed. Went back into the shop the next day to tell them my polish has came off I need a repaint they told me they were busy come back the next day or wait an hour for a repaint. It was literally 3 people in the nail shop, BUSY WHERE ?? The black guy who painted my nails wasn't there of course she suggested to come back when he's available too. Why should I have to waste my gas to drive back for a service that should have been done correctly the first time. I already didn't want to drive back in the first place and you're gonna say it'll take a hour to get a repaint that literally takes not ever 10 minute. I knew it was some BS when the guy who did my nails said if your polish chips just come back we will repaint it. Like WHAT ?? why would it be chipping so soon, my polish literally started coming off an hour after I walked out the door. To kick it off it got worst when I got in the shower. The reviews do not lie and PLEASE DO NOT GO If you can avoid it. Im extremely big on customer service, especially when the prices are as high as they are here. Customer service is TERRIBLE and the nail techs do not cultivate a welcoming and relaxing space. Also, I can appreciate a fast, skilled worker but the total lack of detail, cleanliness, and overall lack of effort is something I just can't overlook. I've been here a few times and left unimpressed each time. I decided to get it another shot as my friend recommended Joanna. I called and made an appt with Joanna, when I arrived told them. Once I was done getting my pedicure they went to sit me and even stated I wanted Joanna but gave me someone else. My manicure was fine but my hands had gel product all over and were very messy even with washing hands multiple times. If I wanted anyone I would have came at my convenience not at a scheduled time. The lack of not meeting a customers wants was absolutely disrespectful and shows they are there to push people in and out and not meet the customers needs. My pedicure was trash. So if you wanna get your brows waxed or do your lashes, it is the place!!!! The lady who does lashes is very friendly and does a good job too. If you are doing your pedicure, choose one of the guys. They are not as rude and get the job done. Some of the ladies are sweethearts but a few of the ladies are very rude and loud!!! Whatever you do, AVOID LISA AT ALL COST she cannot do anything and is very unsanitary. Eve is very rude and does not acrylic or polish your nails all the way so there is this space at the bottom. The man that did my pedicure was on the phone the entire time which is extremely unprofessional especially due to his loud nature. After a pedicure that cost around $60-$70 after a tip, I'm left to spend more time and money on prescriptions to heal from a fungal infection on my foot that I got from this salon. I noticed a small scab on my foot a couple days after my pedicure... that scab quickly turned into a bigger problem than I anticipated. I had my doubts at first. So I tried other shops around. But this one is closer and it saves gas. So I went back and found out you just need to find the technician that does what you want and need. Each technician does their own thing. The one that didn't do my nails good to me did an awesome design on it and I would definitely go back there for that to her... I must say this was the worst nail salon and service I've ever been too! The girl that did my pedicure had the worst attitude although I was being as polite and respectful as possible..yet she continued to be nasty. She filed my nails crooked and when I let her know she insisted that they weren't crooked. I asked her if they had a nail polish that closely matched my nail color and she told me "NO" immediately and didn't even bother to look or ask anyone whether they had the color. Needless to say, I continued to sit there and allow her to continue with my pedicure...and no matter how much I continued to give her grace..she got worse with the terrible attitude....when she went to wrap the towel around my feet she called herself allowing it to cool off yet it was too hot and she snatched the towel off and shook her head. Her service was so bad that I told her to not polish my nails. I already knew she wasn't worthy of a tip so she DID NOT GET ONE! I basically informed the manager/owner and entire salon know that that I had the worst experience ever!!! Anyway, I'm sure there may be some nail techs there that are good but that ONE was the Worst!!! Please do yourself a favor and do not patronize this place! In addition to my bad experience today, they're not sanitary either. Nail tech grabbed a bin and took a pair of disposable gloves out and turned them inside out! One last thing, I coughed and the nail tech next to the one I'm talking about asked me if I wanted some water (she was more pleasant)and I said yes..well she goes to grab the water out of the refrigerator with the same gloves she had on while doing the lady's (sitting next to me)feet and never took her gloves off! This was, hands down, the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Before my husband and I went on a beach vacation, I decided to treat us to pedicures. Jasmine Nails is relatively close to our house in Chimborazo and we were already going to the Target on Laburnum, so I decided to give Jasmine Nails a try. Upon entering the salon, we should have walked out. It was grimy and shabby. The woman at the front, who I assumed was the owner, immediately tried to upsell me as well, which was off-putting. The pedicures were simply awful. My husband's pedicurist did not even use a pumice stone on this callouses? And it wasn't like his feet were pristine and didn't need exfoliation, they did lol. My pedicurist used a pumice stone and my husband I chose the same pedicure, so he should have received the same treatment? The nail polishes were all off-brand and I didn't expect the polish to last forever, but it did not even last 24 hrs before it started chipping. To top it off, we spent $110 on these horrendous pedicures ($45 / pedicure + $10 tip for each pedicurist). For $110, I should be able to expect both participants to be treated to the same and for the polish to last more than one day. I sincerely hope this review deters at least 1 person from going to this salon as I would not wish the experience we had on anyone. read more

My husband Paid $50 for my birthday for a halfway pedicure they didn't do dead skin scrape and charged $15 just for gel polish!!!! Then she clipped my toenail jagged and it's sticking into my skin!!!! won't be coming here anymore. They need better customer service and workers this place is trashed. read more

I normally only go to this nail salon for my facial waxing Melissa is amazing . But as far as to get my nails done probably never again . My daughter and I went about two weeks ago now . The lady I had that seats in the first chair second row from the door and red short hair to her ear . She can not sculpt correctly I asked for stiletto she gave me almond , I ask her to fix the shapes of the nails because they clearly looked like different sizes she file the nails I told her one ,two times on each side and continued as if I'm bugging her because she doesn't want to fix her mistakes because she's rushing . Now now my nail is broken and I paid for gel nails they last me a month and a half . Only reason I paid was because my daughter was with me for a girls day . But they need some new training because it's too much money to spend to not have it done correctly . read more

I've been to this pl before and now I remember why I stopped going. my daughter and I just needed a pedicure and the persons doing them were terrible. The shellac is already coming off my daughters toes. the lady that serviced me did a half ass job on my feet. she kept getting up. they didn't ask if we wanted shellac or regular polish. she had an attitude from the beginning. I'm still trying to figure out what I paid $60 for as it was $60 worth of service. we will not be. returning and I had just referred someone. Why didn't I read the reviews before coming here. It looked nice enough on the outside. I left in tears from the painful manicure gel set. I asked for dip but she wanted to try gel and said it would be better for me. Everything she did was painful. She asked if I wanted tips and I said no so to make my nails even she extended them out with gel which I did not ask for or agree to. The gel was stuck to my skin. There is all sorts of debris on my skin that will have to come off with multiple washes. This is true worst salon experience I have ever had. It was incredibly painful from the extra harsh drill to her pushing my cuticles back with her own dirty finger nails and the extra gel underneath all my nails cutting into my skin. TRASH! Two times to this establishment and it's honestly all I can take. First time I was recommended by a friend. The techs don't even bother to clean the excess product that they've used. Dried powder, polish, not even a real attempt to shape and file for a fill in. If you ask them to clean up your cuticle THEY WILL NICK YOU like no other!! Terrible. it's all a rush job. I used to like this place now I see I just waste my money. I get dip nails and this is honestly something I do myself, but I normally go when it's time for a fresh overlay and I don't feel like taking the time to do my own soak off. Well this weekend was the last straw I will just have to take the time to do my own soak off myself because mine last way longer. So I got my nails done to treat myself after chemotherapy on a Friday evening. By Saturday night while cleaning three of my nails either had broken or the dip chipped. I was cleaning with plastic gloves on. This isn't the first time that within a week I have gotten chipped, cracked, or broken nails. Sometimes my nails underneath the dip chips and peels off too, when I do my own this doesn't happen and my nails grow long before cutting them back down. The thing is I lived on that side I'd town so I would go back. Now I'm 30 minutes away and I refuse to drive back over there, it's a waste of $40 when Lupe does my nails because she the only one that does dip. Now I have to re-dip my nails, shape them (because she doesn't always get the shape on point), file, buff and paint! What a waste of money! read more

I am only giving this review a 1 start, because I could not give them a 0. First, they do a terrible job on your nails, which is why I stopped going. However, I found a location, however, they were closed on this particular holiday. So, I decided to go to this establishment to just get a "repair" on one nail. I did not need a fill. However, I was turned by the owner because I would not allow them to do a fill. She proceeded to lie, and tell me that everyone had an appointment. Every booth was full, without a client, and the facility had just opened. Not to mention, one technician was motioning to me that she was ready. I asked her, "so you do not want to do my repair, because I will not allow you all to do my fill." She followed up with everyone had an appointment. The owner is nasty, and I overheard her being nasty to the workers, when I did go. I will never give a penny of my money to this establishment, off of customer service alone. read more

I spent $20 on a manicure and all the nail trch did was push my cuticles back. Didn't even get the polish off from previous nail design. I was also charged a $1.00 for mask and the mask mandate has been lifted. I could've went somewhere else paid less and gotten more. Very poor not sure how this place is surviving. read more

To Michelle my nail tech. I don't know why you thought insulting me in order to get a manicure was a good idea, but it wasn't. I wanted a nice pedicure but you frequently stabbed with your tool. You asked me if it hurt I said "Yes it does" and you never responded. You just kept picking at my feet with the sharp tool. I actually had to check if I was bleeding. You also lazily did the foot scrub with the sponge/pad. I sorely displeased especially getting a deluxe pedicure. I will absolutely not be returning. I went here yesterday to get a dip nail fill in. The lady did not seem like she wanted to help me but i heard good things from my friends so i went with it. So she started soaking my mails off and from the jump she was very rough with me fast forward she went to filing and that's the first time she nicked me a little. Then she started the dip process and from the jump it was TERRIBLE. Very spotty and uneven and when i mentioned it to her she all she said was "I'm not done yet" so she finishes up and my nails look like shit and by this point I'm BLEEDING from my nail bed and she laughs and says "see look i told you they'll be nice" so i was like ????????? And i paid and left because i did not want to cause a seen. This place is terrible and nobody should go there. She painted over my blood with clear nail polish to make it stop. My fiance and I went to this salon today for pedicures and the whole experience felt rushed. I try to take reviews online with a grain of salt, but all of these negative reviews are spot on. Normally a trip to the nail salon takes me at least an hour, we were in and out of the chair within 20 minutes which was ujnexoected being there were few people in the shop. To add insult to injury I had poorly trimmed nails and cuticles and more paint on my skin than on my nail. Their prices are WAY to high to do such a horrible job. For $30 I would expect so much more. I'd rather drive all the way to the west end for my normal nail tech. I will not be going back. read more

This nail salon is absolutely horrific in terms of customer service. There is this short older lady (gremlin) that acts as a secretary and traffic director. She rudely pushes people around and yells at the customers. She doesn't mind talking about the other customers in front of others and lack any concept of customer service or professionalism. If I could give zero stars I would. They also have a policy that if you have anyone not being serviced (children) they will not service you at all. The guy was new and took an hour just with the drill. I told one of the other employees I was not happy with the service I received. She then put me in her chair to complete the fill in. My daughter wanted coffin shaped nails the guy didn't know how to do them and tried to redo them and finally we said forget get and he cut them of and wanted 13.00 to remove them.
