My usual nail salon is a bit of a drive so I was looking for a place a little closer to home. I will say the salon is small so please don't come thinking wine is served with plenty of move around room. I would say that's my biggest qualm. When everyone is in their chairs it's almost impossible to move around, I have to squeeze everything in to be sure I don't hit anyone trying to get to my station. I will say they have an amazing selection of colors. I am always a bit overwhelmed about selecting a color but the final result is always beautiful. I always opt for a gel nail and the application is always smooth and enjoyable. I am a boy mom so durability and longevity is a must and they have never failed! Overall, the atom sphere is relaxing and the nail technicians do an amazing job at masking sure everything is done to perfection! I have gotten my eyebrows done once there, it as nice but I think I will make the drive to my usual place. If you are looking for a nail salon and are close to the area be sure to give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

My overall experience was disappointing and hurtful. I genuinely cared about the salon and took pride in my work. Beyond providing nail services, I helped keep the space clean, organized, and welcoming. I connected with my clients and always did my best to provide a positive experience. My biggest concern was compensation. Technicians earned 40% commission plus tips, with no hourly pay while waiting for clients. Walk-in traffic was inconsistent, and more time at the salon did not guarantee more income. My largest paycheck was approximately $401 during the busier summer months. Over time, I felt my effort was not matched by the support, appreciation, or professional development I needed. I believe salon owners should foster an environment where technicians feel supported, expectations are realistic, and concerns can be discussed professionally. I genuinely tried to make this opportunity work, but eventually reached a point where I totally dreaded going to the salon.I also witnessed concerns involving extended client wait times, smoke breaks while clients were waiting or being serviced, and salon issues arising when the owner was not on-site. I submitted my resignation on October 14, intending to honor my notice period and say goodbye to my clients. Instead, my appointments were reassigned, and my time at the salon ended sooner than planned. When I communicated that I had collected my belongings and the other nail tech that also resigned left the key, the owner's response included profanity and name-calling. I found this unprofessional and unnecessary and unwarranted. I'm sharing my firsthand experience not to be malicious or attack anyone but because fair compensation, professional management, respect, appreciation and accountability matter. You can't just treat people any kind of way, especially the people who worked in your salon and gave their best. I'm grateful for the clients I've served.
