First of all this place need 0 stars. Where do I start. Hmm maybe the way they don't greet you. Or how they try to get over hmm. When we were stationed in Hawaii everything there was expensive. Most I've spent 50 bucks in Hawaii. A simple color 70 bucks here I've never heard of it. Not even when I lived in Hawaii. It's so complex to do a coffin shape! It was busy and they didn't know how to handle it. Super slow and horrible service. I had a man tech and he had the nerve to get smart with me. I waited on my sister to get done and I was talking to another dissatisfied customer about how this is the most horrific excuse for an establishment. He rolls his eyes and say something rude when his goal was on his customer he was working and not on not me. Petty petty won't be back. Yes I am snapping my neck as I write this. This was one of those experiences which I've only had a handful in my life! Sad waste of my day off. By the way my sister arrived at 1 and wasn't finished until 5. This is the worst place to go get your nails done at. They charge hella for nothing. When u want your acrylic thicker the owner will argue with you and tell you you don't know what your talking about n also say you didn't go to school for this and a whole lot of unprofessional things. Lee's Nails used to be okay they don't fell off a whole lot I would not recommend nobody to go there I was there two weeks ago I asked one of the guys Chinese little guy looking like a young boy to cut my nails down he did not he act like he couldn't do it so he has somebody else to finish it up trying putting design on my nails where the bottom line is they are real shity I wouldn't recognize anybody to go there cuz they will f*** your nails up I am looking somewhere in Kentucky now to get my nails done mislead should have been shaming herself she threw all that money in that shop instead of giving the customers what they want very dissatisfied but not recommend all thumbs down that one rated means it's real bad read more

This place is so rude. They don't talk to you. Just to each other 10/10 would recommend cinci nails by Walgreens rather than here. Never again coming here. They messed up my nails and asked them to fix it and they just filed it instead of fixing it. read more

Worst nail experience I have ever had. They don't speak much English so it is very difficult to understand them. They are more worried about getting clients in and out of the door so they spent hardly any time doing my nails and toes. They did a sloppy polish job, and I would never go back no recommend this place to anyone. read more

My fiancée just went to Lee nails just today to get her nails done......the first thing the attendant did was to point out the tip.....she replied no...even before he started......he took her to his station and asked again about his tip....."I give you good job for good Tip"......his job is to give service...no matter the tip.... he than again told her to give good tip after she was done.....REALLY.....no customer should be subjected to such pressure from beginning to end......something needs to done about this scrutiny and we will never go there again.....who needs that..... read more

I had the worst experience with them .. i wish the original owner did not retire .. came in early for a fill in and toe polish . i waited 15 min before someone seen me .. and it was only one person in there .. the man asked me was my son white and did the father wanted a DNA test because if my son did not have curly hair he would thought my son was all the way White .. i explain we have multiracial parents . and my son can't help his color .. but he was too busy talking and left polish under the acrylic and several grooves . i told him this is not up to standards .. and the started saying because it was a fill in it was nothing they can do .. the owner took over .. trying to correct the mistakes which took an extra hour .. nor did the offer a discount and it still was bubbles , and paint under nails , they charged me the highest fill in and act if the did not care .. i was in tears .. and the man said carry on .. as if it did not matter .. poor service I do not recommend !!! read more

Me and my mother went for a mani and pedi. Spent $145 + $10 tip. NOT a relaxing experience at all! Dramma all over the place, dissatisfied Customers. Cheap products use. Shellac Polish came off in 1-2 days. Owner offered to redo my nails which was great. Shellac polish chipped again in less than one week after they redid them. Lee, the owner has great customer service. Poor overall experience and i wasn't satisfied with my nails. read more

i was searching for a salon and warned against going here but I wanted to go and make the decision for myself. I should've listened. They favor their regulars and will ask you to move for them. I didn't understand why some adamantly would refuse anyone else. The first time I went she rushed and had to repolish twice bc of air bubbles and overall slopiness. I thought ok maybe that was just a bad day. second time I was sat, then moved to someone who hacked my natural nail down haphazardly. i had to stop and remind her what she was doing. by the time she was done, i had 4 different nail shapes(square, round, oval, coffin) in one manicure. these are my natural nails and I'm near tears... a few nails were tapered on one side, straight on the other. not one nail matched. the nail that she filed down too short had to be replaced with a tip, that she put on sideways. when i get irritated and complain that she's messing my nails up, she told me that i was confusing her and there was a language barrier. i was informed i had to wait an hour to get them fixed. I'd already been there for over 2 hours. When I tell her that i have to come back to get them fixed, I'm abruptly informed that if I don't come back within 2 days she wouldn't honor my repair. I had to almost argue with this lady to get her to understand I couldn't call off work to get my nails done. I returned for repair which was subpar as the rest of my services. they rush because they want to get as much money as they can...and you can tell in their work. If I could give no star I would. Ladies do not waste your hard earned money on this so called nail salon. I went there today and they messed up my nails to the point that they will have to grow out before they can be fixed. Instead of doing one customer at a time, they try to do 3 or 4 and fail at doing any of them correctly. I was not the only one there today that was not a happy customer. The health department needs to come in and shut this place down due to the nastiness. I will be calling the health department tomorrow to see if they can do an inspection, and will also complain to the Ohio Board of Cosmetology see how many complaints one salon can have before license's are revoked. If you don't know how to do nails then don't open a shop. I will also be putting a stop payment on what they forced me to pay. I would much rather pay 35 dollars for a stop payment than to pay for such a terrible service. They have all of these complaints for a reason. Wish I would of know before going. read more
