When I wasn't happy with the services I was receiving, I searched to find another chiropractor who made me feel as though I wasn't just a number or another client of the day and I found that AND more here at Redlands Spine and Sport with Dr. Diep. He is very good at treating his clients with whole person care. I can't imagine not having Dr. Diep as my chiropractor; he guided me when needed, gave me various exercises to do to improve the function of my back, and provided necessary adjustments. Thank you so much for all you did Dr. Diep! I will definitely be coming back and will refer friends and family to you. Lisha is also an amazing person who is always on top of it and very sweet. I had the pleasure of getting a few massages from Ann as well. She is definitely very talented at what she does. She is very knowledgeable about the body and really works to relieve your pain. Overall, I had an amazing experience with all of the staff. Thank you Redlands Spine and Sport, I will definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

Dr. Wong did the surgery and it went well; his follow-ups every few months were on-point in regard to my progression, which unfortunately has been slow - BUT steady. The AO hand center nurse, Sabrina Gomez, also does good work, putting in that little extra effort that is often needed in navigating the whole health (and insurance) process. Front office staff, good work, suggest offering more approachability. Harold Neuendorff is one of the best OTs in my opinion. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and he cares. Hands-down, get him as your OT if you can. Paloma is a newer OT there and she is really good also. I have developed a chronic stiffness problem due to overly happy scar tissue inside my hand, fingers and wrist. I go to therapy twice a week and do exercises on my own three times a day. Harold and Paloma provide expert exercising of my fingers and wrist and are always encouraging regarding my slow but steady progress. Thank you!

This was after a week of living with a humerus broken into two pieces and one surgical referral who refused to operate b/c he had no expertise in joint replacement. The hospital tried to kick me out of OR unless I paid $7500 in cash or debit. One call to Dr. Biama and within 30 minutes they called back apologizing and asking for a much smaller amount which I could cover. I had the surgery & he met with my support group in the recovery room. He wanted to work with them to handle my outpatient recovery b/c he didn't think there were rehab facilities suitable in my area. He followed up with my case even consulted with my PTs twice a week on my long road back. My only issue with him is the long waits in his office which was hard b/c I had to go to Redlands and that was hard on my crew but otherwise he was amazing. Even talked me down in my first post surgical appointment to get my stitches removed and I had a meltdown. He actually talked me down from that.and I felt better. He's one of a kind as far as I'm concerned.

I really wanted to have a good experience here because the doctor was great. Unfortunately, the…read morefront desk experience completely changed my impression of the office. I asked for a doctor's note to excuse me from work for the next two days while I recover from my back injury. I was told the doctor was at lunch and assured that the note would be emailed to me. Three hours later, I still hadn't received anything, so I called to follow up. Again, I was told it would be sent shortly. Ironically, about a minute after that call, I received an email -- but it wasn't my doctor's note. It was a survey asking me to rate my experience. That pretty much summed up my experience. The lack of professionalism, communication, and follow-through from the front desk was extremely disappointing. When someone is injured and relying on your office for documentation needed for work, they shouldn't have to repeatedly chase it down. The doctor himself was great, which is unfortunate because the front desk experience is the reason I rated my visit a 1. At this point, I'm not even sure I'll return for my follow-up appointment and may choose to continue my care somewhere else.

In my first visit, he asked me why I was there, I explained I had severe knee pain and it felt very similar to what I experienced in my other knee, which was a meniscus tear. Out of nowhere he began to chastise me and question why I was even there since I seemed to already know what my issue was. I was thrown off from his unprofessional attitude and especially since I just met him. I let him know I was only responding to his initial question. Clearly he was irritated by something and probably having a bad day, but it was very unprofessional to take it out on a patient who is in real pain and seeking his care. I made sure to get out of that office right away. I had my follow up with him after my MRI, and sure enough, it confirmed I had a torn meniscus. As I mentioned, I just figured he was having a bad day on my first appointment so I went into this one with an open mind. Although he wasn't rude in this appointment, he showed little care and I would describe him as aloof, at best. After these two appointments, was clear I needed to find another doctor.
