My friends and I ordered the following: Basket with the catch the day, which I believe was triple tail, and a side of fries: The fries were great, the fish was very good, although it needed a bit of salt (better than being overly salty!). Catch of the day taco with coleslaw: my friend said the coleslaw was unusual and not really to her liking (she likes vinegar based coleslaw, but she said this had a strange flavor). The soft taco shell was quite full of fish and extras, and, while the fish was good, overall the taco seemed tasteless to her. Combo platter with the catch of the day: this friend enjoyed his meal, but wished that there was cocktail sauce for the shrimp. He said the beans and rice had a nice flavor. He was not happy that the shrimp and fish were piled on top of said beans and rice - he said if it was a "platter" they should be next to it (even though the menu actually states the fish is served over the beans and rice). We ordered a piece of Keylime pie, but they did not bring it out with our meal, I had to go back up to the counter and get it. I felt that it was a little too sweet and little "gooey". My friends were not impressed with it. But, pie is pie, and always welcome in my mind! When you come in, you order at the counter and then have your choice of seats inside or out. They will bring your food to you. All the drinks are in bottles or cans in the cooler next to the order counter. Parking is tight, although there are about a dozen spaces. Restrooms are outside around the corner - not sure if they were a "common" restroom to be used by the rest of the little shopping center or if they were LeeBe's alone. If you want to talk fish done fresh and perfectly this is the place. They explain on their wall why the fish is really good but also not as expensive as other places. I don't need a fancy place to have good fish - this place was perfect for what we had in mind. If I were with my wife we probably would have gone over to the tavern nearby to listen to the live band but with my daughter, we had amazing fish of the day - taco and sandwich - while listening to music. Lee Be's is always a must stop whenever I am in Marco! I go down maybe 3-4 times a year and make sure that I always stop into Lee Be's because I truly regret it if I don't. I am a vegetarian of 10+ years and get the vegetarian taco which consists of beans and rice. It is exactly what it says it will be + more. The flavors are wonderful, the ingredients are fresh, and it is just so tasty. The taco does come with a side which I always go with fries which are also extremely good. My boyfriend typically orders the Grouper and raves about it as well. In addition to the great food, the interior is really cool and I really enjoy that the TVs show pictures of big catches from the past!
