I was fortunate enough to be referred to Lee & Son in Fullerton by my A/C guy--and I'm glad I listened. This is a true family business now in its second generation, built on a solid word-of-mouth reputation, and it shows in everything they do. Jeff really knows his craft, especially when it comes to older trucks. I brought in my 2004 Ram, and it's now driving better than new. We were also in a serious time crunch, and he went out of his way to accommodate us, which I really appreciated. One thing I respect is his strong preference for OEM American-made parts. That matters to me, and it gives me confidence my truck will keep running strong for another 250k miles. He's also upfront about the value of his time--he charges for inspection and for sourcing parts, but that's because he's putting in the effort to give you an accurate, reliable repair quote. With older vehicles, parts aren't always easy to find, and that level of diligence makes a difference. I highly recommend Lee & Son and wrote this review to encourage others to place their trust in this outstanding, service-oriented alignment shop. read more

Noone does it better or is more honest. Truly appreciate the time they take to explain everything, and also recommend other shops if they can't do the work. Always friendly and professional. read more

Took my 2015 sienna van for a brake job here they fixed the issue I couldn't be happier

3 power steering pumps and STILL THE NOISE???? I was referred to Lee And Sons Alignment Services by another reputable company in Fullerton. I called and had to make an appointment for a couple weeks later. THAT'S JUST HOW IS IT SOMETIMES FOLKS. Dropped off my vehicle early to give them plenty of time to diagnose the issue, gave then full approval if another pump would be needed. AS it turns out Jeff understood it must not need another pump and proceeded to diagnose other issues. WHY HAD NOT THE PREVIOUS REPAIR SHOPS DONE THE SAME??? EXACTLY!!! HE DID! THE O RING! A MIRACLE WORKER FOR SURE! Thanks Lee & Sons read more

I have been in the auto repair business since 1982 and even I have to seek out help from a specialist. Jeff and the team were super helpful and had the experience to deal with heavy duty springs and get the job done. They even fit me into their busy schedule to keep my project rolling. I can't thank them enough! Great pricing too by the way. Worth every cent! read more

The guys at Lee & Sons really did a great job setting up the front end of my 57 Chevy. Everything I did previously was either 2x checked or replaced and aligned to make sure it worked perfect. Not only did they do a great job, they knew their stuff and not only vintage classics- 4x4, new cars and just about anything with shocks. Couldn't be happier on how you made my old car run on the road. read more

This company is awesome and the guys are super professional. Went there to have my truck looked at and aligned. They were honest, gave me some options and didn't force a repair if it was not needed. I have used them several times and will continue to do so. They did not charge an arm and a leg to examine the truck and was honest about the outcome. Great company to work with. read more

These guys really are the best in the business. After taking my car to another shop multiple times for suspension and alignment issues, i got tired of having to take it back. These guys knocked it out first try. Its an old beat up car but its MY old beat up car. Lee and sons alignment gave me lots of professional insight on why it was difficult for the other shop and how they made it work! These guys are so good they could make a watermelon roll straight! My car is working great now and i cant thank these guys enough. Everyone here truly is, professional, smart, and honest. read more

***WARNING*** I want to know if this is the receipt the all customers receive from this place? The front end alignment was really messed up after an accident that occurred 3/18/19 I got the car back the tires are now shredded in the front. No one can explain why the tires are bald and shredding because thee paper shows that nothing is wrong with the alignment. This is a brand new car. It stayed in the shop for 2 days? Please share your thoughts, upload your receipts so I can see what your receipts look like WARNING* DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE UNTIL YOU DO YOUR HOMEWORK*** read more

I recently purchased a 2006 Lazy Daze RV. I replaced the tires and shocks but it still wandered from side to side so I made an appointment with Lee and Son to get it checked out. Lee drove it and diagnosed the problem. Replaced the left side camber sleeve and installed new grease fittings. Drives like new. Lee and Jeff have owned several RV's, trailers and fifth wheels over the years and are a wealth of knowledge. Very happy with the results. read more

I took my 1998 jeep wrangler here for some work on suspension and alignment. They were honest and only repaired what was needed.

Over several years I'd purchased 3 Chevy HHR's and passed them onto my daughters as they began to drive. Lee ad son had installed lowering springs, struts and done front end alignments over the years. the work was always top notch, never any issues with the work they performed, highly recommended. read more

I brought my 1990 bronco in. I had some work done for a cheap price and couldn't figure out why the truck wouldn't drive straight afterwards. Jeff was able to diagnose that the ball joints were the problem and that vehicle needed the OEM Spicer joints. This was information not available from regular shops. It's been about a month now and the Bronco is still steering well. I also remember in 1992, I took my '82 Supra in to have the a bent frame fixed. I was 16, and they were called B-line. It took me awhile to figure out that their name had changed. There are just some shops out there that will fix your problem when no one else can. read more

I took my 2010 F350 4x4 to these guys . By far , the best alignment ive ever had . Not only did they align it , but they also adjusted my steering box to reduce some of the steering "slop" i had . The truck drives better than the day i bought it . When it came time to the bill i was surprised it was under what he has quoted . Thats something rare in and of itself .. considering every time ive taken a vehicle in for repair it always costs more . Both guys were very knowledgeable and right to the point. They also replaced my track bar balljoint , which is a PITA . Thanks ... ill definitely give my business to these guys again read more

My Honda Odyssey had a hard pull to the left. I had three other outfits align the front end, but the problem remained and I was out $300 and stuck with a car that still pulled hard to the left. I took it to Lee and sons Alignment service. Jeff was very helpful, took a lot of his time to sort out the problem, figured out it was the tires, not a front alignment problem at all. Replaced the tires, had the brakes done, re aligned the front end and problem solved. Just came back from a 1500 mile trip and the car drove perfectly. Jeff and Lee and Sons Alignment has my business from now on!! You can trust Lee and Sons with the toughest alignment problem. You will not be disappointed. Many thanks, Jeff. read more

I went to Lee & Son when my wife complained her Mini Cooper was having steering issues. It was pulling to one side and vibrating badly. I immediately thought alignment and found this company on Apple Maps. I was ready to leave the car with them so they could do the alignment, when the mechanic decided to take a quick look at the tires (just as I should have before assuming alignment - shame on me!) It turns out the drivers side de front tire was badly worn, down to the canvas, and needed replacing immediately. Even tough I did not end up getting a service by Lee & Son, I know where I will bring my car when I next need it. Their honesty and integrity saved me time and money for a service I didn't need. This is one of the best places I've gone for any auto service. It's too bad they only do front-end work! I've been here twice, with two different cars, and they handily worked on both of them with no issue (not that I expected otherwise). It usually takes two days or so for them to complete the work, but it's worth it. They usually have so many people bringing their vehicles there, including the Fullerton Police. The owner reminds me of my father in a way, so I suppose that's why I felt so comfortable here. That thought aside though, both the owner and his son who I talked to on the separate occasions were very honest and very forthright. Even after assuming which parts I need that could most likely make them more money, they said it wasn't worth it and recommended a different part that turned out to be a better idea anyway. They do great work! read more

Love this father and son business!! They helped fix my alignment and looked into an issue I was having with one of my wheels. They were friendly and informative and showed me all of the work they felt was necessary before they did it. They were honest and even told me I didn't need to do all of it right now, so it was easier to work on my budget. I took my car home but I felt like I still needed them to check something out, and they let me come back in and doubled check it for me to make sure everything was perfect. I appreciated their helpfulness, honesty, and willingness to work with my budget. Overall great experience. Very satisfied customer. read more

Jeff and the rest of the staff at Lee & Sons were professional and very thorough. They were able to diagnose and fix a problem that 2 or 3 mechanics previously missed which cost me for unneeded repairs that ultimately didn't get to the cause of the problem. And while I could have done some of the work myself, the prices they charged me were more than fair and made it not worth my time to do it myself. My car now drives like new again. Thank you all!!! read more

Lee is the best. He installed disk brakes on my 66 Dodge Dart. He was a trooper because the kit that I bought and gave him was not 100% compatible with the rims on the car.
