I spoke with Luke over the phone and visited the store several times. He was very busy, running his business, but patiently took time to answer ALL of my questions. He walked me through the differences between the 3 different price points I had. I ended up with a sweet road bike. I my bike our for a couple of rides already and everything functioned as it should. They also took a really good final look at the bike before sending me on my way. I really appreciate that level of thought, care, detail, professionalism. I do recommend supporting this bike shop. The items on the shelf are four and five deep and not the same thing so you might see something at the back of the shelf that you want to take a closer look at and you have to move three or four other items to get at it, which of course kicks up a lot of dust which aggravates my allergies. That store needs a major cleaning and a major reorganization.. They need to narrow down the items that they have put on the shelf and on the clothes rack.. when I go there I feel like I'm hunting through things in a warehouse type setting not a nice store.
