Moved out of Waldorf so whenever I get a chance I come back to Ledo's for that nostalgia. The pizza did not disappoint! So delicious & just as I remember. The service was quick, as I ordered a small half cheese half pepperoni pizza. This is the only crust I can eat, and I love the sweet sauce mixed with the cheese and the perfect pepperoni. The square slices just seal the deal. Was pretty empty on a Sunday night, which was good for me. The employees were kind and the restaurant was clean. Will be back again! read more

Look here, if you don't have access to a Ledos than I can understand why you don't go. IF YOU DO have access to one & you don't go that just means you hate yourself, or you're a vegan which ALSO means you hate yourself because meat is life. If you're a fan of wings and I mean QUALITY wings GET UP RIGHT NOW and head to your local Ledos & order the old bay wings AND the hot honey old bay Laaawwwddddd yes. The pizza is always good but some people aren't a fan of square slices but it's soooo worth. Staff was extremely friendly and showed me the pizza before I walked out which was nice. Go to Ledos, you won't regret it read more

Oh absolutely not. ABSOLUTELY not. I don't know who this imposter is, but that thick mushy crust, rubbery and tough cheese that with one pull to separate the slices would remove all the cheese from about half the pie, greasssssseeeeeee, and bland sauce is not the Ledo's I knew and grew up on. How is it that even when the cheese is piping hot it STILL has the cheese pull of an ice cold cheese stick. I took one bite and flew over to Yelp to see if someone could confirm if they handed over the store and they obviously did. Disgusting. There isn't enough nostalgia in the world that could get me to pay to eat that again. You'd see me in a Chuck E. Cheese before ever catching me in that Ledo's location. Do yourselves a favor and get Napoli's in Waldorf instead. They never disappoint and the pies are huge. read more

First, I rarely give negative reviews. Second: Be aware, the original "Ledo's" was sold apparently a year or so ago. Third, notice they are now "Ledo". Fourth, they have now moved to an undoubtedly cheaper, nasty, cardboard tasting crust, that looks pre-made, that is doughy and synthetic tasting, and not at all like the original Ledo's that many of us came to love. Fifth, the manager at this location (a woman who refused to give her name) was disrespectful, unprofessional and rude -- stunningly so! While I was eventually refunded what I paid for the garbage pizza I received (after alot of rude and disrespectful interaction), I could never recommend this location, and frankly cannot recommend "Ledo" pizza as long as they continue cutting corners. Ledo's pizza was really some of the best. It is such a shame to have destroyed such a decent recipe -' from crust to toppings. Whomever made the decision to do this (and pretend it is the original Ledo's) made a big mistake, HUGE!! Decade long customer gone. Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5 read more

The food was greasy and poorly prepared. It looked like our pizza was just thrown in the box. Never eating here again.

service is horrible at the Festival Way location. I can't believe how poor it is. Gave our pizza to another customer and tried to give us the wrong order. Had to wait another 20 minutes and did not offer anything for the inconvenience. Had our wings sitting there while remaking the pizza order.. with 2.9 stars you would think they would get it together. And the young man taking the order over the phone had an extremely dry disposition. It was like ordering from McDonald's. read more

For years Ledo's Pizza was one of the best Pizza places in the MD area. Over the past two years the quality of their pizzas have gone down in my opinion from Ten Stars to one star. Did Ledo's change management? read more

I've been a long time supporter of Ledos (Festival Way) but after today, highly unlikely to return. The pizza used to be robust in flavor. From the sauce, to the cheese, toppings and crust! Now, no flavor at all. The sauce is different. Ledos sauce had a sweetness to it and what I had today did not taste like classic Ledo's. I opened a jar of ledos sauce I have at the house to compare and two different flavor profiles. The pizza crust is NOT the same. Overall, the pizza was not over cooked and the pizza crust should be able to fold and not break. This crust is crispy as crackers. The pizza crust I'm used to was lighter in texture almost a little floury. Toppings had zero flavor. Even the bacon lacked salt....no clue how that's possible. Not sure why the change happened but it's far from the Ledos it used to be. Wings were great but the wings should not rank higher in quality & flavor if you are known for your pizza. read more

Ordered a pineapple/ham pizza and had a bad experience with food poisoning. Love Ledos but this was a terrible experience.

The pizza took way too long to prepare. I showed up a few minutes after my pick up time and it still wasn't ready. An hour and a half wait. There were so many people in line, waiting for orders. The pizza was just okay. It was definitely fresh but a little too greasy for me. read more

We have always loved this Ledos but something has changed and not for the better. Food is just bland and does not taste good. Our pizza had an alcohol taste, I know with dough this could be for a few reasons but in all the years of going to this Ledos have never had this issue. So just decided better to not eat it. I should have known something was up when I was only 1 of 2 people in there. I am guessing it has changed hands. Don't think I'll be back. read more

Use to frequent this Ledo's pizza often. not sure if management has changed or if it's the protocol for making pizza and wings. I specifically ordered half cheese half sausage pizza with extra sauce as well as the wings. When I get home to look over the food why did I receive naked wings with sauce on the side and barely any sauce on the pizza. Get it together Ledos'! read more

WORST EVER. Ordered a 14 inch extra cheese with pepperoni. Also got fried ravioli. Ravioli was good but my pizza didn't have extra cheese like I ordered. Called to speak to the manager on duty. I waited 8 minutes on hold. He finally came on and told me to bring the pizza back for a replacement. Really?? Drive back and then wait again? Nobody has time for that. He could have refunded the difference with my next order. Don't tip from the app because they might not deserve it. Look at your order very closely!!! read more

I went to pick up a carry out order yesterday, 8/7/24. While waiting. I observed a guy behind the window licking his fingers and putting his fingers in his mouth. He then got my pizza out of the oven touching the paper. I bet he was making the pizzas and no gloves. I mentioned it and I was just looked at. They are nasty and I would not go in there for anything cooked by them. BEWARE. read more

I gave this rating because u have to leave something, this is the worse restaurant I've been to in a long time, the cashier is rude and the food was horrible. I ordered an Italian cold cut that was thrown together with no cheese, a calzone with water down marinara and no taste along with a pepperoni pizza. The drinks are over price and I saw the cashier handle money, boxes, cash, trash and etc without changing her gloves. I will never go back to this place read more

I went to Ledo's because they usually have great pizza. However, the Ledo's on Festival Way in Waldorf can use some improvement. I ordered a cheese pizza and a pizza with mushrooms and jalapenos. Both pizzas were bland-- no flavor, no spices, and the dough was too thick. read more

Ledo's has been here for years but we actually kinda forgot about it!! We have come here many times over the years but probably hadn't been for at least 2 years. We just never remembered it when thinking of a place to eat. My nephew wanted to come here to eat for his birthday so that's how we ended up here recently. We really enjoyed it!! We've gone back twice since. Their pizza is just so good. It's unique how they serve it in the rectangle shape and is just nice for a change. The crust is light and delicious and they are very generous with the toppings! I got a ham and pineapple pizza and it was sooo good. The best ham and pineapple pizza I've had anywhere in awhile! My husband got an order of hot wings and he said they were great. They were hot, fresh and crispy! My son chose a bacon pizza and he loved it. It had tons of bacon on it! A couple other reviews complained about bad service but we haven't had a problem with that. We've been 3 times recently and have had great dining experiences. This is definitely in our dining out rotation from now on! read more

It has been about a year since I had Ledo pizza. I decided to order lunch from the Waldorf location; I've never tried this location. I arrived and my pizza was ready. While it was alittle overbaked, it was pretty yummy. I just wish they would use more than one piece of pepperoni per square. I'll try this location again since it's the closest one to my new home. read more

I have always loved this Ledo location, even before my family and I moved to Waldorf. It is clean and the staff is always SUPER nice, friendly, and fast. Even when I am quoted a wait time of an hour+ for a call-in order on a Friday or Saturday evening, I bite my tongue and just wait it out patiently because I always know that our food (whether it be pizza, salad, wings, etc.) will be hot, fresh, and tasty! Even dining in is a pleasant experience. We recently went for my son's schools' Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) fundraising event and even with the dining area staying packed with families, our waiter Kurt and the other young lady were amazing! Handling the tables like real pros! My fav is their cheese pizza --- It's like heaven in a box, literally! Mouth watery goodness! Please do yourself a favor and stop in. You certainly wont be disappointed! Parking can be a little frustrating at times, seeing as though this location is in a shopping center with other eateries and shops, but none-the-less worth that second drive around for a good parking space. read more

Love ledos love love love will have to dip ordering for a bit quality and over all attention to the order has gone down hill too much for me my last two orders have been horrible one couldn't be eaten twhenI got it home I was so upset because I wanted it bad that I didn't even think to take a picture then my mom got home it was burnt and had hardly any sauce at all even though I ordered extra sauce it Lily was like eating pepperoni on a cracker ending up trashing it to my disappointment Again I'm not bashing just stating the facts based on my last two experiences to help my favorite pizza place get back on its a game read more

A.Mack: I placed a curbside order and was told it would be ready at 9:08 pm. I live 3 mins from the Festival Way location. When I arrived I sent a notification I was there. I watched people come and pick up their food. After almost 30 minutes I went in and gave the young lady at the counter my name and told her I was outside waiting on a curbside order. She turned around and found my pizza under 2 other boxes and my order of wings on another shelf. He first comment was do you want to look at the pizza and I said no she slide the bag to me and said sorry and turned around. When I got home the pizza was cold and so were the wings. I will NEVER order from here again. If I didn't go in I would have never gotten my food. read more

I waited in the phone for 20 minutes and team mates answered and hanged up on me constantly please avoid if looking for carry out service.

After 3 years on the west coast my husband and I decided to try Ledo's again. We were never fans of it when we lived in Southern Maryland years ago, but we always give second chances. This place hit the spot regardless of our east coast sub sandwich withdrawals (where anything might have tasted better than what we have been eating). My hot Italian sub was 98% perfect. A little heavy on my requested "hots", but other wise delicious. My husbands only complaint was having one sub size. His chicken parm was exactly what he wanted, but he requires a bigger portion. The online ordering was simple and the woman who waited on me was very nice. 100% will eat here again and I am hoping that it will be consistent and delicious. If it is, they have a weekly customer for years to come. Definitely worth a try! read more

Ledo Pizza - Monday Night Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Waldorf, Maryland

We eat at this location often, but today was a little different. We sat down, ordered our food and sat for over 30 minutes before anything was brought out to us. The restaurant wasn't too busy, but it was Saturday and lunchtime. As we waited, i watched our waitress play with her hair, remove dirty dishes from tables, use the cash register, sweep the floor, handle cash, touch her boyfriend fresh shaved head (yes, this happened), and later rubbed her nose while carrying empty pizza boxes. I was ready to leave, but instead i approached her and asked her to please wash her hands before bringing me my food. She said she would, I don't know if she did, but of course her demeanor changed a little after i approached her. We finished, i left her a tip, don't know if i will be back to this location. Maybe just order to go from now on. read more

Our go to spot on the weekends. Can't go wrong. Pizza, salads or calzones. You won't be disappointed. Make it your favorite weekend spot.

I used to love this ledos location! Their pizzas used to be the best in town but now the quality has deteriorated. The last couple of times I ordered large pizzas they were paper thin. So thin my slices were super limp and my toppings were falling off. When I asked why they were so thin I was told that a change was made by the corporate office. However, when I go to the ledos in laplata the crust is perfect they way that ledos is known for. On top of the pizzas at this location being super thin, this ledos no longer allows you to split toppings into 1/3 or 1/4 of the pizza. You can only do a half and half pizza which is utterly ridiculous! Lastly, they won't even take the time to make sure the pizza it sliced well. I ended up having to use a knife when I got home to cut my own slices for my family! So now I drive the extra few minutes to laplata to get a ledos pizza the way it used to be in Waldorf. So sad! read more

Their food is really delicious. I would have given them five stars, but I waited over 1.5 hours for my food that got cold cause they kept thinking I ordered pizza and all I ordered was wings, soup and salad. No one bothered to look up at the other bags sitting there and call those names like they did ALL the pizza ones. Needless to say it was too many people behind the counter doing too much instead of working the floor. Organization skills is definitely needed there. On top of that I only got a "SORRY ABOUT THAT" for my cold food sitting for almost 2 hours. Who manages this place? Geez its not all about a pizza. read more

I love the pizza at this location and the customer service is top notch.

Arrived with a party of 7 when they were crowded. They quickly figured out a way to seat us and we had drinks very quickly! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LEDOS! 10/26/15 a personal pizza was ordered and upon attempting to reheat left over slices on 10/267/15 a foreign object was found. I believed it was plastic so I took the pizza back to determine why and how this ended up in my food. A "manager" named Nicole claimed that there was nothing she can do because the pizza was ordered yesterday. She even accuses me of planting it when the gum is BAKED right into the pizza itself When I mentioned the plastic that is when she said "oh thats gum, its not plastic". Putting chewed up gum in a customers pizza is disgusting and their customer service is equally as disgusting calling a customer and her family members liars. I was never apologized to or anything. Came in with my best friend and god daughter to dine in, it was self seating. No one greeted us at all but kept looking over at us. One person was eating ice cream from sweet frog and the other came from around the counter got himself a drink and went to the back. After sitting for the past 6-7 minutes I walked to the counter and asked if someone was coming over. The girl at the counter said we had to come up and order our food and the beverage is self serve...how were we to know that? No one ever came over and I asked when was this because the last time we came here that was not the case. Then she said "I think November", we decided to take our business elsewhere, no wonder no one was in there lol. It was nothing but kids working there, it was also tissues all over the floor in the front, dirty and not welcoming. The Laplata Ledos is way better, just came here because the last experience was completely different and the customer service was better. I don't recommend this location. They need to work on customer service and look to hire others those who actually want to work. read more

THE WORST MANAGEMENT EVER I'm here worth a kids birthday party that was scheduled and pre-ordered yet they have taken 30+ minutes "confirming" the order to the frustration of the parents & kids. I try patiently to wait for any waitress to come but ... crickets. I think to myself, she's got her hands full, I'll go order my food at the counter and return. This is when I encountered THE WORST "ASSistant General Manager" - NICOLE (I can't give my last name). "You can't order here and eat here, it's against the owners policy", she says. I say, but I'm dining in an NO WAITRESS has come for now over 45 minutes. She says, "because she's trying to get y'alls drinks." I say, "y'all? I'm gere because my son's at the party; I can see she's too busy for the other tables, so I'm ordering my food here ... that should not be an issue and it's still revenue -- you should get someone to help her if we all must wait on one party." She says, the owner won't allow it. After trying to reason with her that the SALE is most important, not where it is placed ... she is firm. I ask for the owner's details ... she says "He doesn't like it to be given out." I finally get that his 1st name is "Frank" and he's a franchise owner BUT THERE'S NO # for him. I'd mention that were are all black and that she's not, and that she's clearly disturbed by the delluge of "y'all" ... but for something known & not said, it's just what "y'all" know is going on. So ... I'm in the process of getting in touch with Ledo's Corporate offices regarding this mysterious owner and his ASSistant General Manager, Nicole. Who had 4 people working behind the counter with NO ONE to serve, but they can't take my order. Who has TWO waitresses for the dinning area but ONE can serve all of "y'all" and when other customers cone the other will take care of them. Who can't/ won't give me proper information for a complaint. And ... who WALKED AWAY TO THE KITCHEN while I was talking to her ... and never came back. I see other poor service Yelp Reviews with the ASSistant General Manager's Name, NICOLE, from 2015 ... so CLEARLY nothing has been done. SKIP THIS ESTABLISHMENT read more
