DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LEDOS! 10/26/15 a personal pizza was ordered and upon attempting to reheat left over slices on 10/267/15 a foreign object was found. I believed it was plastic so I took the pizza back to determine why and how this ended up in my food. A "manager" named Nicole claimed that there was nothing she can do because the pizza was ordered yesterday. She even accuses me of planting it when the gum is BAKED right into the pizza itself When I mentioned the plastic that is when she said "oh thats gum, its not plastic". Putting chewed up gum in a customers pizza is disgusting and their customer service is equally as disgusting calling a customer and her family members liars. I was never apologized to or anything. I understand we are experiencing a pandemic but that is no excuse for rude service and pure ignorance. My family and I actually decided to order out as we should be supporting our local business and I was treated with the most disrespect I have EVER experienced. I ordered online w/ a pick up time of 6:47pm. When I called to let them know I was there, 6:51pm, I was told my food would be about 7 min longer. I said no problem. Well 30 min late I was still waiting. I called again as the sign states to stay on your car and the young lady answers the phone and I start to talk and she hangs up. I call back again and she answers and just says please hold. I waited on the phone for 10 min and decided to approach the young lady standing outside. When I approached I waited my turn and when she got to me I began to explain. She turns during mid sentence to walk inside and I said excuse me, I was still talking. She looks at me and says " I SAID I will tell her your here to pick UP" I almost lost my cool but my boyfriend called from the car telling me they just brought the food. I am still fuming mad as I drive home at the thought of this girl and her sorry attitude. Way to treat people who are trying to support their community during a bad time for everyone! read more

My family loves Ledo Pizza but today we were highly disgusted when we found a huge piece of GLASS in our pizza! Not only was it disgusting, it could have been very dangerous if there were smaller glass fragments in the pizza that were not visible. I love Ledo's! I've been craving this for three weeks. I grew up in Maryland but live down in Florida now. There used to be a Ledo's in Orlando but it closed. The pizza here is square. They cut little squares with one pepperoni on each. The pepperoni is super greasy but you can get it "mopped" if you want, where they blot off the grease before it comes to the table. read more

From their salads to their chicken wings, this place will leave you satisfied and content. On this visit I had the buffalo chicken waffle fries and the buffalo wings. Now if you haven't had the buffalo chicken fries stop everything you're doing and go now to you're nearest Ledos. These fries are fat, flavorful goodness. Though its simply waffle fries covered in chicken, buffalo sauce and cheese, these flavors blend so well and are beyond delicious together. Oh and get a side of ranch or bleu cheese to eat with the fries! This was my first time (that I can remember) trying the chicken wings but they were absolutely superb with the right amount of crispness and buffalo sauce. The management at this location is inept and turned us away telling me that they can't help us. Please tell me where they do that at? I love Ledos Pizza.. but not from this location. I've ordered from here twice and I won't do it again. The 1st time the dough of the pizza seemed as though it was cooked all the way. My pizza was slimy in a way and even putting it back in the oven didn't help. The 2nd time the dough was chalky... How do you have chalky dough? Like the dough was old and they cooked it anyway. I ordered here about two weeks ago and I liked the friendliness of the person taken my order. She answered all my questions. The food order was ready when my Husband and I came to pick it up at the store. It was a little busy so no one greeted us right away. Even if we love the pizza. We were in. Bad mood with their policy. We were staving and called ahead. When we arrived we were told we could not eat in as we ordered over the phone. We were told to get our pizza and go! That would not work as we were too hungry. They did say were could stay as they were not busy but they are a full service restaurant and had to order after seated. I decided to give Ledo's a try since I'm constantly told by peers and on the radio (so many ads) that it's a place you must check out. Here are my thoughts... The pizza itself isn't too bad. It was actually a lot better than I had expected. It was extremely hot and I really liked the sauce they use. I also love that they give you pitcher sized sodas!! Also our service was good, nothing great, but no really issues. The one thing I do not like is that their prices vary by location. Therefore, the one I visited (Waldorf) does not have many good deals and does not have any lunch specials. Some locations have a $5 lunch, not here! Good place for families, but for people like myself (quick lunch during work break), I'd look elsewhere for a better deal. read more

The pizza is good but the service is always really bad. I'm at a loss for words. I've tried to give them a chance FOUR separate times. I have literally begged them to get my order right (In a friendly/playful way of course--I'm not a jerk). It's like they refuse to get my order right. Each time I order, I go over the order with them several times to make sure it's right. It never is. They mess up a pizza that already exists on their menu EVERY TIME (the VEG-IN). This place is great and the service is superb. I recently had them cater a event for me and Nicole and Shannon knock it out of the park. Everything was done and on time and everyone loved the food. So we love Ledos. I mean I worked at Ledos when I was sixteen and grew up going as a kid. So we never have complaints about the food. However I suggest either going in and placing your order in person or ordering online for this location. I regrettably placed a to go order over the phone tonight. Large mushroom pizza, garlic cheese bread, and a steak and cheese sub w mushroom and jalapeños added. The lady who took my order over the phone had trouble putting in the steak and cheese add ons twice and then deleted the whole order my mistake. She once again put in the order with the steak and cheese and read everything back to me with a total of about $35. Okay cool all good i hoped. Well when my boyfriend went to pick it up they argued there was no sub ordered. $35 for a large 1 topping and cheese bread? The lady at the counter said "it's possible." When you type the order in online, clearly the total without tax for a large 1 topping, cheese bread, and a steak and cheese w add ons is $33.15. Okay so I did order the sub and you did not need to argue with my boyfriend who knew $35 was too much for just the 2 items. Definitely left a bad taste in our mouths for sure. I guess they forgot the Ledo sauce with the cheese bread "by mistake." Just try not to take out your mistake on the customer. Doesn't really make us want to go back any time soon. read more

Attempted to call in an order for a family of five - used speaker phone in the car. I was told that I would have to give them a credit card number over the phone. I refused (for security reasons and safety) and continued driving there. When I arrived and finally placed my order I was told my carryout order would take 50 min to complete.
