I rather drive to La Plata Pizza Hut, this Pizza is trash. They charged my card twice for my order, and when I informed them about it, they told me they dont have the transaction in the system, and to call my bank. I have to go to the Pizza Hut located in La Plata because everytime I order a pizza from here, it looks like a child made it. Too much sauce and cheese in one spot and not enough in another. I normally patronize this Pizza Hut and it's hit or miss on what quality pizza you will receive, guess it depends on who is making the pizzas that day. But today I paid for extra sausage and extra pepperoni, I should have saved my money, I will agree there were a few more pieces of meat but it was the normal portion that I would have received if I hadn't paid for extra. Although they jacked up the price of their wings, they started using cheap (probably frozen) fatty wings. I still love the medium Buffalo sauce, just not on a mushy wing. Also, the sauce container that accompanies the breadsticks, has shrunk to like 1/3 of the size, and they do not even fill it full. You can not dunk 5 dry ass breadsticks in 2 tablespoons of sauce! My girlfriend wanted to get a pizza for dinner so we decided to go with pizza hut. We ordered online and waited with anticipation until the delivery driver arrived. When we received our pizza and opened it we got a smushed pizza that we could not eat. We called the restaurant and they requested that we returned the smashed pizza and they will expidite us another one. Given whats going on with COVID-19, we thought that was crazy but we gave them the pizza when the delivery driver returned with a new pizza. Our order showed up at 9:00 pm! Wings were cold and rubbery. I called 4 times and got an operator who would transfer me to the store and NO ONE would pick up! I don't care for pizza too much, but since I work next to dominos my boss buys pizza for us often, and I have to say it's pretty good, I've never been disappointed by their pizza. I do love cheese sticks, and the cheesy bread at dominos is never good, so I was going to order some from here because I had a craving last night. My husband loves the stuffed crust pizza that they have, and there was a coupon for $10 large pizza, so we ended up getting that. I pretty much would be getting cheese sticks and pizza so I was excited and very hungry! But after having ate dominos pizza for so long, this pizza was a huge disappointment. It was no where near as good as dominos. The pizza itself was paper thin, and there was almost no cheese on the pizza at all. The crust was good and cheesy though. The pizza was also cut ridiculously, some triangles were super small, others were huge, and we had a few square pieces in there too. Overall, I probably won't get a pizza from here again. I can't exaggerate this enough!!! I regret coming to this location each time! Today I ordered their 5-5-5 deal for $15 plus an additional pizza total was about $30. My boyfriend went to pick the order up! They showed him the pizzas but he didn't open the wing box.. when he got home and opened it the wings were the wrong flavor as well as extra burnt! I called the location and spoke to the manager (JOSH). He let me know he'd drop a new fresh order! When I arrived a couple of the staff members at the counter opened the container and began laughing and making comments as to how funny it was that the wings were burnt! Of course I am overly annoyed especially because I had to gonna k to get them on top of the fact they found it funny! I am highly disappointed and once again this location showed me they do not care nor pay attention to orders. Pizza is always good and delivery is always fast, however, my order is NEVER right. A few weeks ago, I order one large pepperoni, one large cheese and one large sausage. The lady asked me what kind of sausage I wanted and gave me the options. So after talking about sausage for about 2 mins and making a decision. When my pizza arrives, I have 2 pepperonis and 1 cheese. Uhh...did I miss something? So I call and the lady informs me that my order didn't have a sausage pizza on there. Are you kidding me?!?! Well I ordered from them again last week, this time I order chicken as well, I asked for spicy Asain and received sweet chili. I walked in to this Pizza Hut and waited for about 5 mins before walking out and leaving. The employees and I made eye contact but they never asked me if they could help me. I walked out and came back and they finally called the cashier to the front. As we waited both times I realized the lady making Pizza didn't have on gloves and was pulling meat and cheese to put on a pizza. After the cashier took our order, I asked him to ask her to put on gloves. He told her and she looked at us and shook her head as she said something to one of the other employees. She dropped a piece of paper on the floor after making our pizzas,thank goodness, with the gloves on and didn't bother to take them off. I recently ordered from this location. Absolutely horrible experience. The employees repeatedly hung up the phone when attempting to order, and the delivery showed up over an hour and a half late. I finally called to cancel the order and was repeatedly hung up on. The delivery person showed up even after the cancellation, and offered no discount, no incentive for the late order. The way this Pizza Hut is run is the reason that Pizza Hut is a failing chain. First I ordered my Pizza over the app. When I got to the restaurant they had cut my order wrong. They offered to remake the pizza. It looked fine until I got back home and Notice that they had put a garlic sauce on the crust of the pizza. I called back and spoke to the manager and explained that I didn't ask for this because it was for children and just wanted plain crust. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful, so I guess they heard everyone regarding their customer service. The pizza was a completely different story altogether. They do no make their pizza fresh. They pull the crust with sauce and cheese already on it out of the refrigerator I guess for speed. It was fast but the taste and quality was the worst and my wife picked up right away that it didn't taste fresh and she didn't go with me to pick up my order. I ordered a pizza on Saturday, March 21 at 5:00 p.m. When I received my pizza an hour later, it was soggy and greasy. I called to complain and the young lady who answered was nice and polite and offered to give me credit for a free pizza at another time or they could remake the pizza and resend. Because I really wanted the pizza, I received another pizza an hour later. It was not as greasy but it was cold and did not taste good. This is not the level of service that I am use to at this particular pizza hut. I am not sure if there are new employees or if last night was an off night.
