I rather drive to La Plata Pizza Hut, this Pizza is trash. They charged my card twice for my order, and when I informed them about it, they told me they dont have the transaction in the system, and to call my bank. I shouldn't have to be inconvenienced of calling my bank, why are yall double charging me and denying it! And the Pizza is always mid! La Plata location is always better! read more

I have to go to the Pizza Hut located in La Plata because everytime I order a pizza from here, it looks like a child made it. Too much sauce and cheese in one spot and not enough in another. Sauce being placed over the crust and making the pizza too soggy. The slices themselves are cut completely unevenly as if someone was purposely trying to sabotage my pizza. Is anyone checking these pizzas before they go out? read more

Was going to charge 1.00 for Red pepper flakes that use to be free. And didn't even have plates. This Pizza Hut sucks they need to close it down. Very disappointed in customer service! read more

I normally patronize this Pizza Hut and it's hit or miss on what quality pizza you will receive, guess it depends on who is making the pizzas that day. But today I paid for extra sausage and extra pepperoni, I should have saved my money, I will agree there were a few more pieces of meat but it was the normal portion that I would have received if I hadn't paid for extra. I guess inflation has created pizzas to be modified too. I'll start making my own! read more

My girlfriend wanted to get a pizza for dinner so we decided to go with pizza hut. We ordered online and waited with anticipation until the delivery driver arrived. When we received our pizza and opened it we got a smushed pizza that we could not eat. We called the restaurant and they requested that we returned the smashed pizza and they will expidite us another one. Given whats going on with COVID-19, we thought that was crazy but we gave them the pizza when the delivery driver returned with a new pizza. When we checked the new pizza it was still a little smushed and not even round.... read more

Although they jacked up the price of their wings, they started using cheap (probably frozen) fatty wings. I still love the medium Buffalo sauce, just not on a mushy wing. Also, the sauce container that accompanies the breadsticks, has shrunk to like 1/3 of the size, and they do not even fill it full. You can not dunk 5 dry ass breadsticks in 2 tablespoons of sauce! It is a shame that current management has let the quality drop so low. I used to love it. Gave it 2 stars for the medium buffalo sauce. read more

I've never had any issues at this location and my food is always done to perfection! The employees are always friendly and I've never had to wait longer than the quoted wait time for carry-out. read more

I would have given this place a 4-5 rating considering we order from here often. Well tonight I ordered 2 pizzas and wings. I ordered it at 7:11 pm, got an out for order message at 7:41 pm. Our order showed up at 9:00 pm! Wings were cold and rubbery. I called 4 times and got an operator who would transfer me to the store and NO ONE would pick up! This is ridiculous and I should have NEVER received a text my order was out for delivery if it truly wasn't! Nothing like cold wings and warm pizza that took almost 2 hours to get! read more

Pizza never came. This is not a hopping Friday night, it's a random Tuesday. There's reason whatsoever that I should have to wait this long! After waiting 2 HOURS I called and they said it hadn't left yet! They didn't apologize for the inconvenience and didn't offer for it to free since I waited so long or any money off so I just canceled my order and will NEVER order from there again! You've been warned. read more

Nothing worse than cold pizza! Just received a pizza & wi gs delivery, pizza was cold wings were warm. I couldn't even eat it.

I ordered delivery. I ordered wings, mozzarella sticks, 2 cups of blue cheese dressing, and a bottled Pepsi. Well I didn't get my Pepsi or blue cheese dressing. Pretty disappointed especially since I tipped a good amount you would think the driver would make sure everything is there. read more

I don't care for pizza too much, but since I work next to dominos my boss buys pizza for us often, and I have to say it's pretty good, I've never been disappointed by their pizza. I do love cheese sticks, and the cheesy bread at dominos is never good, so I was going to order some from here because I had a craving last night. My husband loves the stuffed crust pizza that they have, and there was a coupon for $10 large pizza, so we ended up getting that. I pretty much would be getting cheese sticks and pizza so I was excited and very hungry! But after having ate dominos pizza for so long, this pizza was a huge disappointment. It was no where near as good as dominos. The pizza itself was paper thin, and there was almost no cheese on the pizza at all. The crust was good and cheesy though. The pizza was also cut ridiculously, some triangles were super small, others were huge, and we had a few square pieces in there too. Overall, I probably won't get a pizza from here again. I wish dominos had stuffed crust though. read more

I can't exaggerate this enough!!! I regret coming to this location each time! Today I ordered their 5-5-5 deal for $15 plus an additional pizza total was about $30. My boyfriend went to pick the order up! They showed him the pizzas but he didn't open the wing box.. when he got home and opened it the wings were the wrong flavor as well as extra burnt! I called the location and spoke to the manager (JOSH). He let me know he'd drop a new fresh order! When I arrived a couple of the staff members at the counter opened the container and began laughing and making comments as to how funny it was that the wings were burnt! Of course I am overly annoyed especially because I had to gonna k to get them on top of the fact they found it funny! I am highly disappointed and once again this location showed me they do not care nor pay attention to orders. As the manager I feel JOSH should have handled the situation better and I should have at least received a refund on the wings for my inconvenience. Instead I received laughs and jokes! So unprofessional! read more

Pizza was ordered online. Hot and ready when arrived. Only 3 because the service was just ok. She stacked pizzas, to show me she flipped them over when opening lower boxes. I said something and she shrugged. Just not a good attitude in general. read more

Pizza is always good and delivery is always fast, however, my order is NEVER right. A few weeks ago, I order one large pepperoni, one large cheese and one large sausage. The lady asked me what kind of sausage I wanted and gave me the options. So after talking about sausage for about 2 mins and making a decision. When my pizza arrives, I have 2 pepperonis and 1 cheese. Uhh...did I miss something? So I call and the lady informs me that my order didn't have a sausage pizza on there. Are you kidding me?!?! So I spoke with the manager and my received 1 large free pizza on my next order. Well I ordered from them again last week, this time I order chicken as well, I asked for spicy Asain and received sweet chili. Even though once again, the food was good...it was not what I ordered and I expect to receive what I asked for. Hopefully, they get it together. read more

Got carry out the other night and the place was disgusting, there was receipts and random napkins in the inside and outside. Now during this time with COVID your business should be extra clean. You'll never get anymore of my business! And I'm also putting this on our Nextdoor neighborhood share site. You should be ashamed of yourself. CLEAN IT UP!!! read more

Pizza is good. but the process of getting it just took forever. They should simplify things, and hire more ambition delivery people who really want you to get the pizza with a knock on your door and not calling you 3 times before you get it. Again Pizza is good, it is the process that makes it complicated. read more

I've been here a few times now, And order over the Internet .Pizza is good has always come out on time and staff is friendly.

Their pizza is sub-par. There is just a bunch of teens working there. If you want good pizza, go somewhere locally owned. I placed an online order that was delivered wrong. When calling to correct, the young lady hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Better off going to the one on Leonard town road if you want Pizza Hut. read more

Got delivery tonight--1 stuffed crust and 1 medium pan pizza. I would give 5 stars for the delivery guy. Super friendly and quick! But both of the pizzas were undercooked. So bad that I had to put them both in the oven. I mean it's not that big of a deal i guess but when you order pizza delivery you really don't expect to have to cook them yourself ‍ read more

I walked in to this Pizza Hut and waited for about 5 mins before walking out and leaving. The employees and I made eye contact but they never asked me if they could help me. I walked out and came back and they finally called the cashier to the front. As we waited both times I realized the lady making Pizza didn't have on gloves and was pulling meat and cheese to put on a pizza. After the cashier took our order, I asked him to ask her to put on gloves. He told her and she looked at us and shook her head as she said something to one of the other employees. She dropped a piece of paper on the floor after making our pizzas, thank goodness, with the gloves on and didn't bother to take them off. The food was decent, with the exception to the crust being super thin, but they need help with their customer service. read more

They should really shut this down Don't even bother calling because they just hang up right after. And the worse part it's the only delivery Pizza Hut in Waldorf. Not fair read more

I ordered a pizza for delivery and the pizza was amazing but what really impressed me was they had a no contact method for delivery because of the coronavirus. Terrible! Ordered pizza and cheesesticks. Driver showed up without cheesesticks. Came back a hour later with breadsticks!?!? WTF?!? I call the store, and the employee put me on hold twice for 5 mins plus and did not click over. On the 3rd time calling the manager answered. The worse customer service. Do not bother!!! Order from another pizza chain!!!! read more

I recently ordered from this location. Absolutely horrible experience. The employees repeatedly hung up the phone when attempting to order, and the delivery showed up over an hour and a half late. I finally called to cancel the order and was repeatedly hung up on. The delivery person showed up even after the cancellation, and offered no discount, no incentive for the late order. The way this Pizza Hut is run is the reason that Pizza Hut is a failing chain. I don't know what's going on in that place at night but it's clear they have lots of problems at this location. read more

.2nd time here. Online says order ready in 20 minutes. Got to the store and I'm told to wait an additional 25 minutes. Will never ever order from this pizza hut again. Pizza was horrible yo can tell it was rushed. They need to hire more people or suspend the online ordering when they are backed up. STOP MAKING BOGUS ORDER PICK UP TIMES read more

If I could rate this restaurant with ZERO STARS I would. I ordered two pizzas and 12 wings last night(delivery). They only delivered one set of wings and when I called back they told me we'll make them now and have them delivered. They NEVER showed back up, nor would they answer their phones as I REPEATEDLY CALLED! I can't WAIT until they open today, as I WILL be asking for the manager and possibly corporate. read more

Promised 30 mins but showed up in an hour. The manager kim was rude and did nothing to correct my cold food. Poor management= poor service!!

First I ordered my Pizza over the app. When I got to the restaurant they had cut my order wrong. They offered to remake the pizza. It looked fine until I got back home and Notice that they had put a garlic sauce on the crust of the pizza. I called back and spoke to the manager and explained that I didn't ask for this because it was for children and just wanted plain crust. They apologized and said they would refund or remake my pizza on my next visit. I returned this evening and was disrespected regarding the situation. The on duty manager was rude. I waited while she'd call someone on the phone and In front of me talked about everything but the problem for which I came into the restaurant. And after about twenty minutes of waiting. I was told rudely that the owner WAS NOT going to give me anything period. I thanked her and left. My daughter has been going to this restaurant for about two years and have never received poor customer service. But the $10.00 that they received from me and my family is going to be the LAST. And I know that the cost of during business is a personal thing, but also customer service is much more. I have been told that is better to try to please a good customer verses losing one. read more

NEVER EVER, EVER, EVER patronize this business!!!!!! Every single time I order from here my order is wrong. Then when I called it was an issue that THEY got my order wrong. Poor customer service. I ordered wings (24) bone in. Thinking that they would be crispy (not the breaded kind though). We had them delivered. They were the breaded saugy kind. So I drove back to get the right correct wings. The only made me 12 wings. I ordered 24. So after arguing with the manager I got the difference back. How was I supposed to know to order the traditional wings? Just HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! We just go to the one on Leonardtown Road now. read more

Horrible!!! I ordered online because it was a Friday evening and thinking they would be busy and backed up. When I arrived to my surprise my order was ready when I arrived. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful, so I guess they heard everyone regarding their customer service. The pizza was a completely different story altogether. They do no make their pizza fresh. They pull the crust with sauce and cheese already on it out of the refrigerator I guess for speed. It was fast but the taste and quality was the worst and my wife picked up right away that it didn't taste fresh and she didn't go with me to pick up my order. I will NEVER go back to Pizza Hut, plus I will spread the word that they don't make their pizza fresh and not to go. Unless they change this practice they will continue to lose customers such as me who orders pizzas at least once a week. Bye to the Hut! read more

I ordered a pizza on Saturday, March 21 at 5:00 p.m. When I received my pizza an hour later, it was soggy and greasy. I called to complain and the young lady who answered was nice and polite and offered to give me credit for a free pizza at another time or they could remake the pizza and resend. Because I really wanted the pizza, I received another pizza an hour later. It was not as greasy but it was cold and did not taste good. This is not the level of service that I am use to at this particular pizza hut. I am not sure if there are new employees or if last night was an off night. I have been eating from this particular pizza hut for many years but now I am going to have to use another location. Very dissatisfied! read more
